Jay did an amazing job at our wedding this past weekend. We had a half Hindu/half American wedding, and he brought the energy and excellent playlists that everyone enjoyed. We had the best time. Would recommend Jay to anyone looking for an excellent music experience!!!

We had DJ Jay for our Indian Gujarati wedding on May 9th at the BWI Hilton! Jay is honestly the best DJ that we have ever seen! He is so kind, understanding and intuitive. He can read the crowd so easily and kept everyone dancing for so long! He also was very receptive to any input we had. We had the music turned down for the dinner hour, which was so helpful for us to get something to eat. He is honestly the only DJ we talked to that was on top of responding to us from the very beginning. His MC Ali was great too! We highly recommend booking DJ Jay for your wedding!!

Jay and his team IS AMAZING! Plain and simple. From the moment I met DJ Jay Singh , I knew he would be the perfect fit as the DJ for my husband and my wedding. I did quite a bit of research on DJ’s as I knew that the music/lighting/ cold sparks was one of the most important aspects of the wedding night for us. I met with Jay and his personality and kindness showed immediately. He was extremely responsive, professional, warm and friendly, and knew immediately the type of music and kind of reception we were looking to have. I would have chosen Jay as our DJ over and over again and I plan on having him DJ any future event we have as well. He kept everyone dancing all night long and so many guests mentioned how great he was, how amazing his accent was and how much fun the party and dancing were! We cannot thank Jay enough for the amazing job that he did in being our wedding DJ and we would recommend him to anyone. There are a lot of “big name” DJs but you will not find the quality, professionalism, kindness and value that Jay and DJ Jay ent showed us.

We had a really great experience working with DJ Jay for our wedding. Not only was he very professional, but starting with our throughout our whole wedding he brought tons of energy, played great music, and got everyone really involved and excited.

We could not have asked for a better celebration. The dance floor was packed for hours and people had an amazing time time thanks to the energy that Jay brought and the music he played. All of our friends and family had an amazing time out there - including people who do not ordinarily dance!!

Jay also went above and beyond and was able to make us a special mix of two songs for my wife and I for our Sangeet/first dance. It made the occassion extra special and Jay made it happen.

The lighting for our sangeet/reception was also excellent, and really set a great tone for the evening.

The hardest part of writing this review is trying to make sure I don’t miss out on mentioning a single wonderful thing that DJ Jay & his team did to make our day seamless and unforgettable. Booking Jay as your wedding DJ is the easiest decision you can make. Starting from the very beginning, our initial inquiry about Jay ’s services was answered within minutes. We were sent an email, text, and social media links. All avenues of communication were open to us, and no matter how we reached out to Jay, he was responding to us within 30 to 45 minutes. It was truly astounding how responsive and communicative he was. This is such an incredible asset to the wedding planning process, as some vendors can take 24-48 hours (or more) to respond to questions. The services that were offered were top notch. Again, there was such clarity in the way the pricing structure was broken down. There is no question about the attention to detail you will receive, solely based on these first few interactions.

Jay was able to guide us through his creative process, essentially handing us the reins to curate our night musically, while ensuring that our expectations and vibes would be equally matched with his input. His song selection was perfect in every way, and he even took song requests from guests during our wedding, which added another lovely element of guest engagement and fun. My husband is still talking about how much fun that was. Our ceremony and reception had a lot of moving parts, all which Jay was beyond prepared for. At the last moment, I decided to switch up the mics for the at out ceremony, and Jay of course came prepared with extra stand mics in tow! We also had a lot of international music at our wedding, we submitted Spotify songs to our playlist. When I tell you that Jay was again seamlessly mixing those songs, it was clear he did his homework and really went the extra mile. We had a high stress planning process, and he was the very best part of it. His preparedness, attention to detail, and overall demeanor was a delight and took a load off our shoulders. If you are looking for someone who is young, energetic, TRUSTWORTHY and kind, Jay is your guy. I wish I was having another big party, just so I could book him again. Thank you, a million times over!

So his service is pretty impressive and attractive setup that delivered a really high quality sound experience for Baraat, Hindu wedding Ceremony and Reception. Jay can also mix with the best of them – meaning he's an absolute pro at blending music seamlessly from one song to another Bollywood to top 40s. We had a specific request to make it feel like a fun night club and he sure delivered! We also appreciated how well Jay could read and lead the room, playing what the guests needed/wanted to hear while never straying from our original request list. When we chat with people who came to our wedding, the energy of the dance floor is something that always comes up – and that is exclusively a credit to Jay and his team. We've been to a considerable number of weddings, and we still have yet to see someone do it quite like Jay does I mean it. And him being super easy and a ton of fun to work with just makes it all the better!
