Jackie & her team were absolutely phenomenal!!! All the way from the very beginning of planning, prepping, support/phone calls, down to the day of. It was a breeze. Super organized, thorough and the vision I had for my wedding was definitely presented. I was very pleased. Jackie & her team have very high reputations and everyone in town spoke VERY highly of her. Jackie & her team KILLED it for our wedding! Hiring her, as a destination bride from FL, was absolutely, hands down the best decision my husband and I ever did (though I for sure would have hired her even if we lived in TN, lol). Because of my type A personality, we started planning over a year and half early & Jackie was with us every step of the way. From the first meeting we had, to the very last few seconds we spent together at the end of my wedding, it was always such a pleasure to be in her calming presence. She was always 5 steps ahead of me when I would text her with concerns/questions, and was always ready to hear about my crazy thoughts & ideas I had & helped me run with it! Her inventory of decor helped relieve the pressures of having to buy things I would have no use for after the wedding. Jackie was always so communicative with me leading up to wedding day & even afterwards! My anxiety was at ease the day of the wedding with any possible problems that happened because I knew we were in good hands with Jackie & the Elease team & knew anything would be fixed quickly. My favorite part about Jackie is that she is extremely professional but keeps it super light & most of all, she is a BLAST in a glass! She was out on the dance floor with us all night! Jackie & her team went above and beyond for us & I am so super appreciative of everything she helped achieve for us & helped our wedding dreams become a reality!

Jackie was available at the drop of a hat throughout the entire process. She made us feel at ease when we started to panic and ultimately she went above and beyond what we could have ever expected!
