Is was seriously effortless to use Griselda’s Catering! The food was amazing. They catered to the allergies that our guest had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Griselda's Catering did an amazing job on my daughter's wedding! The buffet was delicious, the tables with linens and china were beautiful, the bartender service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Griselda and her staff were very professional and extra helpful even putting out the floating candle vases and the wedding guest gifts we brought. She set up a free tasting of her wonderful food choices before the wedding. Everything went seamlessly. Griselda was a true pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her!

Griselda was an AMAZING caterer. Food was very important to me and my husband on our wedding day as we had eaten our share of bland, cold wedding food and we love to eat. I knew I wanted an outside caterer, and I knew I wanted Mexican food. Griselda was so accommodating and kind, it was like I had known her for years. We met her for a tasting and fell in love immediately, everything was delicious and it even turned out that she had owned the restaurant my mom had hung out at when she was younger and had a lot of parallels to my family: it was totally destiny. When the big day came, she was a better coordinator than even my actual day-of coordinator for my wedding site! Everything ran smoothly, everyone got to eat, and we got so many compliments (and handed out so many business cards)! I would highly recommend Griselda to anyone hosting an event. A year later, and my husband and I still talk about the food and her service. We loved her!

My wife and I picked the venue first which was the Library Galleria in downtown Sacramento. The venue required we go through their preferred vendors for food and drink. After thumbing through every caterer, Griselda's was the best decision because of the flexibility, the reviews, and finally the price. We booked the venue about one year from the wedding date and took about a whole month to select our caterer. Griselda's reputation really sold us as we heard nothing but great reviews. Lucky for me I was able to test her out booking an event I had to organize and everything was good to go. We then used Griselda for our baby shower and everyone one of our guests loved the food so it was a no brainer to use them for our wedding. Now my fiance was extremely organized and had a whole underwater vision and Griselda brought it to life. She was very available to us even though I know she was extremely busy with tons of other events and weddings. We would email, call, text everything! We probably met about 5-6 times at her offices at the State Capitol and she always showed great hospitality and really could tell she wanted this to be a great event. About 3 months before the wedding we made the best decision of our lives and paid her to be on site coordinator which was well worth the money which allowed us to not have to worry about all of our vendors and their questions, set up times, etc. Highly recommend Griselda's to anyone out there. She may not be the cheapest but if you want to do your wedding right she is the one to call. She was running around all over during the wedding and had her little clipboard and the night ran so smoothly with zero issues or hiccups. Wish we could go back in time and just experience the wedding just for a minute. In the end, our guests were amazed, my wife was thrilled which is really all that matters. Can't wait to see all the photos and videos.

Griselda's catering was top notch...not only was she friendly but professional as well. She went far and beyond on wedding and made it even more special :-) My guest are still commenting on how delicious the food was along with the overall display of detail and care that was put into the presentation of the food. I definitely recommend anyone getting married and/or having a special event to look into having Griselda cater it....she is a five star caterer!!

Griselda's Catering is the absolute best! Not only are they super easy to work with and flexible...something critical for me because I changed my mind and added to or adjusted my order weekly; they also go above and beyond to make your day absolutely perfect. They catered our wedding, an intimate affair with dinner at our home. We were running late from the ceremony of course, so they just did all the little extras they weren't required to do without me having to ask. They thought about things before I had to which was so fantastic because I hadn't hired a planner. They boxed up all the leftovers and put them in the fridge and even left the rentals at my home because the party was still going! They were very quiet the next morning coming to pick everything up which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would use them for every single thing I do, the food was really amazing and the staff was exceptional. Doesn't get much better.

Our firm has been a fan of Griselda's Catering and her families’ restaurant for many years. She has catered many events of ours, from hosting fundraiser at their original restaurant on 7th street as well as her catering service offsite. Griselda's Catering demonstrate such professionalism in their service and her selections of foods appeals to every pallet. Her and her staff adds that personal touch with a smile!
