We can comfortably host up to 160 guests and we have several indoor and outdoor event spaces for you to choose from. You can say “I do” at the Garden Gazebo, a delightful open-air setting. After pledging your love, you can venture into the Windsor Grille for the perfect cocktail hour, followed by a grand entrance into the Regency Ballroom for your reception. Suitable for up to 160 people, this space blends contemporary design with traditional elements. The room’s natural ambient light provided by many large windows contributes to its intimacy and warm vibe. Our exquisite sconces and chandeliers together with an included LED lighting system can provide an exciting and romantic "look" to your wedding celebration. Our ballroom can be configured to host smaller more intimate affairs as well.

After your event, you continue the fun with an after-party in our Windsor Grille Lounge where you and your guests can party till 2 AM. Then " take the elevator home" and you spend your first honeymoon nights in one of our fabulous two-room suites complete with corner Whirlpool, kitchen, and living room. Your out-of-town guests too can spend the night in any one of our 156 deluxe suites and guest rooms each equipped with WiFi, HD TVs, and state-of-the-art private bathrooms. In the morning you can conveniently host a farewell breakfast in our Solaris Cafe, or a private event space where you can enjoy the company of your friends and family before their departure. While we offer full-service catering by our expert team with many different menu options and price points. We also allow you to rent the venue space and arrange for your caterer to provide the food. Our facility rental fees include tables, chairs, standard linens, china, flatware, and glassware as well as event set-up, and breakdown. We can also provide the waitstaff, bar and bartenders, dancefloor, sound system, and lighting as well.
