Made it a perfect wedding reception

The food from Colorado Catering was delicious! And the staff was professional, organized, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everyone at the reception was happy and taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for anything better to make my niece’s special night so perfect.

The BEST Catering Co out there

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Eric and the team we worked with were absolutely phenomenal. From the start, they worked with our budget, kept us in the loop step by step and even gave us some tips on our honeymoon travel plans. They were professional, caring and made the entire process from start to finish an amazing experience. Going above and beyond is an understatement! They provided service that my new husband and I could not have dreamed of having and were all around great people. The biggest compliment's we were receiving at the wedding was how great the food was and how amazing Eric and his team were. Out of one of the biggest days of our lives, Colorado Catering Company added warmth and happiness to an amazing day. Would recommend them hand's down to ANYONE getting married in Colorado.

I was very impressed with these folks. I worked with Eric through the whole process. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Very attentive to details. Made lots of recommendations to save me money. They handled everything we needed from the food of course (which was delicious) to the table, chair, dinnerware rentals. They had and extremely smooth transition from ceremony to dinner seeing the event was in my back yard. The staff that stayed on site was great and took care of everything we discuss with no need for additional direction.

I would recommend these folks for any of your party/wedding needs! They were amazing!

It was such a pleasure working with Leslee during the course of planning for our wedding. She is so nice, organized, flexible and understanding. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Highly recommend Leslee and the Colorado Catering Company for wedding needs.

I can not say enough good things about CCC. They were amazing, and the food was delicious. I had compliment after compliment from my guests about how much they loved the meal. The staff was so friendly, fast, and flexible. It was drizzling the morning of the wedding, and they wiped down the chairs for the guests prior to the ceremony without me even having to ask. When it started raining later in the afternoon they had already started putting up the outside chairs and moving everything inside. They had a captain assigned to my groom and I who made sure we had food when it came time to eat, which was fabulous. But, the best part was the tear down. They were so fast, they helped sweep and mop, and made sure the checklist for the venue was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly, highly recommend them.

We used Colorado Catering for our wedding. They did a awesome job of putting a tasting together prior to our event. They were on tIme for our event and provided hot , fresh food for our Guests. Eric and his team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was one to remember. The staff was very helpful all the way to the end.

As the bride and the "wedding planner" it was such a treat working with Leslie and team knowing that I could enjoy my day without any interruptions! They presented exactly what I was looking for and took care of all those details I didn't need to be present for!! I would use CCC again and again!

Colorado Catering Company provided great food at a much better price than any other vendors I looked at. They were easy to work with and responsive at making changes. They were able to provide the specialty cocktail we requested. They made the whole presentation beautiful.

CCC was amazing to work with! Not only were they willing to work with us budget wise, but Chef Eric's food can't be beat. We wanted BBQ and couldn't decide bw Carolina or Texas style so he did both! Leslie was easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. The late night Mac n cheese bar was a hit.
