Amanda and her team are INCREDIBLE. I had the big idea of having my wedding on my family’s private property in NY while planning from Texas, so I was so worried about my ideas coming to life. Amanda made EVERYTHING happen and made it 10x more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Amanda took over a little bit before the wedding and all my stress completely dissolved, she handled everything and I didn’t worry about anything. The day of her team went above and beyond, keeping everyone on time, steaming dresses, setting up the entire diy venue, managing vendors, and so much more. Our ceremony happened on time to the minute and when it was done she had a drink waiting for me and my husband. the night of the wedding there were a few hiccups that she handled and I never even knew about. On top of all that Amanda is incredibly kind, detail oriented, and a problem solver who never questioned any of my crazy ideas. I wish I could get married again just so I could work with Amanda again. She truly went above and beyond and is so amazing at her job, she was one of the first people there the day of and the left after me, you can completely tell she loves what she does. 100/10! I can’t recommend anyone enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Ember Events and Amanda. Initially, we hired Amanda for her Event Management Package (aka Day-of Coordination) as our ceremony was in the Southern Tier and we would not be available for decor set up. However, we got far more than we bargained for. Amanda is friendly, professional, responsive, helpful, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and above all, present. We met multiple times in preparation for the day, she provided a personalized portal with accurate floor plans for our specific venue, helpful resources like other vendor recommendations and templates to organize all of our details, she assisted with a wholesale flower order from Kittleberger Florist (from providing quantities recommendations, to placing the order, to dropping off the flowers ) as I DIY'd our centerpieces, she was in communication with our other vendors starting a month out, she was present on the day-of (until the very end) to make sure the timeline was followed, the dessert was out, and my husband and I were taken care of. Amanda even picked up our dessert order from Scratch Bakery the morning of the wedding to help take one more thing off of our plates! If I could give one piece of advice to engage couples, it would be to hire Ember Event Management for your wedding!
