Operating out of Central KY, Event Julep organizes and plans their clients’ wedding days in a professional and authentic manner. This team is a combination of the owner, Rachel, and event specialists Chloe, Emily, Vicki, and Emily. Together, these planners strive to provide traditional Southern hospitality in order to achieve the celebration you’ve always dreamed of. Having overseen several weddings in many top-end venues, the team can create bespoke weddings, no matter how extraordinary the idea.

Experience

Rachel began her career working for one of the most prestigious wedding planning companies in the South. This led to a semester in France to learn more about the industry. Inspired by France’s architecture, cuisine, and natural beauty, Rachel often uses these experiences to create bespoke wedding designs. Rachel has been planning and executing weddings for over 7 years.

Event Julep has curated a number of wedding packages to best suit their clients’ needs. From 45-day guidance to complete oversee of the entire project, these planners will be there for as long as they’re needed. The Magnolia Experience is their most comprehensive collection of services. This full-service package is ideal for those who require a planner every step of the way to ensure that no crucial detail is missed. You will be given access to a personal online planning tool so you can visually see your big day coming together. Your planners will also be present during the booking of vendors to make sure that they have the capabilities to fulfill your specific requirements. Further planning services include:

Planning the perfect day

Rachel, lead planner of Event Julep, was my right hand woman during the whole wedding planning, design and execution process. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the wedding industry in general (and in Austin), and kind nature was the perfect combination to ensure that our wedding day was perfect! In particular, we made the hard decision to postpone our wedding in 2020 into 2021 and she was able to manage all of our vendor communications, contract updates, and confirm everyone was on board with such a quick turn-around! Throughout the whole planning journey, she made sure to check-in with us every so often to provide updates or let us know when payments were due or if any decisions need to be made or updates to the day itself needed to occur. She listened to what we had to say & how we envisioned things and guided us in the right direction to be able to be informed enough about all decisions.

She was an overall rockstar on the day of, along with her assistant Kellie! As a team, they made sure no stone was unturned to get all the little details incorporated in the perfect way! She also gave all of our vendors as well as bridal party / parents a “pocket plan” so everyone would know what’s happening when!

Simply, we could not have pulled this off without her. I would highly recommend Event Julep for your design & planning needs if you want someone to collaborate with or even take the reigns on making your dream wedding a reality!

Wonderfully organized and personable

Brittany of Event Julep provided day of coordination for our wedding. She was wonderfully organized and extremely personable. Our wedding day ran seamlessly thanks to her help with setup and coordination. On the day of the event, she even intercepted logistical questions from my dad, so I could focus on being the bride. I couldn’t have been more pleased by Brittany’s performance.

Beyond expectations!


Where do I begin. We hired Event Julep to help us with our Autumn wedding in wine country and were assigned Brittany as our month-of coordinator. First of all, Brittany is kind, sweet, and seems to genuinely love her job. She went above and beyond our expectations of a day of wedding coordinator from helping plan behind the scenes, to the days leading up to, and the day of the wedding helping make sure that everything went off without a hitch. She kept me calm and grounded and coordinated with all vendors so I didn't have to. Brittany worked diligently on the venue set up, kept us on schedule, and still managed to make sure I always had champagne in my hand and met friends and family. I can't say enough good things about Event Julep and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
