I rented 60 no cushion white chairs from event central for my May 2018 wedding. I went to the location and looked at the chairs. The lady (I think Janet) told me how much of a deposit I had to put down to hold the reservation and when the remainder would be due. She also gave me some suggestion on who could deliver them for me since they no longer offer that service, I declined the delivery options and told her I would be picking them up and dropping them back off myself. She was okay with that and let me know the time frame for which I could do that. She drafted up the contract and I paid my deposit and locked in my date. Once I got home I realized that I needed to change my pickup and drop off time so I called back and Janet told me it was no problem, she changed the times on the contract and emailed me a new one (I love when businesses make things simple for the bride :)). The benefit for me is that my ceremony venue was maybe 6 minutes from the location of the chairs so my pick up and drop off worked out perfectly. When it was time to make my final payment I was able to just call in and do it over the phone with Janet.
When we arrived to get the chairs they were already waiting for us at the pickup location outside of the building lined up and ready to go. I thought this was so convenient and professional as we had lot's to do that day so the last thing we needed was to wait on chairs. When we returned the chairs we came back to the same location and dropped them off, made sure they were wiped down and all was well. All in all it was a professional rental, cost effective and the chairs were clean, nice and looked beautiful in the Rose Garden.Sent on 06/19/2018
