Disclaimer: I spent almost the same amount of time writing this review as I spent writing my vows! That’s how important this review was to us!
Let me start by saying - Nicole was destined to be in this career. What you look for in a wedding planner, is exactly what you’ll find in Nicole. She is OOBER organized, incredibly responsive, super knowledgeable in her space, and provides a level of positivity and ease that makes your entire planning process less stressful.
I engaged Nicole from a part-time/custom package and I still felt like I had Nicole full-time. My wedding was a destination wedding, which made things a bit more chaotic when it came to planning. Nicole even collected a number of packages we sent to her for the day of and organized every single item to go where it needed to be — i barely had to do anything with all the items I sent to her.
Nicole also has several connections and relationships that really helped our planning process and matched us with amazing vendors that fit our vibe perfectly. I trusted her recommendations from the get-go and couldn’t have been happier with the choices that we made.
To summarize, heres what made Nicole stand-out for me and my fiance:
-She was always responsive; from our initial inquiry up until til the day after the wedding when I had follow up questions. Even on her days off!
-She prioritized me even when my wedding was a ways away. I wanted to get an early start and she made me feel like I was top of the list all the time
-She’s a problem solver: any issues we had were easily and seamlessly fixed and resolved with Nicole involved. Including a wedding day rain backup plan
-She uses modern technology to manage the relationship: i really enjoyed using her Aisle Planner app. It saved me in the process many of times
-She is kind: never visibily annoyed, always patient when it came to our questions, and always felt like a friend in the process
On my wedding night when it was time to part ways, I was almost in tears because Nicole has felt like a great friend to me and I knew I would miss connecting with her regularly.

Working with Nicole and Caitlin at Elegant Pairings was a dream! My fiancé and I live in KY and were planning a destination wedding. After meeting Nicole in our initial meeting, I knew she would be the perfect person to assist us with our planning needs. This could have easily been a stressful planning process, but Nicole made everything streamlined and fun! From recommending the best vendors, ensuring we were on track with planning, and assisting with design ideas, Nicole helped make our dream wedding a reality!
Caitlin was our day of coordinator and was there for the planning process as well. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day and take in every moment because I was certain Caitlin had everything under control! The wedding day ran EXTREMELY smoothly, and Caitlin was a major reason for that!

After just one phone call with Nicole, I knew she would be the best decision when going with a wedding planner. I decided to hire Nicole and her team for "Day-of" planning, and she went above and beyond! We started virtually meeting (wedding was out-of-state for us) about 6 weeks out. My family and I agreed that as soon as that first meeting was finished, we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders. Nicole took on more that expected and carried it out perfectly. Lastly, she was there for the smaller moments too. About three minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, one of the straps to my wedding dress broke. Nicole quickly stepped in, and sewed the strap back on seamlessly, as if that moment were planned! I cannot recommend her enough!!! -

Nicole and Caitlin went above and beyond when it came to helping me plan my wedding. They took so much stress off of me by creating a detailed timeline for the entire day. They were so kind and communicated with me so quickly when I had questions. They made sure my husband and I got what we wanted out of our wedding day. They even took extra steps to make our day so special like decorating our room with rose petals and set-up food for us when we snuck away for ten minutes to take a break and eat during the reception. I can’t recommend them enough! -

It was such a pleasure working with Nicole from Elegant pairings. She was kind, professional, and kept everything on target and on time. This was a destination wedding and Nicole went above and beyond to make sure everything went very smoothly prior to and through the wedding. She was everything you wanted in a wedding planner she is knowledgeable, professional, and she has a very kind, easy-going way about herself.

Nicole from Elegant Pairings was such a joy to work with for our wedding! From our initial meeting call, her caring personality shined and I knew she was going to be great to work with. Nicole was there throughout the entire process answering my questions and sharing advice as the local expert in the Panhandle. I grew up in the area but now live in another state so having Nicole was so beneficial throughout the wedding planning process. We selected Nicole to help with wedding management coming in 60 days prior to assist with timeline management, finalizing vendor schedules and on-site coordination. Best Day Ever!!
Picking a wedding planner can be a nerve-wracking decision- placing a lot of faith on one person/ team to take care of every single last detail on your big day is scary, but thankfully we found Nicole and elegant pairings to guide us through this massive journey! Like most couples we had a very specific and nuanced vision for our wedding day, but Nicole and the team went the extra mile to bring every single detail to fruition and more. No matter what wedding you are throwing, getting it to land on your budget can be difficult as well, and Nicole/team was also incredibly patient to make sure we could achieve both our perfect vision and still be within our desired budget. Nicole was incredibly patient and detail oriented and brings a level of experience that is much needed when throwing such a complicated and logistical event. On the big day, she and the team were also there to make sure everything went perfectly according to plan, and we couldn't be more happy or grateful. A very special thank you to Nicole and the rest of the team for making our dream event come true and surpassing all of our expectations!!

My husband and I are Louisiana and deciding to get married in Navarre, Florida. We only knew of the venue where we wanted to get married, everything else Nicole helped us find! I booked with Nicole for the long haul, from 2021 to our wedding in 2023! She made planning a wedding out of state so easy! We had zoom calls each month for updates and all I had to do was send her Pinterest pictures of what my vision was and she took care of the rest! All the vendors she found for me were AMAZING and they all know each other. I recommend not only a wedding planner for your wedding but definitely Nicole! She is not only your wedding planner but your friend and truly loves her job. She sent us the most thoughtful gift before our wedding as well. She made my boho vision come true and look LITERALLY like my Pinterest board. I was in complete awe. She is all about details! She will get your vision to a T!! I always want to recommend her for my friends weddings but I forget that she is in Florida and not in Louisiana. I will definitely still be keeping in touch with her -

Nicole and her team were amazing! She made our day so smooth and effortless on my part! She was up for all my ideas and handled all the nagging emails and questions for me. Best part was sneaking a shots of whiskey that wasn’t on the bar menu for our Shotski picture. An absolute 10/10 and truly just a great person to be around! -

Peace of mind, seamless & ease
Nicole with Elegant Pairings was such a joy to work with from the start. She was timely and answered our many questions honestly and professionally. We hired her for day of planning and she did not disappoint! She helped immensely with our day of timeline and really nailed it with setting up our ceremony and reception decor! Our wedding wouldn't have happened without Nicole!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole! She is so kind, hardworking, and I felt that she genuinely cared about us as clients.
Our wedding went so smoothly, and I genuinely did not notice anything go wrong the day of, even though there must have been something. I would consider myself relatively "low maintenance" in the sense that I hadn't thought about, nor did I care too much about very many details of our wedding. Honestly, that disposition may have been harder to work with than that of a couple that has very specific wants and needs. Either way, Nicole handled it like a champ. She took it upon herself to organize and design several details of our wedding (i.e., my bouquet, cake embellishments, etc.) to make them more special than my lack of opinion allowed for. She could have easily gone with the bare minimum -- I said I didn't care so what does it matter? It mattered to Nicole. As for the "high maintenance" moments, Nicole seemed like she had seen it all and knew exactly how to work with us to handle every curve ball we threw at her.
I tell everyone I know that we would not have gotten married without Nicole and it's the truth. Without her help, I truly believe we would still be mulling over finding a venue. She helped us keep to our timeline and she has connections to so many QUALITY vendors for a variety of budgets. For those reasons alone, I recommend hiring a wedding planner. For everything above and beyond, I recommend Nicole. -

My husband and I got engaged In July of 2022 and recently got married on January 27th 2023, only giving us 6 months to plan. I had no idea where to start, until I found Nicole at elegant pairings. Nicole and her assistant Caitlin did full planning for our wedding and I truly do not think our wedding would have happened without them. They are both so fun and easy to work with and made the wedding planning process so easy. A couple of weeks before the wedding I felt like I was constantly emailing or texting Nicole last minute questions and she was always so happy to answer and was very quick to respond.
On the actual wedding day they both made sure all the vendors were there and on time and that everything ran smoothly. If something did go wrong I wouldn't have known because they both took care of everything. Nicole always made sure even the littlest of details were taken care of. I am beyond grateful for them making my wedding dreams come true.

From beginning to end, Nicole was just amazing! We interviewed several wedding planners via zoom and we knew right away Nicole was the one! She is calm, caring and a great communicator! We started planning with her last August for our destination wedding at the Island in June. She met with us last November when we had a visit and tastings. We had zoom meetings, emails and texts to keep us rolling through the process. She went above and beyond to help make sure everything involving our special day was perfect!! My wedding would not have been a success if I hadn’t found and hired Nicole as my “day of coordinator”. I knew I wanted someone to help on the day of so that my family and I could truly enjoy such a special day without having to do all the tasks of setting up and breaking down. I am so happy that I found Nicole! From the moment I booked her services she was responsive to all of my planning questions for almost an entire year leading up to our wedding day, which really helped ease my mind through the planning process. Nicole created a day of timeline and worked directly with my photographer and other vendors to ensure their timelines matched up. On our wedding day she and her assistant came in and set up all of my personal decorations (even the rented silk flowers I used for the day-it truly was a large task) was able to relax in the bridal suite and come down to a completely transformed reception space that was even more beautiful than I had imagined in my head. Wedding days truly are soooo busy & they go by in the blink of an eye. Nicole kept us on schedule, she bustled my dress after our formal photos and even brought me a cocktail before the ceremony while we were waiting for the rain to pass.
Our wedding cake was over 2 hours late & because I had Nicole on my wedding day, I had no idea how late the cake was until the week after the wedding when I received a phone call and a refund to my account for the cake being so late.
If you are in the market for a wedding planner or coordinator I would not hesitate to hire Nicole, she was an absolutely invaluable resource through the entire wedding planning process and wedding day, I will continue to sing her praises for making our wedding day stress free and absolutely beautiful.

Nicole is amazing!
Nicole made our wedding even more perfect than I could have imagined! From the beginning, she was always available to answer any questions I had and was attentive to all of our needs the month prior and especially the day of. We were working with a short timeline and she took so much extra pressure off of us during the planning process. I had some uniques decor ideas that she absolutely nailed and she made us feel like we didn’t have to run the show during the reception! Nicole was extremely professional, sweet, and listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I am so glad she was my wedding coordinator! I was super nervous about where people would park for my wedding (at my grandparents house) but the day of the wedding I did not worry about it one time and everyone was parked appropriately thanks to Nicole. She always made sure I had a drink and kept the timeline on track and helped everything run smoothly the day of my wedding! My wedding day included zero stress or worry due to Nicole taking care of any issues involved and I AM SO GLAD I had a wedding coordinator/planner. I debated a while whether to have one since I enjoy planning so much myself, but she took all of my plans and wants for my wedding and made them come true. I told her I wanted everyone to have a nice time and not feel very serious and she made that happen. We also had to meet our wedding photographer and videographer at a second location and she had the entire timeline run smoothly for this (I could not have figured this out on my own). I would pick her again and again! -

Excellent Job
Nicole is/was amazing for months before our wedding. She was professional, informative, reliable, caring, and you can tell she loves what she does. She loves to see the passion in us as a couple and how she even was personally and I love that about her. She had paperwork(timelines) correct. Read all the contracts and vendors updated us.
We had it at The Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, and live in AL. Def helped with a vendors

From our first meeting until she left the reception at the end of the night Nicole was fantastic. We were provided with wonderful vendor recommendations for everything. Could not have asked for more
Nicole was amazing! She was always very professional and organized throughout the whole planning process. She was also very prompt in getting back with any questions I had and kept me on track. When the best man’s boutonnière was forgotten by the florist, Nicole and her assistant came to the rescue and made one on the spot. I never even knew it until my husband told me the next day! She was determined to overcome every obstacle that we were faced with. I can tell she truly cares for her clients and will do whatever it takes to make sure the event is perfect.
