Event Julep is the BEST WEDDING COORDINATION TEAM EVER and I highly recommend working with them! We had the absolute joy of working with Brittany on the day-of and she is the nicest and most gracious person. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made and we had the BEST time at our wedding due to the fact that Brittany was behind the scenes ensuring that all of the components of our wedding were going off without a hitch. Amazing experience with Event Julep!
Everyone says planning a wedding is stressful but not when you hire Event Julep! We had a beyond positive experience with the Event Julep team, working with them the month leading up to our wedding in October and day-of. We hired Event Julep for our July 2018 wedding as a month-of coordinator. They were super organized and was astoundingly thorough in the planning stages, full of help and ideas - for example, they drafted emails for us to send to vendors to help with our contract negotiations. On our wedding day, we truly didn't have to worry about anything, despite a fairly complex set-up and a completely DIY venue. They just seamlessly took care of all the details. When our assigned coordinator, Brittany, found out we couldn't leave trash at the venue, she brought home all of the empty bottles to recycle herself. A true professional - and also, she is an absolute delight as a person. So warm and thoughtful and clearly passionate about her job. Meeting with her got us even more pumped up for our wedding!
