I am a wife, a mother of two boys and person that loves to make everyone smile. As a Bright and Vibrant Photographer I take what mother nature provides us and capture your sessions in the most beautiful way.

I have been taking pictures since my 8th birthday when I received my first film camera. (Thanks MOM!) It became such a passion of mine that I couldn't see myself doing anything other than photography. I was a part of my high school yearbook and saw it as more of a hobby, and not a class.

I later attended Central Michigan University and graduated with a degree in 2D Design with a concentration in Photography.

In one of my design classes we were asked to propose a start up business. Most students proposed freelance design companies, but not me. I was the only one with a photography studio. Little did I know that then... a silly name that includes my middle name and favorite color could actually be something someday.

A few years after college I regretfully put my camera away in a dark corner of my basement. Corporate life took up most of my time and energy. I was focused on work and having my two boys. The love and raw emotion I have for photography has muscled through. (Along with support from my friends, family and my loving husband Henry.)

I want my passion to be shown through my photographs. I want my clients' smiles to emerge every time they look at their images. It's a feeling that is so hard to explain. But that is what makes me Ashley and that is what makes Eli Green Photography.
