Maddie, our coordinator, did amazing at every meeting answering questions and also keeping us on top of the big and small details. The week of the wedding, the rehearsal went so smooth and showed that Maddie had everything down. For the wedding day there was no steer of worries that the Vision I had wouldn’t come to like. She was on top of it! It was a day of peace and rest before the big moments. Then during the transition to our banquet caption, Becca, she was wonderful. That transition went smoothly and also felt like we were cared for the whole night. Would recommend this venue and team to anyone! The bar team did amazing as well. Madison and Carrie did great the whole night. Everyone left satisfied with the whole service.

Mountain View Ranch was everything we ever dreamed of for our wedding and more! The location is absolutely beautiful—close to Staunton State Park and an easy drive from the Denver area, making it convenient for our guests while still giving us the perfect mountain escape.

We fell in love with the rustic charm of the Willows and the beautiful Gold Nugget cabin on site for our wedding party. The ceremony location was breathtaking, with a peaceful trail leading to a stream, beautiful sunlight, and our favorite views of the Butte and lake. It truly felt magical.

The entire Wedgewood team was amazing, and we are especially grateful for everyone who helped make our day so special. Our coordinator Madelyne was incredible—she listened to our vision, paid attention to every detail, and made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Our banquet captain Becca was wonderful and brought such positive energy while making sure we and our guests were well cared for.

A huge thank you to the rest of the team who helped make the day run seamlessly: our servers David, Andrea, Tess, Fierce, and Mikayla, prep Nate, bartenders Christy and Stephanie, and dishwasher Tyler. Every person played an important role, and we truly appreciate their hard work and kindness.

We also loved that Wedgewood offers trusted partnerships with amazing vendors, including bakers, florists, DJs, and other wedding professionals, which made the planning process even easier. The package options were reasonable for different budgets, the food was delicious (thank you to the chefs!), and the ambience was unforgettable.

Mountain View Ranch gave us the beautiful, rustic mountain wedding experience we always wanted. We are so grateful to the entire team and highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning and stress-free wedding day!

The Willows is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married!!! As a Colorado native I can say the site has a quintessential Colorado vibe. As the mother of the bride, I cannot say enough about how smoothly the wedding planning process went. I am so glad we chose an all-inclusive venue. This absolutely was a sanity saver as far as vendor coordination. We did some DIY decor and Kira was incredible about taking detailed notes and getting everything set up exactly as we wanted it. She was there for us with a smile and can-do spirit. Christy, our bartender was all over it getting us many assorted specialty shots. The MVP of the night was Becca our Banquet Captain. She brought the family appetizers and took drink orders as we waited after the ceremony for family pictures. She was delightful with our guests. Many mentioned her by name to me following the event. I would think to request something then look over to find Becca was already taking care of it. She even pulled extra clean-up duty when there was a mishap with the guest shuttle we had arranged, Thank you Becca!!! I cannot recommend Wedgewood enough. Go all-inclusive and save your sanity

It is cheesy but true: our wedding day was perfect and everything we hoped for and more. The Wedgewood planning process is perfectly set up to make you feel confident and excited for your big day. Tasks and planning milestones are paced well to make the journey enjoyable. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, flexible, and kind. Working with weddings comes with pressure and Wedgewood delivered. I had a lot of decor and DIY stuff and our team handled it perfectly, going above and beyond. Everything looked how I envisioned without the stress of setting it up and tearing it down myself. The day ran so smoothly and was stress free. My husband and I have said multiple times we wouldn't change a thing and it is true. Caryn, Mikayla, Maddie, Kassie, Neveah, Fierce, Nate, Steph, and Layton are fantastic. Plus the venue and location is stunning. Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I got married at the Mountain View ranch - Lakeview. We absolutely loved it! The entire team was so attentive and flexible with us. Our coordinator was Caryn. She was extremely flexible and kind to us. On the day of, we met the rest of the team. Becca was our banquet captain, and she was so kind, and attentive to the details. The rest of the team, Andrea, Nate, Christy, and Tyler were incredibly detail driven. They ensured that all of our guests where take care of. The entire experience was wonderful. The picture in the frame was at out table by surprise! That is the kind of venue this is. One that understands the kind of memories that are made on such a day, and love providing these kinds of services. Thank you to the entire team that made such a special day somehow even more special, and stress free.

Our experience with Wedgewood was unbelievably fabulous. I genuinely didn’t think that any kind of event planning could be so streamlined and attentive. My now-husband and I aren’t exactly flush with free time. Wedgewood worked with our schedule, which was invaluable. The venue, planning, and the day-of team truly made my dreams come true.
The venue: my husband and I are both from Colorado & it was a perfect opportunity to provide our guests with a slice of Colorado. Mountainview Ranch was about an hour away from our home outside of Denver, tucked into the mountains far enough to offer stunning geological landscapes and forests and close enough to ensure no one gets lost or carsick on their way. We chose the lakeview location, as it offered the suite of cabins for our guests. Lakeview itself is gorgeous. The bridal & groom suites are roomy & comfortable, the ceremony space is beyond perfect, and the big hall and expansive decks offer stunning views. We went with all of their included/recommended vendors, and all crushed it!
Coordination: we toured the venue with Alex, who was awesome. She answered all our (many) questions and sat down with us to discuss what pricing and budgeting looks like. Obviously, as an all-inclusive venue, it’s not an extreme-budget option, but the package cost compared to my estimation of a non-inclusive/DIY version of the same wedding was VASTLY more affordable AND included all the legwork done by experienced professionals. There were 3 main meetings, 6 months, 6 weeks, & ten days out. All were productive and painless. Our coordinator, Caryn, was a true blessing. Patient, funny, detail-oriented, & kind: we never felt rushed or pressured with her. She was on top of everything! I spent my wedding prep time doing fun little DIYs instead of needing to coordinate.
The Day-Of: Another shout-out to Caryn, who gracefully guided our listening-challenged family through every step of the process, herded the wedding party to where we needed to be, and answered questions for me. She also ensured my husband and I remained fed and watered, which was vital! The ceremony was beautifully managed. Caryn delivered us food in the bridal suite after the ceremony, and even managed to snap a beautiful photo of our dip kiss, print it, and put it framed on our sweetheart table before we sat down for dinner. A magical woman, truly. Our banquet team also killed it: our captain Mikayla ensured the buffet went off without a hitch. Mikayla also carefully packed us each a meal, complete with appetizers & dessert, which we treasured the day after the wedding when we got home to an empty fridge. The rest of the banquet team, Christy, Tyler, Callie, Maddie, and Nate truly lit up our service with their smiles and assistance. They were all SO helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. I received several comments on how happy they were to lend a hand. Finally: a special shout out to the photobooth, which I worried might be a little over-played. People LOVED it, and it allowed guests to select how many copies they wanted printed. It was delightful.
We are genuinely floored. I cannot believe it was as good as it was: it felt like a dream. I got so many compliments on the venue and the wedding and the food (and everything else!!), and so many people marveled at how seamless and fun an event it was. It was all Wedgewood! I feel like all we had to do was show up! I am absolutely patting myself on the back for choosing Wedgewood (& especially Mountainview).

We had our wedding here on November 3rd - at the Lakeview site - and it was the best day of our lives! The entire team made the process extremely easy to manage and took a lot of stress off of us while wedding planning. We never worried that we were forgetting something important because they made sure to bring up all important considerations. The vendors were all so professional, talented and accommodating to what we wanted to make our wedding ours! Abby - our day of coordinator - did amazing corralling our crazy crew and dispelling our day of jitters and she's the sweetest human you'll ever meet. Aiden - our banquet captain - made sure we were fed, happy, and having fun our entire reception. Our servers - Callie, Andrea, Sydney, and Hunter - were attentive and kind to all of our guests. Dylan - our bartender - did an amazing job accommodating our crazy crowd of people and made sure no one went thirsty. Nate and Tyler made sure everything was clean, sharp and showed great attention to detail. Lastly, we want to call out our DJ, Zeyta, who made sure the party never stopped. We were all on the dance floor all night and everyone we've talked to said our wedding was extremely fun! We would highly recommend Wedgewood, but especially the crew at Mountain View Ranch.

Our experience at Mountain View Ranch was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very beginning, the staff made planning effortless and enjoyable. Every email we sent was answered promptly, usually within a day, and their planning website was intuitive, flexible, and easy to use.
One of the best parts of the process was attending the Extravaganza. It gave us the chance to meet vendors, connect with the staff, and sample a variety of delicious food. Every vendor recommended by the venue was professional, responsive, and a joy to work with.
On our wedding day, the Mountain View Ranch team exceeded every expectation. We are deeply grateful to Mikayla, Callie, Hunter, Mindy, Andrea, Tess, Kaylee, Nate, Christy, Jess, Tyler, and Sebastian for making the day magical. But the biggest thanks goes to Abby, our coordinator. She brought laughter and joy to the planning process, kept everything seamless on the big day, and ensured we had everything we needed at every moment. Thanks to her, our stress melted away, and we could fully enjoy the celebration. Abby truly feels like part of our family now.

We’ve literally been getting married all year—starting with signing our marriage license on December 31st, exchanging private vows on top of a mountain in early September, and wrapping it all up with the most incredible celebration at Mountain View Ranch – Lakeview on October 11th.
