All Wedgewood vendors were easy to work with and mirrored the same responsive communication - florist, cake, and DJ (Will Robinson). We had multiple email communication threads, phone calls, and Zoom meetings. I was not a pinterest bride, so I relied on the knowledge and expertise of those in the field. And they helped us put on a wonderful wedding!
We felt supported and valued as bride and groom planning a pandemic wedding. Wedgewood worked with our decreasing guest list and last minute changes in details. Wedgewood adhered to all CDC/local/state guidelines in order to ensure a safe and healthy wedding and celebration.
Every guest complimented the venue space and background scenery of the mountains as well as the food!

We had a short engagement. We reserved our wedding date early March, went into quarantine the following week, and were able to successfully hold our wedding 6 months later.

Lower Lake Ranch is an absolutely beautiful place to get married. Located in Pine, It gives you the perfect Colorado mountain wedding without having to spend two hours on I-70. We shot at Willows Pavilion at Upper Lake and it was spectacular. From towering pine trees, open meadows, a private lake, to a rustic barn, the possibilities for creative images were endless. The huge windows in the reception area provided wonderful light. Guests could move from indoors to the outdoor patio with ease and enjoy the summer evening. Our bride and groom got ready in the cabins which again provided many opportunities for great images with a rustic feel. Lower Lake Ranch is a must see for any couple who wants a true Colorado mountain wedding!
As a wedding photographer in Colorado, I get to see some amazing venues to have your wedding at and one of my absolute favorites is Lower Lake Ranch! In addition to wonderful staff, it has it all: a spectacular view, 2 wedding ceremony and reception locations that are completely separate as well as lodging AND it's much easier and closer than other mountain venues especially off of I-70. This is my most frequently recommended venue by far and I have seen a lot of venues. :)
