Our menus feature local ingredients from farms and purveyors throughout New York State, Vermont, and the Northeast. Reaching a ceiling of what I could accomplish I found versatility at Fish& Game of Hudson, NY winner of the James Beard award. Concluding as the Executive Chef at Prime at Saratoga National.
