Columbia was the perfect place for our wedding reception! Everything was beautiful--from the rooms to the linens to the china. All the staff did an incredible job making sure everything went smoothly--from parking cars to our send-off. Most of all, Laura did a phenomenal job making sure everything went smoothly, and was such a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. (And, the food was delicious!) We are so glad we had our reception at Columbia!

Laura and the entire staff at Columbia Country Club are true pros! Our wedding was the magical evening we dreamed it would be, thanks to Laura and her team working hard to ensure that the event ran seamlessly. The club was gorgeous, the food was stellar, and a magnificent time was had by all. Many of our guests said ours was one of the most beautiful and romantic weddings they had ever attended! Laura was indispensable in the wedding planning process. We are so happy that we had our wedding at Columbia-- the quality of service and hospitality cannot be beat!

Having a wedding at Columbia Country Club was spectacular!

Not only is the venue gorgeous and spacious, but the food is absolutely amazing. I still have guests emailing me saying that the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding; raw bar station, tons passed apps, then at dinner they helped customize family style passed anti pasti, a deconstructed beef wellington & their famous crab cluster, plus tons of desserts including an ice cream bar! Working with Laura their events coordinator was fabulous, I also had a full wedding planner but that wasn't an issue and they took care of everything. Laura helped us plan out the space, we used the main living room, ballroom, seasons lounge and terrace! Luckily the weather was great so folks utilized all the space! At Columbia you're able to get a lot of bang for your buck and also stay much later (2am with the after party in the seasons lounge) which is later than many hotels or venues downtown offer. Laura was also so sweet to package up our sweets for us take at the end of the night. The staff is amazing at Columbia Country Club and even brought my husband and I appetizers and champagne while we were taking photos outside!

Columbia Country Club was an excellent venue for our wedding reception. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly. We had the perfect place and it was gorgeous. Definitely recommend this venue if you know a member of the club!

We worked with Elizabeth at Columbia and she was amazing. her personality is perfectly suited to be an event coordinator--she is unfailingly friendly, patient, helpful and above all, organized. she was very prompt when replying to emails and voice mails, incredibly accommodating when we were picking times to meet with her at the venue (even if that meant that she had to stay late at work!) and a huge help at the rehearsal the night before and at the wedding. i just cannot say enough good things about her.

Columbia is, of course, a gorgeous venue, and they really go above and beyond. they asked for my wedding colors and floral theme so that they could have their house flowers match mine. they strung white twinkle lights from their balcony, and put out votives and hurricane globes at not additional cost. they created our signature cocktails and distributed them to the guests, at no additional cost, even though one of the liquors required to make the drink was not on their standard bar menu. every request that we had, they exceeded our expectations. i had worried that we would not be able to afford such a classy spot, but quickly realized that columbia is an "inclusive" price quote--no additional charges, where so many other venues give you the building and then every additional item is an additional rental cost. finally, their food is delicious!!
