    Made it a perfect wedding reception

    The food from Colorado Catering was delicious! And the staff was professional, organized, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everyone at the reception was happy and taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for anything better to make my niece’s special night so perfect.

    The BEST Catering Co out there

    If I could give them 10 stars I would! Eric and the team we worked with were absolutely phenomenal. From the start, they worked with our budget, kept us in the loop step by step and even gave us some tips on our honeymoon travel plans. They were professional, caring and made the entire process from start to finish an amazing experience. Going above and beyond is an understatement! They provided service that my new husband and I could not have dreamed of having and were all around great people. The biggest compliment's we were receiving at the wedding was how great the food was and how amazing Eric and his team were. Out of one of the biggest days of our lives, Colorado Catering Company added warmth and happiness to an amazing day. Would recommend them hand's down to ANYONE getting married in Colorado.

    I was very impressed with these folks. I worked with Eric through the whole process. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Very attentive to details. Made lots of recommendations to save me money. They handled everything we needed from the food of course (which was delicious) to the table, chair, dinnerware rentals. They had and extremely smooth transition from ceremony to dinner seeing the event was in my back yard. The staff that stayed on site was great and took care of everything we discuss with no need for additional direction.

    I would recommend these folks for any of your party/wedding needs! They were amazing!

    We used Colorado Catering for our wedding. They did a awesome job of putting a tasting together prior to our event. They were on tIme for our event and provided hot , fresh food for our Guests. Eric and his team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was one to remember. The staff was very helpful all the way to the end.

    I can not say enough good things about CCC. They were amazing, and the food was delicious. I had compliment after compliment from my guests about how much they loved the meal. The staff was so friendly, fast, and flexible. It was drizzling the morning of the wedding, and they wiped down the chairs for the guests prior to the ceremony without me even having to ask. When it started raining later in the afternoon they had already started putting up the outside chairs and moving everything inside. They had a captain assigned to my groom and I who made sure we had food when it came time to eat, which was fabulous. But, the best part was the tear down. They were so fast, they helped sweep and mop, and made sure the checklist for the venue was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly, highly recommend them.

    Colorado Catering provides the best food, best prices, and friendliest staff to work your special day. I highly recommend this vendor for all of your food needs. Work with Leslee, she is awesome

    Colorado Catering Company (especially Leslie & Zoe) were a pleasure to work with! All of our guests raved about how good the food was and CCC was very responsive to all our questions and concerns before the wedding. They even let us switch out the vegetarian option on our menu for free! I highly recommend CCC- Great quality and customer service and a reasonable price!

    Leslee was fantastic, along with Becca and Diane (bartender). The Long's Peak package was delicious. The weather presented some challenges, but Leslee quickly got us set up inside and the Life Celebration continued.

    As the bride and the "wedding planner" it was such a treat working with Leslie and team knowing that I could enjoy my day without any interruptions! They presented exactly what I was looking for and took care of all those details I didn't need to be present for!! I would use CCC again and again!

    CCC was amazing to work with! Not only were they willing to work with us budget wise, but Chef Eric's food can't be beat. We wanted BBQ and couldn't decide bw Carolina or Texas style so he did both! Leslie was easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. The late night Mac n cheese bar was a hit.

    It was such a pleasure working with Leslee during the course of planning for our wedding. She is so nice, organized, flexible and understanding. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Highly recommend Leslee and the Colorado Catering Company for wedding needs.

    Colorado Catering Company provided great food at a much better price than any other vendors I looked at. They were easy to work with and responsive at making changes. They were able to provide the specialty cocktail we requested. They made the whole presentation beautiful.

    We're so glad we've chosen CCC to cater our wedding. While we haven't had our wedding yet, everything has gone so smoothly from the tasting to every little detail and question I've needed answered. They're questions they get everyday and I feel so silly asking them, but they remind me how legitimate they are and that the answers will help me feel at ease going into the wedding. I can't wait to see JoEtta and her staff in motion on the day of!

    Eric Borg and his team at CCC were so amazing! When my husband and I went in for a tasting, they provided a mini-version of the entire package we were interested in. The food was fantastic (everyone commented on it) and by far the best deal I found around town. They've catered so many venues that chances are they are already familiar with your place and can help coordinate everything. Eric helped with my timeline and provided information to my DJ and my officiant. He was the bomb! You can't go wrong with CCC!!

    Eric and his team did an amazing job for my daughters wedding! Our guests continuously complimented and were so pleased with how attentive CCC was throughout the entire evening. They were amazing, food was great and overall presentation was exemplary.

    We would recommend Colorado Catering Company for any catering event in the future.

    The extraordinary efforts and flawless service of the Colorado Catering Company for our wedding celebration was exactly what we had hoped for. We are most fortunate that this company was one of the approved vendors for catering at our chosen location. Of the five caterers that provided us with bids, Colorado Catering Company offered us the most competitive quality options and they were willing to work within our budget.

    From initial planning through providing reception catering, Eric and Iryna of Colorado Catering Company were helpful beyond measure and patiently professional in every sense. We are most grateful that they cared about our menu, food quality, presentation and guest comfort. Their suggestion that we include a water station at the outside ceremony site was invaluable on a sunny outdoor Colorado July wedding and added immeasurably to our guest’s comfort. At the reception, they made sure that everything was ready to be served according to our plan and our guests gave them an A+ on food presentation and taste. At our request, they willingly put together a “To Go” box for our DJ and photographer. Their graceful presence at our reception allowed us to relax and enjoy our celebration.

    Their chef’s cooking and seasoning of the buffet meal served was superb! The herb seasoned moist chicken breast, flavorful whipped potatoes and grilled vegetables were our favorites. In addition the chef, Eric and Iryna worked with us regarding our concerns over the main entrée remaining gluten free and also offered a way to include a vegetarian option. The preparation of the tofu entrée received complements from our vegetarian guests as well.

    We thank Iryna and Eric and all the staff at Colorado Catering Company for being a wonderful part of our celebration.

    We loved working with Colorado Catering! They were a very honest and personable business and went above and beyond in the service we received. The food was excellent, the staff was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. They were incredibly flexible and with everything they did they helped us focus on the important things on our wedding day. Highly recommend working with them!

    My husband and I fell in love with Colorado Catering Company as soon as we walked into the office. The prices were reasonable for wedding catering and the food was good too! They were very accommodating of our vegetarian and younger guests. Even though our experience could have ended in disaster due to the fact that the woman helping us ended up moving about a month away from our date, Eric stepped right in and made it perfect. He worked closely with my wedding coordinator to bring all of the details together. What I loved most about Colorado Catering Company is that they allowed us to bring our own Hors D'oeuvres and they took the time to set them up for us. They were efficient in setting up as well as tearing down afterward. My wedding coordinator said they were one of the best vendors she has ever worked with!

    This was a great company for the price. They were very flexible and allowed me to serve some of my own items as well. The food was good quality and the servers were fabulous.

    We used Colorado Catering Company for our wedding at Boettcher Mansion and loved them! I worked with Eric through the whole process. His response times during the planning were a little longer than most of my vendors; however—he has a huge job! He worked with me to make some last-minute changes on my contract and was flexible and understanding about all of my questions! The food was great, the price was great, and even the vegetarians complimented us on their meal. But more than that—the service was incredible. Eric arrived early to get our linens on the table for the florist, and made sure that my husband and I were well-taken-care of the whole night, from providing us with a plate of appetizers as soon as we arrived at cocktail hour to serving us personally, releasing tables for us, and making sure the timeline went smoothly. The staff were all so nice and fun to be around, and even joined us for dancing (at my invitation) at the end of the night! It was so nice to have everything taken care of for us so we could enjoy our day.

    We used CCC and were extremely pleased with the service they provided. Leslee did an awesome job and was always patient and responsive. They were always on top of things and even helped with the floor plan design, etc. for our event. The food is delicious and a great value with plenty of options in the $13-$18pp range. They are a full service catering company whoprovided a bartender and waitstaff for our wedding, all of which were great and professional. I would recommend this company, as they are a great value with excellent service and the food tasted great! I am thankful how diligent they worked and the bad weather caused us to change the ceremony location, but they were able to meet the challenge head on, with no issues :)

    We loved the food at our wedding!! We were able to create a completely customized menu, and we loved the flexibility of the company as our guest numbers fluxuated the week before the wedding. The value was fairly good - probably the best deal you'll find on food for a large party.
