Although it could be difficult to get a hold of the catering department at Coopers, it was totally worth it. They only cater for 100+ people, but considering their price, we chose to go with them even though we only had 60 guests. They kept multiple briskets uncut for us as well as some racks of ribs so we could freeze them, knowing that we wouldn't use it all. They catered our reception which was over an hour away from Llano with no extra charge for the drive. They were there on time, super friendly and the food tasted great. Our guest went back for not only seconds, but thirds. Worth every penny!

Coopers has some of the best BBQ in Texas. The food was great, but they didn't seem to care that we rented the back room. There were storage boxes in the room when we arrived from our ceremony. And they didn't have side dishes for us; we had to go to the other building to get them. Maybe this was a first for them. Luckily we are easy going!
