Diana is an exceptional wedding planner, and we’re grateful to have such a strong partnership with her as a preferred vendor at Ocotillo Golf Club. She’s incredibly organized, easy to collaborate with, and consistently upholds a high standard of professionalism for both herself and her team. Her communication is always clear and timely, and she goes above and beyond to keep couples happy on their wedding day! Thoughtfully setting out décor, staying mindful of the timeline, and ensuring every need is met while still respecting venue guidelines. Working with her is always a seamless and positive experience. We met Diana through our original wedding venue and I was immediately impressed with and excited to work with her. As someone who is very type A, I was thrilled to be working with someone who is even more organized than I am! When our original wedding venue went out of business with less than three months until our big day, Diana stepped up and essentially helped us re-organize half of our wedding. She is incredibly organized, patient, communicative and helped me stay calm and reassured during what would otherwise have been a very stressful time. She is exceptional at working with wedding vendors to make the day flow seamlessly. And when our DJ couldn't come last minute due to a medical emergency, Diana worked with them to come up with a plan b and when she share the news with me, a solution was already in place. One of my bridesmaids even turned to me randomly during dinner and said "by the way, your coordinator is a superstar"! I cannot say enough good things about Diana and would recommend her to anyone a million times over! -

Aaron and I got married up in the mountains of Strawberry, AZ and had the pleasure of working with Diana! We originally didn't think a planner was necessary for our wedding, but after booking with Diana, we saw a great appreciation for her and our whole day would not have been the same without her!! Diana is so kind, patient, and truly wanted to meet the needs of us and felt like she was personalizing everything to our wants. I could not recommend Diana enough! We are so lucky to have found her. Diana was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning she was so sweet and helpful. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a coordinator initially to help with my wedding because I already planned a good majority of it. However, after reading what Diana does and how she handles the details that I wouldn’t think of I ended up hiring her. I am so glad she was there for me my husband for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a coordinator or someone who is on the fence about hiring one. She honestly worked so hard and assisted with everything that I needed. I appreciate all she did for us to make my wedding the best day I’ve ever had! -
