This review has been a long time coming. Last year we were happy to celebrate our wedding with our closest friends and loved ones. Danielle was wonderful, kind and immensely patient helping us plan our beautiful day. And it turned out to be beautiful! From the initial planning to the day of, she was on top of the details. I really appreciate Danielle because she was able to cheer me up even when sometimes I would get overwhelmed. Everything was perfect the day of the event, (even the weather was wonderful on a September day in the Berkshires, was that you Danielle?) and I didn't have to worry about anything. We, as the couple, were able to enjoy our day and even thanks to Danielle's advice, we took the portraits before the event so that we could spend time with our loved ones and actually have fun during our wedding. It was unforgettable. Planning a wedding, even a small one like ours, is a daunting process, so I definitely recommend Danecca & Co.

Rebecca is the BEST. It’s actually hard to put into words how valuable (and delightful) it was to work with her in the weeks leading up to our wedding — and especially on the day of our wedding. It is not an exaggeration to say we could not have pulled off such an epic event without Rebecca, and she made the entire weekend run perfectly and exactly according to our vision. She is an absolute unicorn of a human: Warm and fun with a calming presence, the perfect amount of confident and assertive with what needs to get done (without being pushy), and one of the most detail-oriented people we’ve ever met.

My wife and I are both super organized, to the point where we weren’t sure we even needed to hire a day-of coordinator. We had planned everything in spreadsheets upon spreadsheets and thought we had every detail covered. But, and I cannot emphasize this enough, even the most detailed planners need a Rebecca on their wedding day. I don’t know if we would have enjoyed our wedding day as much as we did without her there to guide the whole event and keep us sane, joyful, and focused on being present. She came into the process in the month before our wedding day and jumped right in, thought of things we hadn’t thought of, proactively took over all communication with vendors, and handled all the logistics and dynamics like a superhero. She went above and beyond when it came to every single task, big and small. She set up complicated decor for us, helped us make decisions in the final days leading up to the event, and was everywhere we needed her to be (before we even knew what we needed) all day.

We truly can’t imagine our wedding without her, and we can’t imagine working with anyone else but Rebecca. It’s the most important investment we made in our wedding, and it felt like we had a best friend there with us the whole time. Would recommend her with FULL confidence to anyone!

As mother of the bride, I cannot say enough about Rebecca. She was professional, friendly, extremely well organized and made our daughters day special. Rebecca took care of every detail from start to finish and made our experience stress free. My daughters feet were hurting her from her high heel shoes and Rebecca ran up to the bridal suite to grab her slippers and surprised us. My daughter was so grateful. From our early stress (stressing about not knowing what we didn’t know), to all the final details in the days leading up to the wedding, to a million details that we’re positive we never even knew about, Rebecca was there EVERY step of the way.

Thanks to the guidance and help of Rebecca and her team at Whitlock & Cooper, we had a truly wonderful and magical wedding day! Rebecca was detail-focused and organized, and I really appreciated her calm yet assertive demeanor throughout the process. It’s been 3 days since our wedding and we can’t stop talking about how perfect our day was and each moment is followed with “ so happy we had Rebecca” it’s impossible to capture everything she did for us on our wedding day. Our original coordinator cancelled on us just months before our wedding and we reached out to Rebecca with very little hope. She was sweet and calming from our first conversation. She worked hard from the moment she arrived and took care of every detail. We even had a vendor that was completely disorganized and she organized him as well. Rebecca arrived first thing in the morning and stayed until it was pitch dark and our after party was going on. She took care of things we didn’t even think of. We knew a wedding coordinator was important but did not know just how important until we had someone taking care of every little thing. If you want a flawless day with the most hard working person by your side then you should hire Rebecca! She is simply amazing!!

We hired Whitlock & Cooper to coordinate a 165 person lake side wedding pre-pandemic. When COVID hit, the plan changed and morphed over and over. Rebecca was patient and helpful. We wound up with 50 people at the top of Ski Butternut, which included a chairlift ride, separate bars, rentals galore- and as you can imagine, LOTS of logistics and coordination. She thinks of every single detail and takes the reigns. I consider myself a planner, so it was hard to sit back and be told “I’ve got it” but she did. She navigated strong family personalities and has the best relationships and contacts in the industry. She orchestrated the most beautiful and flawless ceremony and reception. We were all blown away. My advice to brides planning weddings: don’t pass on a planner or coordinator to save money. Hire her and trust her. It will ensure that you actually get to enjoy your day.
