Heading into wedding planning, one thing we KNEW we wanted to splurge on was our DJ. Having been to many weddings, we know that the DJ can really make or break the vibes and flow of the reception. Also, knowing how much our friends and family love to dance, we knew we needed someone who could match their energy and know what songs to play. Cue, DJ Wrex! We stumbled across a video of his on social media and were instantly gravitating towards him. We had a couple of phone calls with other DJs prior to speaking with DJ Wrex, but after our initial Zoom call with DJ Wrex, we knew we wanted to book him. He absolutely knocked it out of the park! We received soooo many compliments regarding his song choices, mixing, and overall energy. We also had him as our MC, and he was amazing at that as well. We had a call prior to the wedding to review our timeline, and he communicated with our planner as well to ensure he had the timeline down. Our wedding went incredibly smooth, and DJ Wrex definitely played a role in that. Our friends and family stayed on the dancefloor the entire night (even before dinner began being served!) and it made us so happy because it was exactly what we envisioned. We wish we could get married again just to experience the party again!

DJ Rex was absolutely amazing! He flew all the way from California to Orlando for our wedding and totally crushed it.
He went above and beyond to make everything flow perfectly, kept the energy high all night, and had had a perfect read of the proper music for that moment. Rex is talented, professional, and just such a great vibe. Couldn’t recommend him more!

From the moment my wife and I chose Synergy Events to DJ and MC our wedding, Dj Wrex was very easy to communicate with. The process for choosing songs and setting the vibes were smooth. We had gone through our timeline in the meetings and he kept it almost to the exact minute.

It’s only been a few days since the wedding but one thing everyone keeps telling us is how awesome DJ Wrex was with his music and transitions, played the right songs at the perfect time. He even helped me customize my precessional song, which I am incredibly grateful for and I will cherish that moment forever.

As a service provider, DJ Wrex went above and beyond, offering guidance, support, and a calming presence leading up to the wedding. His planning portal was instrumental in helping us organize our run of show, and the consultation meetings beforehand really helped us fine-tune the vibe we wanted to create.

As an artist, DJ Wrex is truly top-tier. He synthesized our eclectic mix of music requests into a seamless, high-energy dance party from 8 PM to 2 AM. His attention to detail was incredible and he even incorporated a music callback from our vows! He read the crowd perfectly, effortlessly blended hip-hop and reggaeton with Portuguese pop (and other genres), and still managed to put his own unique stamp on the event.

His AV setup was also flawless and played a big role in setting the atmosphere for both the ceremony and the reception. Also big plus on how well he worked with the other vendors.

Final note: I’ve lost count of how many guests have commented on or asked about the DJ (we had 250 guests, so it's been a lot!). Everyone was blown away.

Highly, highly recommended. Don’t sleep on DJ Wrex.

The stars aligned for us as we came across DJ Wrex 1 month prior to our wedding after a little mishap with our original DJ. He was quick to hop on a call with us after our initial inquiry, the app he sent us was very user friendly, and our final call before the big day couldn’t have been any smoother. DJ Wrex knew the exact vibe we were going for, and even took the time to smooth out a mix we wanted for the vision of our grand entrance for our reception. There were people on the dancefloor ALL night and DJ Wrex knows how to get a party started! Our family and guests can’t stop talking about how amazing DJ Wrex was & our we can’t imagine our wedding without him! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, DJ Wrex! 10/10 highly recommend!

Amazing DJ Experience with DJ Wrex / Synergy Events – Highly Recommended!

We had the pleasure of having DJ Wrex from Synergy Events DJ our wedding in November, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! From the very beginning, DJ Wrex was incredibly detail-oriented during the preplanning process, making sure every aspect of the event was exactly how we envisioned it.

One of the standout features was his use of the Vibo app, which made song selection so much easier and fun. It was a great tool for guiding us through the process, and it gave us the flexibility to customize our playlist while still ensuring everything flowed perfectly.

Rex dj'd our wedding and did an amazing job keeping the energy alive and facilitating our timeline. He catered to our themed wedding in style (we had a medieval themed wedding) by dressing up as a knight and spoke in ye olde english. He got a lot of compliments from our guests who were very impressed. He was very welcoming to our requests and made us confident he was the dj just right for our wedding during our meetings.

We knew we had to hire DJ Wrex the moment we saw his entertaining Instagram reels/mixes.

From the initial inquiry, to zoom meetings until wedding day, the communication flowed effortlessly. We could tell that he is extremely professional as he took time to know our music preferences through his extensive and detailed online portal. He also assisted us in creating a seamless wedding reception timeline.

During the wedding day, everything was perfect as he delivered the best sounds from ceremony, to cocktail hour, until the last dance. He knew how to work the crowd and generate the best vibes. Our guests couldn’t stop dancing as he played his mixes. We also had a Trivia game for our guests and he supplied game show sound effects – which were super cool and also got our guests in full participation mode.

Booking DJ Wrex was one of the greatest decisions we made for our wedding as our friends and family couldn’t stop talking how lit our wedding was. We had no regrets hiring DJ Wrex and highly recommend his services. Thanks again DJ Wrex!!

Rex and Amanda did such an amazing job for our wedding reception! They took time to get to know us beforehand, and Rex played the best music at the best times. His whole platform for song requests and planning the timeline was cool too. A great DJ makes ALL the difference and he absolutely did!
