We hired Chelsea as the Day of Coordinator and she was new to the industry but I told her that being prior military I trusted she could make things happen since she also was prior military. She was able to work hard and get things done. She took my husbands rugged personality and my dainty vision and made it a reality. We loved every bit of the wedding and then some. She also became a lifetime friend. We vibed so well with her and loved her personality and her ability to calm us down in the middle of chaos was stellar. We had rain on our special day and she was running out helping guests with an umbrella to come inside and had her assistant to go and get more umbrellas and then everyone was able to come in nice and dry. Then her and her assistant transferred all the chairs and decor inside. It really amazed me how she was willing to get dirty and dig into hard work. One thing we saw with many planners was that they stayed all prim and proper which is great but I look back and none of them would have gotten all muddy and wet for us. If we could go back and hire her for the full wedding we would. But 8 of our friends went with her and all her events came out top notch!
