Facilities and Capacity

There are multiple options for event spaces at The Kartrite Resort. The Hudson Ballroom offers over 5,800 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 400 guests. This room can also be partitioned for smaller gatherings: Hudson A is over 2,900 square feet, while Hudson B and C span 1,400 square feet each. Additional meeting spaces are available as well. Enjoy hosting cocktails in the pre-function area just outside the ballroom before your reception begins. There are countless possibilities for the arrangement of the indoor and outdoor spaces at The Kartrite Resort for your wedding celebration. In addition to your fully customized wedding reception, The Kartrite Resort offers 324 beautifully finished suites for your guests. Amazing experience!!!!

My husband and I held our wedding reception celebration at The Kartrite Resort and we had an amazing experience! From start to finish everything went smoothly and stress free thanks to Liz. Liz went above and beyond for our special day. Any special requests or questions we had, Liz answered promptly. My husband and I are forever grateful for the experience we had at Kartrite :)

Outstanding venue for a wedding!

On August 3, 2024, we hosted our daughter's wedding at the Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark. Throughout the year long process, Danielle Schwartz, Emily Teatum, Talya Regan, Jessica Uczarczyk, and the general managers of the resort worked tirelessly to make the event a success. We started out with a possible 250-person guest list and ended with a 220-person wedding. As with any event, things changed daily, and they rolled calmly with all the changes I requested. It was originally planned as an outdoor wedding and 24 hours before, it needed to be moved indoors. The staff of the banquet room, Danielle Schwartz, Brad Burritt and Megan Powell worked around the clock to make the many necessary changes which helped make it a perfect success. They were also very accommodating and helpful to all our vendors. The flowers were provided by Floral Cottage in Glens Spey, NY. Our stunning wedding cake was created by Calculated Confections in Walden, NY. The beautiful decorations were designed and hung by Perry and his crew from Party Master in Hurleyville, NY. Carlos and Kevin kept the crowd on their feet dancing, while Jermaine helped make the photo
booth a huge success! I don't have one negative thing I can say about the resort or our experience with them! I highly recommend this venue for any wedding or special function! Most of the wedding party and family rented rooms for the weekend and it added a beautiful fullness to the weekend. The two bridal suites rooms 151 & 152 worked out perfectly for the hair, make up and photographers to help capture the special day.

Best wedding experience ever!

The Kartrite was absolutely amazing! They made my dreams come true! We felt like celebrities for the night, for our entire stay actually. My wedding was beyond my expectations, beyond perfection. Every person from staff to management all felt so invested in the success of our wedding day and moment. I cannot say enough great things about the Kartrite. I had the most perfect day from the my stay beforehand, to the setup, and the FOOD was absolutely amazing. Even my guests couldn't stop talking about the experience and the food. There was so much food!!! With food and an open bar, I was able to have the wedding of dreams and the best part is that it was all within BUDGET! Everyone had a magical night and experience.
