Lila and Sage did an amazing job on our Wedding Cake! We had a certain cake we wanted, we showed them the picture, and the cake turned out the exact way we wanted it. It tasted delicious. My husband and I are very simple, so we did two layers vanilla with fresh cut strawberries and one layer with chocolate with chocolate filling and it was delicious! It was a huge hit at the Wedding. They were very sincere and were able to accommodate our needs very nicely. My husband and I highly recommend Lila and Sage!!! Thank you girls!!! :)

Talk about the best of the best. Lila and Sage made our evening flawless and encouraged creativity and freshness. We loved the Bloody Mary Marinated Tri-Tip and so did all our guests!!!! A perfect fit for a fairy tale ending!

Our wedding was in Sonora, CA on 9/9/23. Anyone who was in the area that weekend should vividly remember the very powerful thunderstorm, which was not in the forecast, even the morning of. One of the 1,000+ lightning strikes knocked out all power in the county from before 5pm until 5am the next morning. How in the world did Skye and her staff pull off the service they provided for our 175 guests? There were no tents and the food service was set up outside. There were no lights outside because the generators were being used for DJ and bathrooms. The only lights inside were battery operated uplights rented from the DJ for ambiance or battery operated taper candles in the candelabra on the tables. Our guests were fed absolutely incredible, delicious food and served wine throughout the night. She pulled off a miracle.
Additionally, we used her in-house baker for our cake. First of all, it was delicious. But then in a crazy coincidence, in order to match the invitations and website, we made the strange request for a kintsugi pattern on in the icing. The baker knocked it out of the park! Hilariously, most of the guests mistook the kintsugi to be lightning which matched the skies that night!
We also had Skye and her team cater our rehearsal dinner with an incredible paella layout with a carrot cake dessert. It was so delicious!
If you get married or want to cater a party anywhere in the vicinity of Lila & Sage’s Murphy’s, CA kitchen, don’t even bother to look for any other caterer.

Karen was so great! Instead of centerpieces we did an individual cake for each table. She was so much fun to work with.

We had the absolute best experience with catering that you could ever even dream of having. The entire experience was absolutely flawless, from the initial food tasting, to the last minute cake tasting and add-on, to the actual wedding event itself. Skye was wonderful to work with and made sure every single detail was taken care of - she has a gift!! The food was INCREDIBLE! Every single one of our guests kept raving about how delicious the food was, and even weeks later say it was some of the best food they’ve ever tasted, begging for the recipes! My husband and I actually got to eat during our wedding because her staff was so fantastic, too. They made sure we were well taken care of with food and drinks. Appetizers were absolutely delicious at cocktail hour and our guests were eating them up. We opted for family style for dinner and Skye was able to easily accommodate. Our guests really loved the interaction without having to wait in long lines or wait for plates to be individually served. The food was on the tables so quickly, none of our guests had to wait. They also wrapped up cake top for us and organized all leftovers neatly in the reception hall fridge. They really did an incredible job and we would use their services again!

They did an amazing job at getting us exactly what we wanted. We did cupcakes for our guests and they were amazing! With our cupcakes they included our bride and groom cake at no cost! They did an amazing job, everything was delicious!

Lila & Sage provided our rehearsal dinner catering and I can not say enough wonderful things about them. The food: AMAZING. The service: AMAZING. Presentation: AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make our event so special and beautiful. They have an attention to detail that can't be matched. I will definitely be using them again!!

Jeff was great to work with, everything from cupcake tasting to options for a full cake. We had a small cake with a cupcake bar for our guests. They came and set everything up for us on the day of.

Easy to use, reasonably priced, did not have to worry about them leading-up to or on the day of.

OMG their food is so delicious!!! We were lucky to have Lila & Sage cater our November wedding and their food did not disappoint. Due to COVID, we worked closely with Skye to ensure how the food was served complied with the COVID guidelines. As an example, instead of a grazing station, Skye recommended that we have cute clear boxes that contained all of the meat and cheese for each guest. We still went with the buffet option, but we had her servers, wearing gloves and masks, serve a portion for each guest instead of each guest touching the utensils. Skye was such a pleasure to work with and we can’t recommend her enough as a caterer. You will NOT be disappointed with her or her food!
