Davis & Grey Farms is a modern barn wedding venue situated outside Farmersville, Texas. This beautiful venue sits at the back of 20 wide-open acres of Texas prairie and is available to host your special day. For those seeking to escape the hustle of the big city, this vast property allows you to immerse yourself within nature. Surrounded by open-plains, you and your guests can rejoice in harmony as two families become one.

Facilities and Capacity

This modern farmhouse barn offers nearly 5,000 square feet of space, which can accommodate up to 200 seated guests. It features six open bay glass garage doors that allow for seamless indoor or outdoor entertaining. The barn has a groom suite, as well as a beautiful bridal suite with multiple vanity stations and a private restroom. An attached patio space covered in string lights and surrounded by daybed swings allows guests to enjoy the sunset in an intimate setting. For further convenience, a catering kitchen is also provided. The well-kept grounds allow for multiple outdoor ceremony sites, including an outdoor glass chapel. This venue is wheelchair-accessible and offers on-site parking.

Services Offered

Davis & Grey Farms is available to host engagement parties, elopements, bridal showers, wedding ceremonies, and receptions. Custom farmhouse tables, furniture pieces, and decor are available to decorate your event space upon booking. Tables and chairs are also included in your rental and can be set up by members of staff before your event. Their decor items include aisle markers, arches, centerpieces, and more. Only one event is scheduled per day to ensure that you have all the items and space to make the most of your special day.

Best Experience!!

If you are currently trying to decide between venues, pick Davis and Grey Farms! You will not regret it. We had our wedding here in December 2020 and it was the perfect place to celebrate. Everyone was in awe of how beautiful it was. It felt like an ethereal getaway with family and friends that we didn't want to go home from!!

Jill was so great to work with, always responsive and patient with all our questions! She was very helpful and positive throughout the whole process of booking the venue, pushing back the date due to Covid, preparation, and day of the wedding. We would book here again if we ever needed a venue!

Incredible

Davis and Grey Farms helped us have the most perfect day for our wedding! From the very first day that we visited the venue they went above and beyond to create a day that was special for us. We chose to use the all inclusive package which was so helpful to use vendors that the venue used consistently and trusted to be a part of our day. They truly care about you as a couple and are not just in it for the money. We had access to Kayla throughout our planning process and she answered every question we had (thank you for being patient with us!). Amber was our month and day of coordinator and was amazing!! She set everything up on our wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. Jill is the owner and has a joy that shines through in everything she does! She will make sure you are happy with everything when your wedding day comes. We loved being able to get married in the chapel and have our reception in the barn! This place is special and I am so thankful we had our wedding here!!

So amazing!

I remember when we first found Davis and Grey Farm's website, I immediately knew it was the place we were going to get married. After touring the venue and meeting Jill, we were all in. Davis & Grey Farms is not only a beautiful venue, but they have the absolute best owners and staff. Jill was amazing to work with and made the whole wedding process (that is supposed to be stressful) super easy! We did the all inclusive package and it was the best decision we've ever made. All the vendors were awesome and did a fantastic job. Our wedding was the best night ever because of Jill, her team, the venue, and all the vendors! I want to relive this night over and over again. I will never stop telling people about how amazing Davis and Grey Farms is. If you are looking into doing your wedding here, do it!!! I promise you will not regret it!

Incredible Venue.

When I toured Davis & Grey Farms back in October I knew it was my dream venue. From day one the owner Jill was beyond helpful and caring. She was always available whenever we had questions. It rained on our special day and Jill was quick to act and help avert crisis! We truly had the best experience with Davis & Grey Farms.

Simply The Best!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and all of the incredible and lovely people who own it and make it run! Davis and Grey is beautiful and works with you to offer so many options for setting up your dream wedding. The owner Jill is so sweet and truly cares about her couples and even potential clients taking the time to get to know the couples story and doesn’t just rush through meetings/walk throughs. I definitely recommend their add on coordination package! Heather and the team were amazing and truly made everything possible on my day when the weather kept changing the plans. They were vacuuming up water from outside where the guests sit so I could keep my ceremony outside after it had rained! I also love that they openly promote/support other wedding vendors they love to work with and don’t try to keep them private until you sign with the venue. I am so happy I chose David and Grey Farms for my wedding!

Best day ever!

We got married at Davis & Grey over Labor Day weekend! The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. As with any wedding there were a few hiccups in our planning, but Jill and Bear both went above and beyond to make sure it ran seamlessly. Jill provided us with a spreadsheet and suggestions for some amazing vendors. You can really feel that they love what they do and believe in the sanctity of marriage. It pours over into your experience which I think is so important . The venue itself is beautiful and so are they as people.

We wish we could do it all over again. We would not have changed a thing .

Best Day Ever!

Davis and Grey is INCREDIBLE! I am so thankful for this venue and the team that runs it. They were so easy to work with, great communicators, and the kindest people. Jill + Heather are who I mainly worked with and they were so kind, detailed, and caring. This venue is not only beautiful but comes with so many options and decor that made my day so much easier and fun. I would pick this venue a million times, and I am so greatful that I got to spend one of the best days of my life here and with this team :) Thank you D+G!

I got married at Davis & Grey back in September & my wedding was a dream come true! From start to finish, our experience was amazing! Jill gives you a spreadsheet you are oh so grateful for & it puts your mind at ease knowing you won’t forget a thing! She is super sweet, full of suggestions & is very helpful. She has many referrals in the industry & has your best interest at heart. Jill & Bear are amazing at what they do. The venue is breathtaking. The service is spectacular. The night started and ended so perfectly, I am beyond happy with my experience at Davis & Grey! If you are looking for a wedding venue in this area, this is it. No need to look further. You won’t regret it!!
