It is difficult to adequately describe how special of a soul Danielle is. As a former event planner, I knew that hiring a day of coordinator would be an essential component of our tight wedding budget. This insurance for myself as a type-A bride paid for itself at least 10 times over with the peace of mind that Danielle provided. She brought so much love, attention and professionalism to our day and I could not imagine our wedding without her. From our first contact, I felt such a draw to her warm demeanor, organization and attention to detail. Coming from the event space, I needed someone who knew the ropes and wouldn't be intimidating by a couple who knew what they wanted. She asked incredible questions to really get to know us as a couple, and provided such care and attention when building out our timelines. She was incredibly responsive and hilarious throughout our entire planning time together. If there was any major hiccups at our wedding, I certainly didn't know about it, which is exactly what I wanted! She setup both our ceremony and reception decor and my jaw literally dropped (see photos) when I saw both spaces. She took our vision and Pinterest inspiration and helped make it a tangible reality. Not only was she incredible boots on the ground support, but it's because of my trust and faith in her that I was able to relax and have the absolute best wedding day. A million thank yous to Danielle for making our day so dang special!!

Danielle was truly amazing and a lifesaver! From the moment we hired her, she went above and beyond to ensure that our big day was everything we wanted it to be. Although we were only working together for the “month-of” our wedding, Danielle was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance throughout the planning process even ahead of time.

She helped us create a detailed timeline and made sure that all vendors were on the same page. Our wedding involved mixing traditions from 2 different cultures and she did a phenomenal job of listening to us and brining our vision to life. On the day of our wedding, she made sure every little detail ran seamlessly. She coordinated with all vendors, and made sure that the setup and decor were exactly as we had imagined. Most importantly, she even took care of unexpected issues that arose, without us ever knowing (to make a long story short, our fog machine was a disaster but Danielle stepped in even after our wedding date to make sure we were taken care of, even when she wasn't expected to)!!

Danielle had everything under control which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our special day. Danielle’s attention to detail and professionalism truly exceeded our expectations. Regardless of what was thrown at her, she always had a smile on her face. We couldn't have done it without her and we highly recommend Danielle's services to any couple planning their wedding!

I truly enjoyed every second of planning my wedding. But even as organized and detailed as thought I was, hiring Danielle as our day of coordinator was the BEST thing we could’ve done for our wedding!! Danielle was the reason we were able to truly relax and enjoy our special day. She is so organized, was. genuinely interested in helping make our wedding perfect and special, and thoughtful in all that she does. She even agreed to coordinating our wedding even though it was her own wedding anniversary! We are so happy we used her day of coordinating services (which honestly was a lot more than just day off). Just the best!

I can't say enough good things about Danielle and her services as a coordinator. Initially I didn't think I wanted to get a planner because I had planned almost all of the wedding and the venue had an onsite coordinator. I had researched and all the other day of coordinators were so strict in limiting their communication before the wedding, set up and time the day of- not to mention they were all outrageously priced for their limited services. Danielle was very competitively priced and on top of that she was always accessible, came to our tasting, rehearsal and also helped transfer and store all my diy items which she set up the day of the wedding. All of that on top of keeping all the vendors on schedule (we started the ceremony to the minute it was supposed to start) and working around a possible complete change of ceremony due to spotty weather. When the wedding ended she had cleaned up all my diy and personal items from the bridal suite and loaded them into her car- so seamlessly that I didn't even realize it was all being done while I was enjoying the end of my evening. She had a LONG day and was there for over 12 hours, all while having a newborn and 2 other young kids at home (which you would never know because she was on time and professional for everything). Danielle comes from corporate event planning so she is well versed in the game. She really is Superwoman!

DANIELLE WAS OUR SAVING GRACE!! We found Danielle when we had almost given up hope. Danielle helped us get back on our feet and continue planning the Wedding. She had great vendor recommendations and was always one step ahead of us while planning. She was incredibly available and flexible while working with us and around our schedules. We could always count on her to be on top of tasks and to respond quickly. One of our vendors did not finish their services and Danielle stepped in to make the wedding even more special! We have extreme confidence in Danielle and would recommend her to any bride and groom either in town or out of town!

Danielle was the most helpful coordinator we could have found. She was caring and diligent in her work. She also helped with everything before the wedding, even though we only hired her for the day of the wedding! She took on anything thrown at her for our wedding, which took the pressure off on our wedding day. This let us enjoy everything that much more. Definitely recommend her. You won't find better!

I was very hesitant when it came to hiring a day of coordinator because I thought I could do it all myself. Well, let me tell you, working with Danielle was the best decision and our greatest pleasure! Danielle is more than just a coordinator, she quickly became a friend, confidant and my personal hype girl - the person I’d call and overly text every time I was lost, confused and very anxious. She’s kind, patient, trustworthy, professional, responsive, dedicated with an amazing personality that is so contagious . Thanks to Danielle my wedding day was perfect despite all the stress of a multicultural wedding. Not only did Danielle perfect my wedding timeline multiple times, she reassured me that she will be with me the entire way to ensure my wedding was perfect. Indeed, our wedding was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined - I couldn’t believe that Danielle pulled everything off, it felt surreal looking over the dance floor and two completely different cultures blending. I will forever be thankful for everything Danielle has done for us. All the vendor meetings she was in on, for all the problems she solved so effortlessly, for making sure every single detail was perfect no matter how big or small. So if you’re that person that is debating on whether or not Danielle is worth it, she is worth every single penny and so much more. She isn’t just a wedding coordinator, she’s my wedding angel & forever friend. ❤️

From the beginning of our planning process Danielle was incredible! Danielle was super professional, kind, easy to work with, and there for us when we needed her the most (thanks Covid).
