Rod was amazing! We did not want the party to end! He had everyone on the dance floor and I mean even those guests who don’t ever dance! Rod communicated with us all the time and even met with us a few times to ensure our day would be perfect. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I cannot recommend him enough!

Rod is super impressive and knows his stuff. I was instantly impressed by him and his knowledge of how to maximize parties and keep them going. Our wedding was a blast with so many people telling me how much fun they had for weeks after the wedding - I attribute this to Rod! He truly knows his stuff and makes the party the best ever!

DJ Rod was fantastic to work with for our wedding reception! During our initial planning consultation call, he gave us all the information we needed and worked with us to get more services still within our budget. He worked with our venue coordinator to make sure everything would run smoothly, he brought his own sound equipment and made the uplighting in the room look gorgeous, and he helped make our party a BLAST! We have gotten so many compliments on how fun the dancing was at our wedding, and we attribute that to DJ Rod's ability to keep a party going. If any friend of ours needed a DJ in the DFW area, we would highly recommend DJ Rod!

Rod is just the best from start to finish! Rod provided the entertainment for my daughters wedding. An although it was a "dry wedding", Rod was able to keep the dance floor crowded and the guests energized! I would highly recommend Rod for your event!

We hired Rod after my husband met him at Brik open house and basically fell in love. He took the time to really get to know us and our musical style, listen to ideas we had for aspects of the ceremony and reception, and really make us feel part of the whole process. We had DJ Rod take care of our wedding ceremony and reception music, as well as our reception uplighting in the venue, plus a light up monogram- and it was AMAZING! His process for filling out the style of music we wanted was easy to use, and he totally got our vision and musical style for our wedding. The dance floor was literally PACKED the entire reception- there were no lulls in the dancing which was awesome and exactly what we wanted. It was truly a PARTY. He took care of us from beginning to end, and we couldn’t imagine our wedding day without him!

When your daughter is getting married - and you are in the wedding industry - you know the best and you want the best - DJ Rod Baker was that person for us! Honestly I almost didn't contact him because I couldn't believe he would be available for the price range we chose. Having him as the D.J. was a dream that thankfully turned into a reality!
He took time to interview my son-in-law and daughter to find out exactly what they wanted. He worked with them throughout the process. He was patient and professional and even worked with her dad on special music. Rod is the consummate professional - he cares about every detail - he researches the venue to make sure the sound will be perfect. I could go on and on - the dance floor was full all night and he mixed old and new perfectly.

Rod was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was so involved and helped make our day so perfect and fun. He even let me DJ a little bit ;). We can't begin to say how thankful we are that we found Rod to DJ our wedding this past weekend and entertain our friends and family. He was immediately personable and easy to work with upon first meeting, and he did not disappoint the day/night of! Rod not only worked with our planner to make sure our ceremony flowed perfectly, but he was also perfect as far as smaller details such as lighting, cocktail hour music and helping to prep our toast givers.

Most importantly . . . the dance floor! Our dance floor stayed PACKED from the second Rod played the first song until our closing song.
