EBPE is a full-service Planning, Designing, and Décor business with over 20 years of experience in the wedding and special event business. Our enterprise is run by Eloisa Lara and Vanessa Scott, (Elite Certified Wedding & Event Planners by the Wedding Merchants Business Academy and many other certifications achieved. . In addition to full-service planning, we also offer Event Management; aka Day-Of Coordination for couples who have already done the leg work and have already booked their venue, vendors, and have an idea of what theme and design they want for their big day, however, need an expert to come in the month before the wedding to finalize small details, connect with vendors to ensure contracts and timelines are in place and be present on the day-of to coordinate the rehearsal dinner, the rehearsal, and reception.

LET IT BLOOM! As we mentioned earlier, we are a full-service business and florals are by far one of our passions. EBPE’s Florist is a Certified Floral Designer. She has been instructed by renowned global florists and has been doing business since 2015. She offers stunning Wedding Parties, Ceremonies, and Reception Florals. She also loves to work with large floral arrangements for Ballroom entrances or other focal points. She offers both real and permanent botanicals (faux flowers). Our Florist pride is in helping the floral design of both the Wedding and the Reception Ceremonies with the unconventional placement of flowers, adding free-flowing structures, and using florals as focal points, all trending wedding fashions in 2024.

I was introduced to the wedding business when I took the initiative to plan, design, coordinate and do florals for Vanessa's wedding. For the next twenty plus years I exercised my passion for wedding services through church wedding ministries and through family and friends weddings and events.
In 2015, I embarked as a sole-proprietary of a business known as "A Heart From Heaven". At the time it was established as a wedding planning, florals and bakery business. Today, “A Heart From Heaven” serves as our sister company providing both silks and fresh floral arrangements for all types of occasions. I also joined a consortium of seven planners known as "Elegant Beginnings". Due to a career change of the founder, the business was dissolved. In June of 2019, as a spin off of "Elegant Beginnings", I founded with Vanessa as Co-founder, "Elegant Beginnings Premiere Events", the journey of a mother-daughter duo I had dreamed of for years. For me, this will be a journey to leave a legacy to my family. After forty-nine years of technical and corporate jobs, I retired and turned to my real passion; the incredible wedding business I had postponed for 30 plus years.
Hello! My name is Vanessa Scott, and I am a certified Wedding and Event Planner, Consultant and Designer with over twelve years of experience. I also own a small business known as Delectable Sweets and Treats by Vanessa. When I am not busy baking delicious little treats and sweets for special events or assisting my business partner and mother, Eloisa Lara in creating beautifully designed weddings and events, you can find me at home spending time with my family and loved ones. There is nothing that I look forward to the most than sharing time with the ones I love, having fun, being a little silly and sharing in magical moments we create together. It is this same passion that drove me to the entertainment industry many years ago and now with the support of my family, I have been able to turn my passion for entertainment into a business that is rewarding and gratifying. Most importantly, I get to embark on this journey of discovery alongside my mother as we launch our mother- daughter company with one main goal in mind; to provide the best, most spectacular, breathtaking experience that you can imagine!
