We chose Diana as our day-of wedding coordinator which actually begins about a month prior and from the very start, she was absolutely amazing. About four weeks out, we began having calls with her, and she truly took the time to get to know us, understand our vision, and walk us through what to expect on the wedding day.
As we were planning our wedding, I was so stressed and worried about how we were going to manage everything on the day itself. But after our second phone call with her, which dove deeper into all the details, she completely put my mind at ease. She made me feel so much better, genuinely stress-free, and confident enough to hand everything over to her which was one of the best decisions we made.
Anything we wanted or asked for, she never hesitated to say yes. And anytime we expressed a worry or concern, she would immediately jump in and reassure us that she and her team could handle it and she truly lived up to every bit of that.
After just a few calls, she created a detailed document outlining the full timeline, every task, and a complete list of all setup and takedown items. It was incredibly organized and instantly put our minds at ease. She also brought an assistant with her on the wedding day, who was just as wonderful and helpful.
Diana came to our venue for the rehearsal and did a fantastic job getting everyone organized. She clearly explained how everything would flow on the wedding day and confidently took control. She isn’t afraid to step in and let family know kindly but firmly that she is in charge, she’s got everything handled, and that on the wedding day, questions should go to her, not the brides. And that is exactly how it went!
On the day of the wedding, Diana and her assistant literally did everything. We didn’t have to set up a single thing or worry about anything the entire day or night. She really created an experience where we got to truly enjoy every moment from getting ready all the way through the entire wedding and reception. We honestly don’t even know how to put into words how perfect she was and how far above and beyond she went for us.
They handled every detail so smoothly and allowed us to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and just have fun without any stress. She truly brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way and made it the most magical day of our lives.

Diana and Kristal were outstanding!!! I hired Diana and Kristal for day-of-coordinator services. Diana handled organizing vendors from 6 weeks out, which took a lot off my plate. Kristal ensured that the rehearsal and wedding day ran so smoothly. I truly had nothing to worry about during my wedding celebration because my outstanding coordinators took care of everything! We met Diana through our original wedding venue and I was immediately impressed with and excited to work with her. As someone who is very type A, I was thrilled to be working with someone who is even more organized than I am! When our original wedding venue went out of business with less than three months until our big day, Diana stepped up and essentially helped us re-organize half of our wedding. She is incredibly organized, patient, communicative and helped me stay calm and reassured during what would otherwise have been a very stressful time. She is exceptional at working with wedding vendors to make the day flow seamlessly. And when our DJ couldn't come last minute due to a medical emergency, Diana worked with them to come up with a plan b and when she share the news with me, a solution was already in place. One of my bridesmaids even turned to me randomly during dinner and said "by the way, your coordinator is a superstar"! I cannot say enough good things about Diana and would recommend her to anyone a million times over!
