Where to even start. Jackie Carter and her team at Elease were perfection. Best money spent by far. Helped the entire weekend go by without a hitch. Her team was able to tackle every request and challenge we threw their way. They worked together flawlessly with all our vendors. They provided priceless input on vendor selection and every detail of the day. Having access to her equipment to rent also saved us a ton and relieved loads of stress from planning and traveling. Her team stayed on top of us for all deadlines and were extremely responsive whenever we needed them. It was a pleasure working with her every step of the way, and we are grateful for the many meetings she was able to have with us leading up to the wedding. We could not have asked for a more perfect planner and cannot thank her enough for making our special day everything we dreamed of and more. -

We could not have been happier with not only the service but the relationships we had working with Elease Productions. Jackie who was our main point of contact throughout our planning, showed the utmost support and care for us. She always gave off that vibe of being 110% on our team, in our corner every step of the way. She was so attentive and flexible during the planning phase, working with our schedules to meet up and discuss different aspects of our day. Come day of, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Of course there were a few hiccups but Jackie and her team handled them flawlessly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend hiring Elease Productions to help make your day magical. -

Jackie & her team KILLED it for our wedding! Hiring her, as a destination bride from FL, was absolutely, hands down the best decision my husband and I ever did (though I for sure would have hired her even if we lived in TN, lol). Because of my type A personality, we started planning over a year and half early & Jackie was with us every step of the way. From the first meeting we had, to the very last few seconds we spent together at the end of my wedding, it was always such a pleasure to be in her calming presence. She was always 5 steps ahead of me when I would text her with concerns/questions, and was always ready to hear about my crazy thoughts & ideas I had & helped me run with it! Her inventory of decor helped relieve the pressures of having to buy things I would have no use for after the wedding. Jackie was always so communicative with me leading up to wedding day & even afterwards! My anxiety was at ease the day of the wedding with any possible problems that happened because I knew we were in good hands with Jackie & the Elease team & knew anything would be fixed quickly. My favorite part about Jackie is that she is extremely professional but keeps it super light & most of all, she is a BLAST in a glass! She was out on the dance floor with us all night! Jackie & her team went above and beyond for us & I am so super appreciative of everything she helped achieve for us & helped our wedding dreams become a reality! -

If you are considering hiring Jackie as your wedding planner, just do it. She made things so easy and is such a down-to-earth person. She helped me plan a wedding from another state with such ease. I rarely write reviews, but I feel Jackie and team deserve this one. I am a caterer who has had the pleasure of working with Elease productions a few times and can say they are one of my favorites to work with. The things they do well; keep up communication between all vendors so that the event runs seamlessly, decorations are always beautifully done and set with much care and effort, and the love for what they do shows in their demeanor at every event I have worked with them. I look forward to working with them more. -

One of the best investments is a wedding planner!
We didn’t have to worry about a single thing for our wedding day! Jackie and her team took care of every detail and made the day go by beautifully! Everything looked so good, and they were there at the drop of a dime if we needed them, or just checking in for us constantly! Definitely recommend! -

Jackie Carter and her team at Elease Productions are amazing! My husband and I are from Indianapolis, IN but we chose to have our wedding in the mountains in Pigeon Forge, TN. We met with several wedding planners and ended up choosing Elease Productions for one reason: Jackie! We met with Jackie on our hunt for a wedding planner and we immediately felt comfortable with her. She quickly learned more about us and what we wanted for our wedding. It was easy to see that she is a wedding planner because she truly enjoys it. She was funny, personable, and a pleasure to work with. We also appreciated that she offers different packages depending on how much involvement we wanted to have. Whenever we made trips to the Knoxville area (and we made several!), Jackie always made herself available to meet with us and discuss any details/questions we had for her.
Our wedding was scheduled for May 2020 but because of the pandemic, we postponed to May 2021. Throughout the postponement, Jackie was awesome. Once we had picked our new date, she worked with our vendors on availability and helped secure our new date.
On the day of the wedding, Jackie and her team were fabulous. They took care of every single detail – big and small. Everything was set up exactly as I imagined or better. As I was getting ready, Jackie and her team set up the ceremony décor and seating, the reception tables and décor, and every other detail (our ceremony and reception were at the same venue).
During the wedding, everything went as smoothly as it could have possibly gone. Our DJ was unavailable on our postponed date, so we had our officiant be our emcee. Jackie gave him cues so he knew when to make announcements which was a huge help! Jackie had our caterer make an appetizer and dinner plate for my husband and me so we were able to eat and enjoy the food! She even had a drink ready to go for both of us right after the ceremony! Jackie exceeded our expectations!
At the end of the wedding, Jackie and her team packaged everything back up for us to take home. Since we were traveling from out of state, this meant all vases were repackaged in bubble wrap and all the décor back in their boxes. This made it so easy for us to load up our vehicles at the end of a very long day!
Jackie and her team couldn’t have made our special day any more perfect than it was. If you want a stress-free wedding managed by an experienced team and someone that will treat you more like family than just a client, give Jackie a call! -

Jackie is a dream. Her and her team made my day so special. I was getting married 4 hours from home and worried about planning everything so it went smoothly and Jackie made sure that happened. She was always available with random last minute questions, and remembered all the little things that I was thinking of last minute. She is so nice and so was her whole team. I am so glad I went with them, and would tell anyone in that area to use her! -

Everything I could dream of and more!
When I say Jackie and her team are beyond amazing! I knew nothing about planning for a wedding and had no desire to figure it out. LOL. She was amazing at everything from venue and vendor selection, decor/ideas, time management, crisis aversion, and making sure even things I didn’t think of happened.
She made it happen and was so pleasant every step of the way ! I would recommend Elease Production and all the vendors and venue 10 times over.

Jackie was truly AMAZING!!! She brought our vision for an Elopement ceremony to life on extremely short notice!!!
We had originally booked a big wedding in NY for early fall and unfortunately had to cancel due to travel restrictions. We were very adamant about getting married in the fall as we did not want to wait until next year or sacrifice our vision of our big day.
We decided to do a very small destination wedding and wanted a beautiful ceremony overlooking the mountains. After weeks of searching for “the perfect all inclusive venue” we finally booked with a different top vendor in gatlinburg who canceled on us 11 days before our wedding, which left us scrambling to find the perfect venue. After days of searching, we found a venue that recommended Jackie and we booked her less than a week before our wedding!! She was INCREDIBLE!!! She responded very quickly and provided an officiant, floral, photographer, cake, champagne, as well as hair & makeup recommendations - and much more for a very reasonable price!!
I would HIGHLY recommend Jackie for any couple looking to have a big or small wedding in the smoky’s! -

Jackie and her whole team were absolutely Amazing! I was a nervous bride and and it was our 1st marriage and wanting to know every detail, there were probably times that she wanted to strangle me, LOL but she was always so patient with me from the very beginning and so understanding with all my requests and wants! I found her through searching google and looking for a Wedding planner, and from Day 1 our hearts were knitted together and I knew she was going to be great and make our special day absolutely amazing... and she did just that! Everything ran incredibly smooth, and if there were any “hiccups” non of our guests knew it, and said that everything went Perfect!
Daniel and I just want to Thank you and all of the Elease Production team for making our day incredibly special!

We had a destination wedding and Jackie went above and beyond her role to help us with planning our wedding from afar. She was there for every question and helping with finding vendors. On the day of the wedding she did even more than we could ask for. The way her and Stephanie decorated the venue for us was breathtaking. We received so many compliments from our guest about how they phenomenal and were super welcoming to all our guest & vendors. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to have worked with. Jackie and her team are absolutely the best!! Every detail I asked for was done perfectly! I felt comfortable working with Jackie and explaining my vision for the day. She gave me great suggestions and put everything together. She helped us through the process of planning, the rehearsal, and the whole day Saturday. We ended up rescheduling because of covid and Jackie made the transition so easy. She contacted all of my vendors and rescheduled everything for us. On the day of her team did the setup perfectly without me being there. I was able to relax and have a stress free day. When I walked into our reception and ceremony space I was amazed at how wonderful everything looked! She kept us on schedule and well informed of what was happening and when. All of our guest complimented us on how well coordinated and decorated the wedding was. This team is a must for anyone planning any event or wedding!! -

Hands down the best thing a bride can do for herself is hire a wedding coordinator for the entire planning and day of process. Jackie and her team were absolutely AMAZING. They took our wedding vision and made it reality. They are kind, fun, professional, punctual and welcoming. They added the extra layer of support that we needed and took all stress off of us so we could enjoy the day and soak in every second!!

Jackie is the key essential to the best day of your life. Words cannot express my gratitude for Elease Productions, hiring this team was BY FAR the best investment I have ever made. I didn’t know what to expect planning a wedding and I was debating if I needed a wedding planner or not but for safe measures I hired Jackie and from that moment on planning, preparing and experiencing our wedding day was a total blast. She has PHENOMENAL vendor recommendations that all performed as hoped for, The only almost stressful issue I had on the wedding day was my bouquet arrived and I was positive they delivered the wrong one because it was nothing like I requested. Jackie came in, told me she would fix it and the next thing I knew I had a brand new bouquet that was STUNNING. A plain white bouquet was bought and Jackie combined that with a flowers in the colors I wanted with flowing greenery with hot glue an hour before the wedding. Her creative problem solving skills are on a whole different level!
From the day I first spoke to her through email, texting and calls I was 100% confident in Elease Productions. When I met her in person I was amazed at the planning she had already prepared for us and answers she had for questions I didn’t even know to ask not to mention her spunky personality and her ability to know what your thinking before you even say it. She did everything from the planning reception layout, wedding time schedule, as well as wedding set up and take down and it seriously went perfect. I can’t actually imagine what it would have been like without her, all I do know is that I genuinely love her and am beyond grateful for having her by my side as a planner, coordinator and friend. She’s the BEST! -

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Jackie and her sister were amazing to work with and so much fun! They really helped lower my stress for my wedding and dud everything in their power to give us the best day of our lives. They responded very quickly and helped me get the best deal. On the wedding day itself, it was prettier than I could have ever imagined. Apparently a few things went wrong with other vendors and she went above and beyond to fix them that morning with only a couple of hours to spare. She didn't let me know until after the wedding, and I was able to get some reimbursements. I would recommend her and her team for the price that you get. It was well worth it! She was not only my vendor but a great friend through the whole process. -

Jackie is AMAZING! I was a very “hands off” bride. I was looking for someone that could do it all AND within my budget. She did just that! She planned every detail, hired every vendor, set everything up and even took it down with just an initial meeting and Pinterest page. Best investment ever and at the best price you’ll find anywhere! I cannot say enough positive things about Jackie and the EP Team. They were phenomenal. Throughout the entire process, Jackie was there for us. She made our day of go so smooth and perfectly. Everyone there said nothing but great things about how great it all went. I wasn't very decisive on a lot of topics, but she made sure I got what I wanted and helped me make good choices. She has a phenomenal network of vendors and is open to working with new ones as well! She was a huge blessing to us from beginning to end, and if I ever throw another big party, I know who I'm calling! -

She provided a checklist which entailed everything I could have imagined for the wedding. Every few weeks, she would check in with me & offer advice/ideas. It was really nice to bounce ideas and fears off of her & also nice to have reminders that “Everything will be ok”. I would recommend her to anyone & everyone. She is fantastic at what she does! Not to mention, she is very affordable.

We hired Jackie and elease productions for day of coordination along with set up and take down. I have no regrets! Jackie was kind throughout the whole process and obviously very knowledgeable about how to put together a great event! I sometimes found email responses to be slow or disjointed, but I can also appreciate the fact that I am probably more on top of emails than I should be (lol). Since I did the planning myself, I was nervous about it all coming together on the day without my guidance, but Jackie and her team executed it perfectly and gave me and my husband our dream wedding.
We also hired her simply sip team to bartend for us, and I cannot say enough positive things! They helped us form an alcohol quote, picked it all up for us, and sent us home with the extras afterwards all packed up nicely. During the wedding the bartenders were genuinely perfect. Every time I thought to myself I wanted a drink I felt like they came up behind me with a margarita and a kind word. I had many guests tell me they enjoyed them as well. 10/10!! My dad wanted me to specifically shoutout Bria for being the best!
