We had the most amazing wedding at Mountain View Ranch! From start to finish, our experience with Wedgewood Weddings was absolutely fantastic. Our wedding coordinator, Olivia, went above and beyond to make our day truly special. One of the most thoughtful surprises was a portrait of our beloved dog, who recently passed away, so we could have a piece of them with us on our wedding day. It was such a meaningful and heartfelt gesture that we will cherish forever. Olivia anticipated our every need and made sure everything went seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our special day.

Our banquet captain, Becca, was equally incredible! Our drinks were always full, our stomachs were always happy, and she and her team made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire evening. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how smoothly the reception ran, which was a true testament to Becca’s leadership and attention to detail.

The banquet staff—Andrea, Mindy, Megan, Cristy, Joey, and Layton—were all incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. They helped make the entire evening feel effortless and enjoyable.

We are so grateful to Olivia, Becca, and the entire Wedgewood team for helping make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. Their thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine care made our day unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend Mountain View Ranch and this amazing team more highly!

We had the MOST perfect wedding at Mountain View Ranch by Wedgewood Weddings! We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience, from the planning process to the very last moments of our wedding day. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely wish we could relive it all over again!

The venue was absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was magical, the food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful, and every detail came together beautifully. Our guests had an incredible time, and we have received so many compliments about how amazing everything was. Most importantly, the entire day felt seamless and stress-free, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every second of one of the most important days of our lives.

Maddie, our coordinator, was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Her organization, communication, attention to detail, and calm, caring presence made such a difference. We felt completely taken care of and knew we were in the best hands. She helped make our vision come to life and made the entire experience feel effortless.

Becca, our banquet captain, was equally wonderful and helped ensure everything ran smoothly throughout the reception. Mindy, Luci, and Lindsey were fantastic servers whose hard work, attentiveness, and kindness helped make our guests feel so well cared for. Kirsten, on the prep team, deserves a huge thank-you for all the important work that went into making everything come together. Christy, our bartender, helped make the celebration even more enjoyable, and Layton deserves recognition for the behind-the-scenes work that is so essential to a successful event.

We are so grateful to EVERY person who played a part in our wedding. It was clear how much care and effort went into making our day special, and we appreciate all the work that happens both in front of and behind the scenes. Every single person contributed to making our wedding the beautiful, joyful, unforgettable celebration we had dreamed of.

Our wedding venue was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire setup was executed to perfection by the coordinator and staff. Every detail was handled with care, making our day completely seamless and unforgettable!

Abby (Coordinator): Abby was nothing short of phenomenal! Her positive energy was contagious. She was attentive, and completely on top of every single detail from start to finish. She had an instant way of making everyone feel comfortable and cared for. We truly could not have asked for a better coordinator to guide us through our day.

Mckiah (Banquet Captain): Mckiah was incredible! She took charge effortlessly and did a wonderful job keeping us informed about key timeline moments without ever making us feel rushed.

Jolene (Bartender): Jolene was so personable and super fun! We absolutely loved her energy and vibrant personality behind the bar, she was a hit with everyone.

Sydney (Server) & Nate (Prep): While we didn't get to interact with Sydney and Nate as much directly, their hard work behind the scenes and seamless service did not go unnoticed. They both did an excellent job ensuring everything ran smoothly.

We also want to give a special shoutout to Jack and Daniel! Jack was our DJ coming in as a last-minute change, he stepped up seamlessly and kept the music and energy flowing perfectly all night. Daniel was equally fantastic as our photographer; his deep knowledge of the venue and clear, confident direction made getting amazing photos completely stress-free.

From our first tour to the days following our wedding, our team was phenomenal!! We felt so taken care of & like everyone truly wanted to get to know us & our vision for our day. And the way they brought it all to life on the day of our wedding was incredible!! It’s so cool to see it all come together after doing things at home, not fully knowing how it’s going to turn out/come together. I’m also so used to having to do so many things myself, and we felt so spiked and taken care of with all of the things they handled for us.
I have to say, we didn’t love the idea of how “corporate” it felt at first when we started planning, but even my videographer mentioned the way they do things, saying “typical Wedgewood timeline.. trust them, they know what they’re doing” and I cannot echo that enough. The way they organize everything feels corporate, but they know what they’re doing & what works vs what doesn’t. And I need to mention, the team feels very personable, not at all corporate. But I’ve just come to appreciate their layout so much because it takes so much guesswork out and truly makes everything flow so seamlessly.
This venue is beautiful, the team is fantastic, and we’re sad this whole experience with them is now over.
If we had to redo everything, we would absolutely be doing it through them again, at this venue. Highly highly recommend!!

Mountain View Ranch was the first venue we toured. After that first day, after every other venue we toured, we kept comparing everything to MVR and quickly returned to book. From the beginning, we were in good hands. Not only did everyone we worked with ease our stress, but treated us as if they already knew us. The day of was absolutely perfect. Our day of coordinator, Olivia, was truly phenomenal. There wasn’t a single thing out of place. She even ran around looking for electrolytes for my Mom who fell ill on the day of. Becca, our banquet captain, took care of everything in the evening and was a big reason my pre wedding jitters were erased-she is hilarious. Our servers Luci and Maddie made sure no one was without and Nate set up beautifully. Our bartender Christie perfected our signature drinks! Mountain View Ranch, thanks for everything!

Whether it was making sure we had food and drinks or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, she was always one step ahead. Because of her, we were able to relax, be present, and genuinely enjoy our wedding without having to worry about a thing.

We also want to recognize the rest of the amazing team who helped make our day so special: Lila and Fierce, our servers; Tess at the photobooth; Nate and Jack with prep; Christy, our bartender; and Sebastian, who kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure we and our guests had an incredible experience.

Our wedding day was better than we could have imagined, and so much of that is thanks to this team. Being able to simply enjoy the day and trust that everything was being taken care of was priceless. We had an exceptional experience and cannot recommend Wedgewood Weddings and their staff enough. We would choose them all over again in a heartbeat!

Maddie, our coordinator, did amazing at every meeting answering questions and also keeping us on top of the big and small details. The week of the wedding, the rehearsal went so smooth and showed that Maddie had everything down. For the wedding day there was no steer of worries that the Vision I had wouldn’t come to like. She was on top of it! It was a day of peace and rest before the big moments. Then during the transition to our banquet caption, Becca, she was wonderful. That transition went smoothly and also felt like we were cared for the whole night. Would recommend this venue and team to anyone! The bar team did amazing as well. Madison and Carrie did great the whole night. Everyone left satisfied with the whole service.

Mountain View Ranch was everything we ever dreamed of for our wedding and more! The location is absolutely beautiful—close to Staunton State Park and an easy drive from the Denver area, making it convenient for our guests while still giving us the perfect mountain escape.

We fell in love with the rustic charm of the Willows and the beautiful Gold Nugget cabin on site for our wedding party. The ceremony location was breathtaking, with a peaceful trail leading to a stream, beautiful sunlight, and our favorite views of the Butte and lake. It truly felt magical.

The entire Wedgewood team was amazing, and we are especially grateful for everyone who helped make our day so special. Our coordinator Madelyne was incredible—she listened to our vision, paid attention to every detail, and made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Our banquet captain Becca was wonderful and brought such positive energy while making sure we and our guests were well cared for.

A huge thank you to the rest of the team who helped make the day run seamlessly: our servers David, Andrea, Tess, Fierce, and Mikayla, prep Nate, bartenders Christy and Stephanie, and dishwasher Tyler. Every person played an important role, and we truly appreciate their hard work and kindness.

We also loved that Wedgewood offers trusted partnerships with amazing vendors, including bakers, florists, DJs, and other wedding professionals, which made the planning process even easier. The package options were reasonable for different budgets, the food was delicious (thank you to the chefs!), and the ambience was unforgettable.
