Highly recommend Designs by Daisy! We used Daisy for our month of wedding coordination as well as for design & decor. Due to having Daisy meet with us several times before the wedding to come up with a plan and timeline based on how we wanted the day to go, the day itself was so seamless, and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy ourselves. Daisy and her assistant Lex completely executed the timeline with our vendors. For the design package, Daisy handled helping us come up with our look & feel and merging it with our venue, and working with our florist to get what we needed from her. Our event ended up beautiful as we were able to use lots of her rental inventory and supplement florals to make our wedding unique to what we were looking for at an affordable cost. Daisy also handled all of the set up of everything day of in conjunction with the florist, which did not at all take away from her and her assistant's ability to help actually coordinate the wedding day. We are so thankful we hired Daisy and Lex for our big day.

I came across their services when I was searching for an external coordinator. To set the scene, I was unhappy with the venue we were working with - they had a lot of turnover (3 coordinators quit!!!) and awful communication. I felt so stressed out and did not have the confidence of things going smoothly with the venue alone. It was such a relief having Daisy and her team step in. I really felt like they advocated for me, the vision for our day, and our needs. They went above and beyond!

We mainly worked with Lex and Caitlin - the transition was seamless. They were super responsive, we had multiple touch base calls, and they were super proactive with our vendors to make sure things were moving along behind the scenes. If I had a random question or wanted advice, they were super receptive and helpful. In the months leading up to our wedding they shared a questionnaire of all the things we should be thinking about / accounting for, which was really helpful for me as I think of myself as more of a "type b" bride and definitely needed that guidance!!

In addition, when booking with them, you have access to AislePlanner, a service they use to keep track of budget, payment reminders, meeting notes and vision boarding etc. It was really great having everything in a centralized space and made me feel really in sync with them and that no detail was being overlooked.

On the day of, Lex and Caitlin were there to help me into my dress (they also have an emergency bag of everything possible thing you could ever think of/need) and were by our side throughout the day / night.

Our wedding day was truly so great and I attribute so much of that to their thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and support.

We hired Designs by Daisy to be our wedding coordinator (their wedding management package!) and it was such a great decision!! Daisy and Lex came in 2 months before the wedding and immediately started working with us and our vendors to ensure that they knew everything and anything about what we had planned and our vision for the day. They were the absolute sweetest people to work with. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. They were so on top of everything and we even ran ahead of schedule. I did not have to worry about a single thing, which was lovely! I normally like to be in control of everything, but it was very easy to trust them - they really know their stuff and do a great job at understanding what their clients want. From coordinating with all of our vendors, putting together our day of schedule, and having meetings with us, to ensuring everything day-of was going smoothly and making sure everything looked beautiful/our vision came together + so much more, I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Designs by Daisy were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the wedding planning process and day of. We knew from the moment of our first walk through that we made the right choice. My wedding was more than I could have ever dreamed of. I was in absolute awe walking through the venue the day of and seeing the level of detail that went into everything. It was beyond perfection. On the day of, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND with everything and made plan B (it was raining all day) feel like plan A without hesitation. Even our friends & family made comments about how helpful they were. We are so grateful for Daisy, Lex, and Caitlin and would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

I can not rave enough about hiring Designs by Daisy! We worked with Daisy and Caitlin starting 60 days out from our wedding and they were such a big help in orchestrated such a magical day. From working with our vendors to the actual day of, everything ran so smoothly because of them. My husband and I were able to really be in the moment our whole wedding day and not worry about anything because Daisy and Caitlin had it all covered. We really had such a great group of vendors that day and cannot recommend enough to anyone getting married to used Designs by Daisy for their wedding planning needs! The DBD team showed up on time and were very flexible with our demanding venue. The venue we used had a lot of additional requirements that they asked of a planning team and for every one of them, DBD rose to the occasion. They did a beautiful job and kept the night flowing.

Daisy and her team were absolutely AMAZING throughout our whole planning process. She coordinated all of my vendors and overall design. On the day of our wedding not one thing went wrong! We got so many compliments on our wedding and some even said it was the nicest wedding they have attended. We couldn't have pulled it off without them. I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding/events!

Daisy and Lex helped us with day of coordinating services for our wedding this past October! They were outstanding. They helped to keep us on track and organized in the planning leading up to the day. They asked so many good questions that helped us to think about some details we would not have known to plan for. They made the wedding day stress free and fun for us and our families. Having them there to help with anything we needed the day of, coordinate with vendors throughout the day, keep us on track with the timeline, etc. was so helpful. Our wedding was a perfect day and we loved it from start to finish!
