After many months of planning and preparing for this day, I knew I could not execute it on my own. Thank god for Sabrina and her team! Sabrina came in about a month and a half before the wedding to be my coordinator. She listened to my vision, took my many ( let’s be honest...WAY to many) decorations, created a beautiful set-up, built a timeline and executed the day to perfection. My family and I could not stop talking about how the day would not have run so smooth if it wasn’t for her. She pays close attention to details and seamlessly moved through the day with NO look of stress on her face (still trying to figure out how she did that lol). If that’s not impressive, I want to say her ability to create and maintain a timeline was worth every penny. As a bride, I had no sense of time. Sabrina made sure to keep everyone on track, notifying me of how much time I had for each part. I could not have done it without her. If I could go back in time, I would have hired her to plan the entire wedding because she’s that good!!!

Sabrina Ely was a great help for my wedding! She was calm, patient, and a great listener! She was available via phone call, zoom, or email to answer any time sensitive questions or wedding related stressors that were on my mind. I put in a lot of time and effort into planning my wedding day, and hiring Sabrina as my day of coordinator was exactly what I needed to mold and finalize the finishing touches! Shout out to her awesome assistant Misha! My husband Patrick and I had a blast at our wedding and are glad all coordination went smoothly.

Sabrina is kind and flexible to make your vision come alive. She is very communicative and keeps brides calm as well. We were married this past weekend and we still can’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Sabrina and her team took our vision and made it way more special than we could have imagined. Everything was seamless. Our guests were truly amazed! And Sabrina’s calm and reassuring demeanor is the icing on the cake. I’m not the most organized person on earth and she was SO PATIENT! I had the pleasure to work with Sabrina Ely with Defined Luxe Events on a recent wedding. Sabrina was the Wedding Planner and I was working as the Day of Event Coordinator. Sabrina was excellent to work with. She communicated well with our Bride, the other vendors, and myself. Her positive attitude and smile were infectious. Sabrina and her team made my day so easy, I even had time to sit quietly and soak in all the festivities that were taking place. My biggest concern was the comfort of my mom with Alzeihmers. My guest being well hydrated on such a HOT day. Her team clearly communicated with me to alleviate any and all concerns regarding their comfort. I was so grateful they allowed me to be a calm and blushing bride. Sabrina knew what I needed before I knew what I needed! I am so grateful she spearheaded my wedding coordination. Sabrina was amazing! Being a wedding photographer who has worked with and without wedding planners throughout my career, she made my job going into the day and on the day of so much easier! Normally when couples don’t have a planner, I spend my time going into the wedding helping to coordinate timelines and Sabrina was able to curate those for me and actually gave me enough time to capture everything I normally would. The family and bride were raving about her all day and I could tell that she went above and beyond to cater to their needs and requests. Based on my experience working with her, I’d highly recommend her to couples who are looking to take the edge off of wedding planning and need a professional to help them bring their wedding vision to life.

We reached out to Sabrina once we realized how overwhelming the wedding planning process was and after one call we knew we needed to book her! At that point we hired her after we booked our venue, DJ and photographers so she picked up right where we left off. She offered a partial wedding planner package that was perfect for where we were at that stage of planning. Our only regret was not booking her from the beginning!! Sabrina's services kept us organized and on track with everything we needed to do. She checked in with us every month leading up to the wedding and was always available for any calls or emails. Extremely responsive. She had so much knowledge and first hand experience with different vendors in the area that she made our lives sooo much easier in booking the remaining vendors we needed. She also put together our decor Inspo and she was SPOT ON! And she brought it to life the day of the wedding! Sabrina also handled our timelines which we would not have had the bandwidth to put together that last 1-2 months before the wedding as we were already stressed enough. Our biggest ask to Sabrina was not to have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and we wanted a PARTYYYY , and Sabrina + team delivered on those request! Moral of the story, BOOK DEFINED LUXE EVENTS!

I cannot say enough about Sabrina‘s amazing skills as a wedding coordinator. After I got engaged, I started to plan my wedding right away. Then a few months into the planning (which started out great but quickly became overwhelming), I realized that I needed a wedding coordinator to take over for the last month of planning and for the day of the wedding. I wasn’t sure who I should connect with and then I happened to stumble upon Sabrina‘s Instagram page. The first thing that drew me was the way her Instagram and her website were so beautifully designed. She also had great reviews! The first time I talked to Sabrina, I immediately breathed a huge sigh of relief because she not only was extremely warm, but she was also very organized, asked all the right questions, and after about thirty minutes of conversing, she knew exactly what I needed and what I had envisioned for my wedding day. From then on, we stayed in frequent contact and Sabrina had many great suggestions and pointers for me along the way. She helped me find our DJ (who was awesome, by the way!) and the person who designed our menus. She would always check in with me to see how I was doing. On the day my wedding, Sabrina was a magician! We had talked previously about the day’s timeline and she executed everything just as she had planned, down to the very last detail. She was everywhere at once and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. Some of my family members have mobility issues and Sabrina took care of them as if they were her own family.
Her coordination seemed effortless and she calm and collected throughout the entire day - wow! Even now, a few weeks after my wedding, my family and friends are still talking about how awesome Sabrina was!
