The Day of Coordinating Package includes:

• Meet with the bride and groom to be wed.
• Contact and meet all your contracted vendors.
• Follow-up vendor invoices and confirm each of the vendors’ payments.
• Confirm vendor arrival schedules in advance.
• Visit and inspect the ceremony’s and reception’s venue.
• Coordinate and attend the rehearsal dinner.
• Pre-Meeting to finalize details, coordination and timeline.
• Manage the day of the wedding’s itinerary, vendors, and the wedding party.
• We’re there prior to set-up until breakdown.

Full Service Planning Package includes:

• Two coordinators-Managing and Assistant
• Meetings with the bride and groom to be wed.
• Organize and compile all elements and thoughts for the wedding day.
• Meet with Delighted Events by ML’s preferred vendors.
• Bridal dress appointments, bridal court appointments, groom tuxedo appointments.
• Caterer Appointments-food tasting, floral, décor, furniture, linen, etc.
• Venue selections-set appointments, inspect, and meet with venue managers.
• Finalize timeline and manage wedding itinerary.
• Set-up to breakdown both ceremony and reception.
