Leon at Custom Cuisine Catering was my chef for a cocktail party of 60 people. From the moment Leon responded to my inquiry, I felt as though my event was in very capable hands! Leon helped me select a well-rounded hors d'oeuvres buffet to serve my guests. All the reviews you have read about Custom Cuisine Catering? They are ALL TRUE! My guests raved about everything Leon served!! Leon also has a lovely staff member, Robin, who is extremely professional and pleasant! The buffets were so elegantly set up and the food was beautifully presented. I am very particular about presentation, and of course, how the food looks and tastes. Upon request, Leon will also provide a bar assistant. Our bar was set up efficiently and my guests were nicely attended to. Leon, and his staff, cleaned everything up, both during and after the event. I was very, very pleased with Leon and his staff. VERY!! Custom Cuisine Catering will be my catering service for all of my events in the future!

I was initially hesitant about hiring Custom Cuisine for our wedding, but I’m so glad we did! Although we were advised against a tasting, Leon and the team addressed all our questions and worked closely with me on my dietary restrictions to customize the menu. We had around 80 guests and quoted for 85, which turned out to be a great decision. We did have left over food, but this was to account for the other vendors.

For appetizers, we had Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs, Ham Biscuits, and a Fruit & Cheese Tray. For dinner, we enjoyed a Mixed Green Salad, Prime Rib Au Jus with Horseradish Sauce, Honey/Lemon/Rosemary Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, a Steamed Vegetable Medley, and Dinner Rolls with Butter.

When the food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by its quality! Even my mom enjoyed the food, and she is always hard to please.The entire staff was professional and attentive, and the buffet setup was seamless. They assisted with cake cutting and boxed up leftovers for guests to enjoy later. Highly recommend Custom Cuisine for your event!

Custom cuisine was great! I worked with them from Florida for my daughter's wedding in Virginia Beach. Very easy to work with. The food was Amazing. They had everything that was needed to make this occasion a successful event. They did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them for any of your catered events.

We hired Leon to deliver 3 dinners on separate nights while we were vacationing at a Sandbridge Beach rental property. We had 25 people in our group and everyone raved about the food each night. There was enough leftover that about 1/2 the group ate it for lunch the next day. Leon was very easy to work with in the planning process and flexible with our special needs diets in the group. If we are ever vacationing in the area again, we will definitely call him first

I saw Custom Cuisine on Weddingwire and he had the best reviews so we called. Leon was great to work with. He had suggestions for food based on my granddaughter's fairly picky habits, was very open to suggestions and communication was good. When the big day came he was on time and prepared - more so than we were in some ways. LOL. The price was so reasonable, the food was great, and he and his staff adapted so easily to a not very well planned event. They had everything ready and in place. The staff was attentive and helpful, even clearing the tables, which we really did not expect, but very much appreciated. They packed up the leftovers for us (we overestimated numbers so there was quite a bit). I would highly recommend Custome Cuisine for any of your catering needs, and would definitely hire them again if I ever need a caterer. Leon and his staff catered a Friday reception and Saturday dinner for a Navy squadron reunion for 80 people. We were not looking for a fancy, wedding reception like caterer. Rather, we sought and received, value, top quality service and food, served in a timely, efficient, and professional manor. It was perfect for our needs, and we found Leon very flexible and accommodating to changes in the planning stage.

Leon and his staff were fantastic. Planning a wedding during COVID was stressful but Leon made everything so easy and provided great advice during the whole process. They have sooo many food options to chose from which helped while building our menu - the teriyaki salmon was amazing!! Great quality service and great value for money. Would definitely recommend Custom Cuisine and use them again for any catering needs!
