It was a horrible experience. Check in took an 1.5 hr for my husband to be and I due to unauthorized charges made to our accounts; while our wedding party waited in the lobby for us. We had booked a suite and a regular room for 2 nights and had several rooms blocked for our wedding party which turned out to be separated through out the entire hotel. In the suite alone, there were exposed electrical wiring, open tampon behind the tissues, left over food from previous people who stayed in the room in the fridge, dirty stained towels, dirty lipstick imprint glasses, etc. Absolutely no congratulation or champagne welcome basket, no sign...nothing. After all the complaints, they tried charging me for a wine opener. No accommodations. Slow and rude service. The bartender had a nasty attitude bc prodessional photos were being taken. After several times complaints, we were not accommodated except for some m&m' s and pretzels....seriously? When it was time for my bridal party to have hair and make up done ilwe called for tables. Someone did not come to the room until 2 hrs later with NO TABLES! We had to improvised and used ironing boards. Upset and stressed bride to be. Also, After several times we explained we wanted to pay in cash, our cards were still charged misinforming us at check out that our rooms were taken care of. Now my friends card was charged just to hold the room. We were told payments were unRefundable. We are NEVER booking with this hotel again or any affiliated with it. This left a very taste on the most important day of our lives. HORRIBLE!
