Curbside Gourmet is a food truck and catering company based in West Palm Beach, Florida that provides food services for weddings and events. The founders started the company in late 2010 with the desire to blend the best of comfort foods with fine dining. The team is passionate about adding to an already momentous occasion with their wedding-tailored menu selections.

Cuisine

The dishes crafted at Curbside Gourmet use fresh, locally produced ingredients. As such, menus often change throughout the seasons. From brunches to dessert, the team can create an array of culinary creations served in different ways. This includes but is not limited to hors d'oeuvres, stations, family-style, and plated. Classics are featured throughout their menus, such as burgers, fries, and pork sliders. Ingredients include seafood, meats, cheeses, salads, and more.

Services Offered

As a food truck, the team at Curbside Gourmet can bring their kitchen to your venue to ensure freshly prepared cuisine. The company’s wait staff and bartenders serve the fare to guests. While alcohol must be supplied by the couple, the bartenders can prepare and serve the beverages. Packages include flatware, plates, and napkins, which can be upgraded to disposable bamboo plates or false china plates. Silver plastic flatware is also an option. Tastings are available so the soon-to-be newlyweds can better determine which menu items they would like on their special day. The team can also coordinate table, chair, and linen rentals if needed.
