I cannot recommend Jillian J Events highly enough. Jillian was our day-of coordinator and I don't know how I could have managed without her. My daughter's out-of-town wedding was managed as if it were just around the corner. Jillian handled the photography sessions, service staff and any small detail that arose in a professional but friendly, relaxed manner. No request was too small or detail overlooked. Jillian J Events helped create a truly stress-free and memorable wedding.

Jillian was a thoughtful and warm day-of coordinator who really helped us make the day come together. She made sure to check in with us and make sure we were on the right track with all of our to-dos, but also provided us gut-checks on vendor pricing and timelines so that we weren't making crazy decisions! Jillian J was so incredibly helpful in planning my daughter's bridal shower. She found the perfect venue, which reflects my daughter's taste and preferences - a private room in a comfortable yet upscale setting. She made great suggestions on the menu and decor. She handled all the various details including the invitations, place cards and menu cards. She is so flexible and easy to work with and just an absolute pleasure. She made it so easy that all I basically had to do was show up and enjoy our guests and the shower. I will definitely use her again.

I hired Jill for a VIP dinner event I was hosting at my gallery. We turned the room into an intimate dining space for 20 of my best clients as part of an artist preview. It turned out beautifully! She handled the caterers, the dining rentals, the waitstaff, the flowers, the name cards, the gift bags - everything.
