We hired Eve Events very last minute for our wedding day coordination, and looking back, we are so grateful that we found her when we did. Our coordinator, Eve, was everything we needed and more. She was attentive, approachable, friendly, and incredibly organized. From the moment we connected with her, she made us feel calm and supported, which was exactly what we needed during those final days of planning.
Even though we scrambled to secure a coordinator close to the wedding date, Eve jumped right in and handled everything with confidence and professionalism. She asked thoughtful questions, made sure she understood the flow of the day, and kept track of details we didn’t even realize we were forgetting. On the wedding day, she was so lovely to work with. She checked in with us often, made sure we were comfortable, coordinated with all our vendors, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making her presence feel overwhelming. It genuinely felt like we had someone on our side who truly cared about making our day perfect.
Our wedding ended up running flawlessly, and so much of that was because of Eve’s hard work. We cannot thank her enough for the care and attention she put into our celebration. Genevieve was the wedding planner of our dreams! It’s one thing to concept a vision in your mind or explain it to someone, but it’s another to see that vision executed beyond what you knew was possible. Eve Events was by far and away the best investment we made for our wedding. She hired the most incredible vendors, all of whom adored her and worked with our budget to exceed all expectations. I had no idea how many last minute details I totally would have forgotten without Genevieve’s diligence. Eve Events handled our budget and they handled the entire Run of Show- taking care of gathering all insurance info required by our venue, doing all final confirmations and handling the entire set up. I literally did not worry about one thing the entire day. Genevieve and all the Eve Events girls were the most amazing!!!
