Heather was so great to work with from the beginning! We were planning the wedding from a different state, but she was flexible and met with us when we were in town. I had a few ideas but wasn't really sure and Heather took them and ran with them. She designed the most perfect cakes for us and we were so happy with the end result! Not only did they look great, but they tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend Whisk Until Sweet to anyone wanting a unique, whimsical wedding cake!

Heather Harbord, the owner of Whisk Until Sweet is such a treat. My fiancé, brother and I all went to a cake tasting with Heather after seeing her amazing, artful work online – and boy, we couldn’t have imagined anything better. The hardest part about working with Heather? Deciding what cake flavors of hers to choose! AKA, she was a dream in every way. From her perfectly balanced, simple white to her incredibly delicious banana rum, we were thoroughly impressed – and that’s coming from a bakers granddaughter.

Heather’s motto is all about making cakes as pretty and yummy on the inside as they are on the outside and she definitely has it down to a science. I haven’t seen a cake come out of her kitchen that isn’t absolutely flawless and delicious. Months after my wedding, people are still talking about the best wedding cake they have ever tasted.

Heather’s French style baking includes moist cake and very decadent buttercream – can I say YUM enough?! We loved her eye for design so we gave her pretty open parameters on what we were looking for. We showed her photos of cakes we liked (all hers) and the color scheme of the wedding, and she was off! She sent back several design options and we were in love. ‘The one’ was exactly what we were looking for and more. This sweet girl has definitely found her calling.

The actual cake was elegant and modern – it fit our wedding perfectly and looked exactly like the design. Her attention to detail is unreal and so appreciated.

Heather is amazing and anyone would be lucky to have her bake for their day, not to mention, she is very reasonably priced. I enjoyed every second of working with her and could not recommend her more!

My husband and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the beautiful wedding cake that Heather made for us. Not only was the design original and beautiful, but the cake was delicious. Heather is a true artist and her cakes taste AMAZING. The only hard part of the process was choosing our flavors, because they were all so delicious.
