The location and staff at the hotel made our wedding amazing. We had our ceremony in the Newton room and our reception in the Terrell room. They also served us dinner and we had a cash bar as requested. We couldn't have asked for a more courteous and respectful staff. Lori, Brittany, Lisa and Andy were especially great to us. Anything we needed they helped with. Thank you for making our night wonderful!

The Crowne Plaza Ballroom was THE best location for my reception! It was so easy working with Cindy the event coordinator! They had everything I needed so I didn't have to find a rental service for anything! Also they have their own catering and full bar!

We also had our rehearsal dinner in their restaurant! The staff were so wonderful and accommodating! They even set up a personal bar for us in the restaurant!

If anyone is looking to have an elegant reception on a budget Crowne is definitely the place to go!

Cindy Beason is just a gem to work with. She was attentive and easy to work with. She helped plan everything and even suggested things I had not thought of. The hotel allows you to bring everything to them and they set everything up. It was all perfect and I everything looked just the way we had discussed. Lisa the banquet manager was also easy to work with and attentive. The banquet staff was nice and worked with us well. Cindy provided us with an extra room to get ready in on the big day. It was raining and we didn't want to have to cross the buildings in the rain. So, they let us use an empty room right off of our ceremony room to get ready in. It was so nice to not have to worry about the weather!

The food was amazing, though I think the cordon bleu was the best!


If I were to have another event requiring the use of a venue, I would certainly consider this hotel again!
