There aren't enough words to express our gratitude and love for Dan. He listened to exactly what we wanted, provided helpful tips, and gave us the most PERFECT playlist. My husband and I had the time of our lives, as did our guests.

A little background about our day: We had to postpone our original date due to a COVID exposure within 2 weeks of our wedding day. Not only were we devastated, but our original DJ wasn't available for our new date. Dan was our saving grace - he helped us find a renewed excitement for our new date.

Shortly after we were married, we found out we were pregnant. After Dan found out, he sent us a book to read to our sweet girl! I mean, what other DJ does that?! Dan genuinely cares for his clients - before, during, and after the wedding day. We just hope he is still in the game when it is time for our daughter to get married!!

Planning a wedding/party can be exhausting. When we started our planning we didn't have much direction, especially with the entertainment and DJ. We received a referral to Dan and that's when we never looked back. Dan's level of engagement and professionalism starts with his communication and initial sit down's to understand who you are, who your family is and who your friends are. He actively listens to your every want/need and then transforms that into reality. We wanted a party. We got a party. Something I'm very thankful for is Dan's ability to read a dance floor and adapt on the fly. Our party started out solid but nothing insane. From there about 65% of our guests went outside to smoke cigars and we completely lost the dance floor. The music changed, the vibe changed but most importantly, Dan caught on and adapted. When we all came back inside, we had 65 minutes to turn it up and once again, Dan adapted and turned our dance floor into complete insanity. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out and I'm very thankful that Dan was able to adapt on the fly. My two pieces of advice are to hire Dan and hire Dan. If you don't hire Dan, you're making the wrong decision. My last piece of advice is to hire Dan. Wedding vendors don't always meet expectations. Very rarely do they exceed expectations. Dan and DBQ Entertainment are on a whole another level than meeting or exceeding expectations. We grew to love Dan and I don't mean that in a cliché sense. Our love for Dan is real and what he was able to bring to our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular.

As an owner of an event venue in Fort Worth, I see a lot of DJs in my space. The second I got engaged I knew I wanted Dan as my DJ! Dan is incredible, he takes time to sit down and discuss your music likings, what you want played the day of your wedding and what you don't want played! He truly cares about this couples! He sang as guests were arriving to our ceremony, he has a gorgeous voice. He also helped us cut down songs for our first dance, father/daughter and mother/son. He kept our dance floor PACKED the all night and the way he mixed our music was unbelievable! We received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS about how awesome, badass and amazing our DJ was! You will not be disappointed booking Dan as your DJ! He is truly one of the best DJ's in DFW!

What can I say – Dan is the MAN! Dan is one of the most hard-working DJs in the wedding industry. He absolutely went above and beyond in every capacity to make sure we had the most amazing day. He took several hours to sit down and get to know my husband and I as a couple, along with asking questions about our families, our wedding party, and our guests. He learned about our likes and dislikes for music and took notes on specific moments that we knew were important to us throughout the night. By doing so, he was able to MC the reception without forgetting any names or other hiccups and still allowing the night to flow into an unbelievable dance party. As soon as Dan opened the dance floor, it was a NON-STOP party the entire night. Dan is the best hype man, kindest friend, and a wedding vendor you definitely want in your corner. Thank you for EVERYTHING Dan, we are so grateful for you!

Dan was FANTASTIC as our wedding DJ. He was very patient and met with me to talk through what kinds of music I wanted at the reception. His musical knowledge was impressive, and I could name one song, and he'd instantly know what sorts of other songs I had in mind. He also did a great job as a master of cermonies during the reception. The lighting was PERFECT. I cannot say enough great things about him.

Dan is the man! He is an amazing DJ and entertainer who is full of advice and humor. My husband and I met up with him twice before our wedding day so he could get to know us more and understand all of the different personalities attending our wedding. He performed perfectly: the music, timeline, and, announcements were just what the crowd needed at each point in time. He kept the dance floor packed the entire night, and, best of all, my husband and I were able to dance the night away with our guests!

Dan was the best thing at our wedding...we are still getting compliments. He was the singer/DJ/host/master of ceremonies and everything in between. He really got to know us as a couple and made our wedding all about us. He is the perfect addition to any event to really hit it out of the park. I would recommend him to anyone planning a party!! Best DJ out there!!!

I have experienced the Dan Quinn show at several corporate and charity functions over the years, as well as more intimate cafe-type settings, and without fail, he always brings it! Dan offers something - a LOT of something - for young, old and everyone in between. It is obvious Dan really loves what he does, and his natural talent, years of experience and sheer passion for entertaining, insure that everyone else has as much fun as he does! I highly recommend Dan Quinn Band!

This was the 2nd year in a row that we had Dan DJ our Company Christmas Party! He was back because of the overwhelming request we had from all of the employees, who thoroughly enjoyed themselves both last year and this year again. I cannot recommend Dan enough for whatever type event you are having! I can tell you already that he has been requested to be back for our Christmas Party next Year!

Very impressed with Dan. If you haven’t booked him, do it now. From start to finish, he made our daughters wedding memorable. He came all the way from Dallas to perform in Tampa FL. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire night,
