Bethany Thomas and En Pointe Weddings is truly amazing. Bethany was with us from the very beginning, right after the proposal in April 2017, a full year before our wedding. She made a 70 page PDF packet (WHAT!!!) of all the wedding venues that fit our budget and aesthetic in Austin for our budget. (We are based out of Chicago, so this was a destination wedding by all accounts.) Bethany hosted countless phone calls with myself and my partner about design palettes (she even made a slideshow for us to help visualize) and helped us through some really difficult vendors. For example, AFTER we booked a wedding venue and paid deposits, the venue CLOSED with just a few months before the big day. Bethany sprang into action and found us an even BETTER venue. Also, we booked a flight into Austin to work with a caterer, and he cancelled last minute. Bethany, again - the super hero that she is - found us a better caterer, and even scheduled a tasting during the time when the original vendor left us hanging.

She came to both of our fittings, as this was a double bride ceremony. She talked me down from my personal freak-out about dress choices. She made a budget, a schedule, e-introduced all vendors, kept a very rosé-drunk "I Do Crew" (sorry about that) on task during our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner with grace and a smile. She made great suggestions (taking 15 minutes to ourselves post-vows, the flow of the wedding, etc) and was always by our side. She shoo'ed people away so we could have our last private dance, and was warm and welcoming throughout. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing she is. I would be THRILLED to act as a reference for her at any point. PLEASE don't hesitate to contact me! Bethany is the best, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We used her for the Full Service Package - and it saved our lives!

We used Katie as our day-of coordinator. When we met her for a consultation, I knew she was the right one for our event because she was already grilling me about details and what would happen when. On the day of, I was able to completely relax and enjoy everything around me because I had total trust that she had everything under control and managed. She was a real joy to work with!!

I chose Bethany with En Pointe Wedding and Events as my Day-of-Coordinator because of her personality; she was funny and quirky and had a sense of humor. More importantly, she did not ignore my husband during the wedding planning process and asked him for his input too. <3 Her experience in other parts of the wedding industry (wedding dresses, catering, etc.) made her very knowledgeable.

She responded to texts and emails within 48 hours which was helpful since I was full-time, working college student. Her guidance in finding a venue was essential; I would never have found a place for the wedding without her because I didn't have time to research venues on top of my research for my classes. (Totally worth paying a little extra for the Venue Assistance!!)

She was incredibly flexible; my husband and I moved forward our wedding date forward by 5 months- leaving us less than 2 months to finish planning the wedding! And Bethany went above and beyond to make sure I still got the wedding I needed. :) She was emotionally supportive too! I was freaking out and she made sure I knew everything would still be taken care of. She also has great people skills! I come from a family with multiple divorces and my husband comes from a nuclear Southern Baptist family; she did a wonderful job managing the families so there was no drama!

I wouldn't trust anyone else to plan my wedding if I did it all over again!

Bethany is a GOD-SEND...........seriously, the only way I can describe her is INCREDIBLE!!! I hired Bethany as a "day-of" coordinator, however, I am not sure that is the proper term because I used her for SEVERAL months lol! From our initial first meeting over lunch, to our next 3 hour meeting go over final details, she was so easy to work with an had ideas for EVERYTHING! I also remember she was the person who brought me wine as soon as we sat down to eat, which was so sweet! there are just so many little things you forget on your big day, and she had it ALL covered! One other thing she did that completely impressed me, because it was so thoughtful and yet completely unnecessary, was she made me a little surprise video with pictures and video clips from the wedding! Not sure when the heck she found time to make this, but it was SO cool to see, and very sweet of her to go the extra mile to make this. You definitely should consider using Bethany for wedding planning....she is amazing!

My husband and I will be forever grateful for Bethany's help. She planned and executed the perfect day from start to finish. She is very detail oriented and organized and ran a really tight ship! She planned every single aspect of our wedding and it seemed like she read our minds because everything she did was spot on to what we wanted and how we envisioned it. There were times when I wishes she had been more responsive to our emails but, I always knew that it was because she was uber focused on someone else's event, which is exactly how I wanted her to be on our day - and she was. As a typical guy getting married, I was a little skeptical about the need to have a wedding planner. My fiancee convinced me to use Bethany with En Pointe, and it was honestly the absolute best decision we made (besides getting married). Bethany not only had extensive knowledge of the DFW's best wedding venues, catering companies, and other vendors, she also made every effort to make our wedding unique and special. She took the extra time to get to know us personally, and build our perfect wedding. Bethany has an extensive professional network and years of experience, and she knows how to make everything happen. She does not take No for an answer, and her optimism and encouragement was invaluable.

I cannot say enough good things about Bethany at En Pointe Weddings and Events!!! Seriously, I have no idea how I would have got married without her! She did SO much and took so much weight off my shoulders. She made sure that everything was setup and being executed so that I could just enjoy the day. She was my saving grace!!
