Facilities and Capacity

The Dunbar House Inn and Event Property is the only large event venue located in the heart of main street Murphys. This allows couples and their guests to experience a wonderful wedding weekend within convenient reach of all that the area has to offer. The historic B&B is a grand Victorian home that was originally built back in 1880. The lovely Italianette-style estate offers the regal beauty and stately elegance of a time gone by...A perfect backdrop to host an intimate wedding weekend with all your friends and loved ones! The 6 unique rooms are filled with historic charm yet have completely modern amenities. The sprawling manicured gardens and grounds are ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions of up to 150 guests and offers a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. In addition to the 6 rooms available at the Dunbar House, we are also able to accommodate up to 64 other guests in nearby accommodations.

Flexible Options

At the Dunbar House Inn, we feel keeping it simple yet flexible is the key to a successful event! The Dunbar House Inn offers full in house catering and bar packages, and our team will work with you to create your dream wedding menu. You’re also welcome to bring in your own vendors, to help make your day as unique as you are!

Pricing

Included in the venue pricing is access to the Dunbar House Inn (with accommodations for 12) from 3:00pm Friday to 12:00pm Sunday (or any 3 day period mid week) and all event spaces (Greenhouse, 2 patios, Bar and Gardens). We also provide tables and chairs, set-up and take down. The package pricing is simple, there is one package price for weekends and also a mid week rate. You are welcome to use the site for your rehearsal dinner at no extra fee (catering is available), and all guests staying at the inn will receive a fabulous full breakfast the day of the wedding and also on the morning of checkout (guests not staying at the inn are welcome to join for an additional fee). The Dunbar House Inn's desire is to make your special day an unforgettable experience rather than just a one day event. We are here every step of the way to help plan your dream wedding getaway!
