  Planning the perfect day

  Rachel, lead planner of Event Julep, was my right hand woman during the whole wedding planning, design and execution process. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the wedding industry in general (and in Austin), and kind nature was the perfect combination to ensure that our wedding day was perfect! In particular, we made the hard decision to postpone our wedding in 2020 into 2021 and she was able to manage all of our vendor communications, contract updates, and confirm everyone was on board with such a quick turn-around! Throughout the whole planning journey, she made sure to check-in with us every so often to provide updates or let us know when payments were due or if any decisions need to be made or updates to the day itself needed to occur. She listened to what we had to say & how we envisioned things and guided us in the right direction to be able to be informed enough about all decisions.
  
  She was an overall rockstar on the day of, along with her assistant Kellie! As a team, they made sure no stone was unturned to get all the little details incorporated in the perfect way! She also gave all of our vendors as well as bridal party / parents a “pocket plan” so everyone would know what’s happening when!
  
  Simply, we could not have pulled this off without her. I would highly recommend Event Julep for your design & planning needs if you want someone to collaborate with or even take the reigns on making your dream wedding a reality!

  Event julep is the best wedding coordination team ever!

  Event Julep is the BEST WEDDING COORDINATION TEAM EVER and I highly recommend working with them! We had the absolute joy of working with Brittany on the day-of and she is the nicest and most gracious person. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made and we had the BEST time at our wedding due to the fact that Brittany was behind the scenes ensuring that all of the components of our wedding were going off without a hitch. She is extremely well prepared, meticulously organized and an all around lovely person. Thank you, Brittany and Event Julep!

  Amazing experience with Event Julep!

  Everyone says planning a wedding is stressful but not when you hire Event Julep! We had a beyond positive experience with the Event Julep team, working with them the month leading up to our wedding in October and day-of. When you hire a wedding coordinator, you expect someone who’s detail oriented. But beyond that the Event Julep team is gracious, easy and goes with the flow no matter what you throw at them. Truly impressed and would recommend them time and time again!

  Best ever!!

  We hired Event Julep for our July 2018 wedding as a month-of coordinator. They were super organized and was astoundingly thorough in the planning stages, full of help and ideas - for example, they drafted emails for us to send to vendors to help with our contract negotiations. On our wedding day, we truly didn't have to worry about anything, despite a fairly complex set-up and a completely DIY venue. They just seamlessly took care of all the details. When our assigned coordinator, Brittany, found out we couldn't leave trash at the venue, she brought home all of the empty bottles to recycle herself. A true professional - and also, she is an absolute delight as a person. So warm and thoughtful and clearly passionate about her job. Meeting with her got us even more pumped up for our wedding! We are already recommending her to all our friends. Don't hesitate to hire Event Julep!!

  Beyond expectations!

  
  Where do I begin. We hired Event Julep to help us with our Autumn wedding in wine country and were assigned Brittany as our month-of coordinator. First of all, Brittany is kind, sweet, and seems to genuinely love her job. She went above and beyond our expectations of a day of wedding coordinator from helping plan behind the scenes, to the days leading up to, and the day of the wedding helping make sure that everything went off without a hitch. She kept me calm and grounded and coordinated with all vendors so I didn't have to. Brittany worked diligently on the venue set up, kept us on schedule, and still managed to make sure I always had champagne in my hand and met friends and family. I can't say enough good things about Event Julep and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

She remained calm and collected while keeping our schedule on track all day, but she was genuinely excited to help us have an awesome day. She even remembered all of the little details that we told her were important to us. Literally nothing went wrong on our day, or if they did, she took care of it without us even knowing. I very highly recommend Event Julep. Our wedding would not have been the same without them!

  Wonderfully organized and personable

  Brittany of Event Julep provided day of coordination for our wedding. She was wonderfully organized and extremely personable. Our wedding day ran seamlessly thanks to her help with setup and coordination. On the day of the event, she even intercepted logistical questions from my dad, so I could focus on being the bride. I couldn’t have been more pleased by Brittany’s performance.
