Michele put so much time and effort into every detail of my flowers for my special day. I sent pictures and Michele matched them identical if not better. I requested headbands of fresh flowers and she did it and made them look better then the pictures I sent, she is truly what her name is.. “Custom flower design” This florist exceeded my expectations in everything she did and HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND her if you want beautiful flowers on your special wedding day.

I am still working with Christine as my wedding is not until August of 2018. I am beyond pleased that I had reached out to her and decided to move forward. Christine in sincere, understanding, and takes all of you wants and needs into consideration. Pricing is great and it is amazing to have a one stop shop, having one person do EVERYTHING!. I look forward to continuing to work with her on planning my wedding and I know she will make the day beyond special for me.

I can begin to say how amazing my flowers and centerpieces turned out for my wedding. She really captured what I was looking for and wanted for everyone involved in my party. I would recommend her to all my friends who are getting married or need something for a special occasion.

I chose Custom Floral Designs to be a part of our wedding day from start to finish and I couldnt of been more pleased. She had been a referral from a friend. She did a great job from invites to being there the day of. The flowers were exactly what I wanted. She put alot of detail into them as well as everything else she did for us. I would certainly reccommend her to anyone I know. She puts 110% into all the work she does. She will work with your budget too.

I rented out 450 chair covers and sashes from Christine and only gave her 3 weeks notice. She pulled it off and the venue looked great for my wedding. I would certainly reccommend her. She did a delivery and set up with take down and worked with my budget as well.

Custom Floral Designs is a great deal for the money you pay. Christine is more than willing to work with you and go above and beyond to ensure the dreams for your day are met. Not only does she do flowers, but she also offers invitations, favors, place cards, and about anything else you can think of. She was a pleasure to work with.

Custom Floral was nice to work with, I sat down with Michelle and talked about my ideas and she brought in the different flowers and colors I envisioned to make beautiful bouquets. She even put brooches in my bouquet and in the bridesmaid's bouquets for no additional cost. The flowers looked great and we received a lot of compliments on them. The only complaint I would have is that I requested some changes to the bouquets in our final appointment a couple weeks before the wedding but the changes were not made when we received the bouquets. Also the flowers were dropped off over an hour early and I had to call and have the flower delivery person come back and pin the boutonnieres on the guys, as that was part of the agreement. Other than that everything was really nice and the flowers turned out beautiful!

Custom Floral Designs was extremely flexible and worked with my budget to create flower arrangements that I could afford. The flowers looked beautiful.

Christine of Custom Floral Designs was very responsive and prompt, however, I was not thrilled with the way my bridesmaids bouquets turned out. Most of the flower buds on some were unopened. On others, the orange pollen had marked up the inside of the white & pink flowers. She did a great job using the ribbon I had provided to her to wrap the bridesmaid bouquets the way I showed her I wanted done (with a bow). But, she used the same ribbon to wrap the boutonnieres, which I was different from what I asked her to do. It turned into too many stripes on the panels of the groomsmen's jackets-- they had striped ties & striped ribbon wrapping their boutonnieres -- when I had previously given Christine pictures of tweed wrapped boutonnieres & said that's what I wanted. Also, I very affordably rented cloth napkins from Christine -- which were great -- navy blue, as requested. I also rented pew bows & table runners that were supposed to be navy blue -- but they were royal blue -- which I was very unhappy about. Finally, my bridesmaid bouquet was supposed to be white orchids with yellow centers. Christine said she could get that for me when I showed her a picture. Literally, a few days before the wedding -- she emailed me to ask if I would be happy with white and PINK orchids!? I didn't see the email, & that's what I ended up with the day of. I was NOT happy to have pink in my motif (which was supposed to be all white) that day, at all. But, I didn't let it bug me that day, & just tried to roll with it. It really erks me after the fact, but again, oh well.

So overall, the prices were very reasonable. Christine was willing to work with my budget -- which was not terribly small (I think I paid about 1300), by the way. The prices of the table runners, pew bows & napkins can't be beat -- but not having them match, and not knowing they were not going to match until the wedding day, was very upsetting (royal blue & navy blue).

I used Christine for a variety of services due to her price. I should preface this by saying that things like fancy flowers, invites, save the date's, etc is not my style. I preferred to spend $ on a cool venue, good food and open bar. At the end of the day, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." That was our experience. We used her for save the date's, invitations, dish rentals, decor, flowers, picking up the wedding cake, flowers and day of coordination. It was hit or miss. The save the date's went out fine and she was very reasonably priced - no issues there. The invitation that she showed us upon our initial meeting was NOT the invitation she sent out. Granted, that was something that wasn't important to us(spending gobs of $ on an invite), but that and the fact that there were some grammar issues on them was a problem. She sent me a rough draft of most of the invite, but not all of it. Just little things, where in one spot something was capitalized and another spot, it wasn't. The invites suited us fine( so cheap) but I'd highly recommend looking it all over with a fine-toothed comb(again, I don't put the full blame on her, but something to be aware of).
Things got dicey when we had some issues with the dish rental and she kind of freaked out and IMO, didn't act like a professional wedding coordinator should (as she claims that is what she is). Isn't your job to calm the bride down and fix any issues 3 days beforehand? She bailed on helping to set up decor at the reception space(like she had initially said she would) and left my mom to do all of it. Thank gosh the reception staff was helpful.
The flowers were very pretty - again, I'm not a bride that was picky about them. If you are picky about those things, make sure you are clear on what you want or go with an actual florist shop (she works out of her home). I think that is the one area where she shined).
All in all, out of all of my vendors, she was the one disappointment.
