Let me start by saying - Nicole was destined to be in this career. What you look for in a wedding planner, is exactly what you’ll find in Nicole. She is OOBER organized, incredibly responsive, super knowledgeable in her space, and provides a level of positivity and ease that makes your entire planning process less stressful.

I engaged Nicole from a part-time/custom package and I still felt like I had Nicole full-time. My wedding was a destination wedding, which made things a bit more chaotic when it came to planning. Nicole even collected a number of packages we sent to her for the day of and organized every single item to go where it needed to be — i barely had to do anything with all the items I sent to her.

Nicole also has several connections and relationships that really helped our planning process and matched us with amazing vendors that fit our vibe perfectly. I trusted her recommendations from the get-go and couldn’t have been happier with the choices that we made.

To summarize, heres what made Nicole stand-out for me and my fiance:

-She was always responsive; from our initial inquiry up until til the day after the wedding when I had follow up questions. Even on her days off!
-She prioritized me even when my wedding was a ways away. I wanted to get an early start and she made me feel like I was top of the list all the time
-She’s a problem solver: any issues we had were easily and seamlessly fixed and resolved with Nicole involved. Including a wedding day rain backup plan
-She uses modern technology to manage the relationship: i really enjoyed using her Aisle Planner app. It saved me in the process many of times
-She is kind: never visibily annoyed, always patient when it came to our questions, and always felt like a friend in the process

On my wedding night when it was time to part ways, I was almost in tears because Nicole has felt like a great friend to me and I knew I would miss connecting with her regularly.

We loved working with Nicole to plan our wedding from afar. She was highly responsive to emails and easy to meet for virtual meetings/phone calls with easily scheduling (so important for planning a wedding remotely!), had really good relationships with all of our local vendors, was so organized, and really helpful in trying to solve different problems. Her packages also had great/better price points than most other local wedding planners. On the day of the wedding, she and her associate made the day flow seamlessly, and were so unfazed/prepared for any unexpected things that came up (derailed timeline, wardrobe malfunctions) -- it was pretty incredible how much they were able to help make the day as low stress as possible. We loved working with Nicole and highly recommend!

My husband and I chose Elegant Pairings to be our day-of coordinator for our February wedding in Pensacola. Nicole was such a joy to work with throughout the (sometimes stressful) wedding planning process. Nicole always had timely replies, made herself available when we needed it, and truly treated us like a priority. She also communicated well so we knew what to expect with certain details of the wedding - we will forever be indebted to her as her knowledge of and experience with weddings made the planning process run so smoothly. Although this may be your first time planning a wedding, it's not Nicole's and that was so evident throughout our meetings with her!

I'd like to consider myself someone who is fairly concerned about organization and details but especially as our wedding day got closer and I thought of the more detailed tasks that would need to be completed involving other vendors (I.e. communicating arrival times, timelines, etc.), Nicole had already completed them. My favorite part about the day of the wedding was that Nicole was present and available and whatever I wanted/needed, it was no problem for her. I never once saw her get stressed or overwhelmed - a trait that is truly admirable and necessary in a job like hers. When there was a mishap with one of the decorations we had after it was set up for the ceremony that resulted in it being unusable, Nicole promptly took care of the situation and I didn't even know about it (which is what I preferred!). When my veil fell off walking down the aisle, Nicole quickly grabbed it and some of my guests thought we intentionally had the veil come off because of how seamlessly Nicole responded to the situation.

Due to our wedding guest number, Nicole did have another person with her to help out and I just want to acknowledge all of the hard work Kylie did, too! We are so appreciative of the both of them. Thank you, Elegant Pairings, for making our wedding a day we will never forget!

When my husband and I got engaged we had dreams of a spring wedding in Florida. However we live in Montana. We were grateful to have found Nicole and she spent over a year planning our dream wedding. Nicole met with us a few times in person when we traveled to Florida, but we largely had zoom meetings. She was always so gracious to work around or busy schedules. I was nervous to plan a wedding from across the country, but Nicole was so organized and gave us wonderful vendor recommendations as well as to-do lists to keep us on track.
The day of our wedding we experienced a huge thunder & lightening storm that began during our cocktail hour and continued through the reception. I was never once worried; Nicole and her team were on top of it! Plans quickly pivoted, but the party never o
missed a beat. The day turned out better than we could have imagined, and we truly could not have done it without Elegant Pairings!!

After just one phone call with Nicole, I knew she would be the best decision when going with a wedding planner. I decided to hire Nicole and her team for "Day-of" planning, and she went above and beyond! We started virtually meeting (wedding was out-of-state for us) about 6 weeks out. My family and I agreed that as soon as that first meeting was finished, we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders. Nicole took on more that expected and carried it out perfectly. Lastly, she was there for the smaller moments too. About three minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, one of the straps to my wedding dress broke. Nicole quickly stepped in, and sewed the strap back on seamlessly, as if that moment were planned! I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Nicole made our day perfect. truly my dream wedding happened because of her and her team. All of my family post the wedding kept complimenting my choice on wedding planners. If you have an opportunity to hire Nicole please do it! best decision ever, every detail will be taking care of with them.

Nicole and Caitlin went above and beyond when it came to helping me plan my wedding. They took so much stress off of me by creating a detailed timeline for the entire day. They were so kind and communicated with me so quickly when I had questions. They made sure my husband and I got what we wanted out of our wedding day. They even took extra steps to make our day so special like decorating our room with rose petals and set-up food for us when we snuck away for ten minutes to take a break and eat during the reception. I can’t recommend them enough!
