Maddie, our coordinator, did amazing at every meeting answering questions and also keeping us on top of the big and small details. The week of the wedding, the rehearsal went so smooth and showed that Maddie had everything down. For the wedding day there was no steer of worries that the Vision I had wouldn’t come to like. She was on top of it! It was a day of peace and rest before the big moments. Then during the transition to our banquet caption, Becca, she was wonderful. That transition went smoothly and also felt like we were cared for the whole night. Would recommend this venue and team to anyone! The bar team did amazing as well. Madison and Carrie did great the whole night. Everyone left satisfied with the whole service. -

Mountain View Ranch was everything we ever dreamed of for our wedding and more! The location is absolutely beautiful—close to Staunton State Park and an easy drive from the Denver area, making it convenient for our guests while still giving us the perfect mountain escape.
We fell in love with the rustic charm of the Willows and the beautiful Gold Nugget cabin on site for our wedding party. The ceremony location was breathtaking, with a peaceful trail leading to a stream, beautiful sunlight, and our favorite views of the Butte and lake. It truly felt magical.
The entire Wedgewood team was amazing, and we are especially grateful for everyone who helped make our day so special. Our coordinator Madelyne was incredible—she listened to our vision, paid attention to every detail, and made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Our banquet captain Becca was wonderful and brought such positive energy while making sure we and our guests were well cared for.
A huge thank you to the rest of the team who helped make the day run seamlessly: our servers David, Andrea, Tess, Fierce, and Mikayla, prep Nate, bartenders Christy and Stephanie, and dishwasher Tyler. Every person played an important role, and we truly appreciate their hard work and kindness.
We also loved that Wedgewood offers trusted partnerships with amazing vendors, including bakers, florists, DJs, and other wedding professionals, which made the planning process even easier. The package options were reasonable for different budgets, the food was delicious (thank you to the chefs!), and the ambience was unforgettable.
Mountain View Ranch gave us the beautiful, rustic mountain wedding experience we always wanted. We are so grateful to the entire team and highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning and stress-free wedding day!

The Willows is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married!!! As a Colorado native I can say the site has a quintessential Colorado vibe. As the mother of the bride, I cannot say enough about how smoothly the wedding planning process went. I am so glad we chose an all-inclusive venue. This absolutely was a sanity saver as far as vendor coordination. We did some DIY decor and Kira was incredible about taking detailed notes and getting everything set up exactly as we wanted it. She was there for us with a smile and can-do spirit. Christy, our bartender was all over it getting us many assorted specialty shots. The MVP of the night was Becca our Banquet Captain. She brought the family appetizers and took drink orders as we waited after the ceremony for family pictures. She was delightful with our guests. Many mentioned her by name to me following the event. I would think to request something then look over to find Becca was already taking care of it. She even pulled extra clean-up duty when there was a mishap with the guest shuttle we had arranged, Thank you Becca!!! I cannot recommend Wedgewood enough. Go all-inclusive and save your sanity

It is cheesy but true: our wedding day was perfect and everything we hoped for and more. The Wedgewood planning process is perfectly set up to make you feel confident and excited for your big day. Tasks and planning milestones are paced well to make the journey enjoyable. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, flexible, and kind. Working with weddings comes with pressure and Wedgewood delivered. I had a lot of decor and DIY stuff and our team handled it perfectly, going above and beyond. Everything looked how I envisioned without the stress of setting it up and tearing it down myself. The day ran so smoothly and was stress free. My husband and I have said multiple times we wouldn't change a thing and it is true. Caryn, Mikayla, Maddie, Kassie, Neveah, Fierce, Nate, Steph, and Layton are fantastic. Wedding of my dreams
My husband and I got married at the Mountain View ranch - Lakeview. We absolutely loved it! The entire team was so attentive and flexible with us. Our coordinator was Caryn. She was extremely flexible and kind to us. On the day of, we met the rest of the team. Becca was our banquet captain, and she was so kind, and attentive to the details. The rest of the team, Andrea, Nate, Christy, and Tyler were incredibly detail driven. They ensured that all of our guests where take care of. The entire experience was wonderful. The picture in the frame was at out table by surprise! That is the kind of venue this is. One that understands the kind of memories that are made on such a day, and love providing these kinds of services. Our experience with Wedgewood was unbelievably fabulous. I genuinely didn’t think that any kind of event planning could be so streamlined and attentive. My now-husband and I aren’t exactly flush with free time. Wedgewood worked with our schedule, which was invaluable. The venue, planning, and the day-of team truly made my dreams come true.
The venue: my husband and I are both from Colorado & it was a perfect opportunity to provide our guests with a slice of Colorado. Mountainview Ranch was about an hour away from our home outside of Denver, tucked into the mountains far enough to offer stunning geological landscapes and forests and close enough to ensure no one gets lost or carsick on their way. We chose the lakeview location, as it offered the suite of cabins for our guests. Lakeview itself is gorgeous. The bridal & groom suites are roomy & comfortable, the ceremony space is beyond perfect, and the big hall and expansive decks offer stunning views. We went with all of their included/recommended vendors, and all crushed it!
Coordination: we toured the venue with Alex, who was awesome. She answered all our (many) questions and sat down with us to discuss what pricing and budgeting looks like. Obviously, as an all-inclusive venue, it’s not an extreme-budget option, but the package cost compared to my estimation of a non-inclusive/DIY version of the same wedding was VASTLY more affordable AND included all the legwork done by experienced professionals. There were 3 main meetings, 6 months, 6 weeks, & ten days out. All were productive and painless. Our coordinator, Caryn, was a true blessing. Patient, funny, detail-oriented, & kind: we never felt rushed or pressured with her. She was on top of everything! I spent my wedding prep time doing fun little DIYs instead of needing to coordinate.
The Day-Of: Another shout-out to Caryn, who gracefully guided our listening-challenged family through every step of the process, herded the wedding party to where we needed to be, and answered questions for me. She also ensured my husband and I remained fed and watered, which was vital! The ceremony was beautifully managed. Caryn delivered us food in the bridal suite after the ceremony, and even managed to snap a beautiful photo of our dip kiss, print it, and put it framed on our sweetheart table before we sat down for dinner. A magical woman, truly. Our banquet team also killed it: our captain Mikayla ensured the buffet went off without a hitch. Mikayla also carefully packed us each a meal, complete with appetizers & dessert, which we treasured the day after the wedding when we got home to an empty fridge. The rest of the banquet team, Christy, Tyler, Callie, Maddie, and Nate truly lit up our service with their smiles and assistance. They were all SO helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. I received several comments on how happy they were to lend a hand. Finally: a special shout out to the photobooth, which I worried might be a little over-played. People LOVED it, and it allowed guests to select how many copies they wanted printed. It was delightful.
We are genuinely floored. I cannot believe it was as good as it was: it felt like a dream. I got so many compliments on the venue and the wedding and the food (and everything else!!), and so many people marveled at how seamless and fun an event it was. It was all Wedgewood! We had our wedding here on November 3rd - at the Lakeview site - and it was the best day of our lives! The entire team made the process extremely easy to manage and took a lot of stress off of us while wedding planning. We never worried that we were forgetting something important because they made sure to bring up all important considerations. The vendors were all so professional, talented and accommodating to what we wanted to make our wedding ours! Abby - our day of coordinator - did amazing corralling our crazy crew and dispelling our day of jitters and she's the sweetest human you'll ever meet. Aiden - our banquet captain - made sure we were fed, happy, and having fun our entire reception. Our servers - Callie, Andrea, Sydney, and Hunter - were attentive and kind to all of our guests. Dylan - our bartender - did an amazing job accommodating our crazy crowd of people and made sure no one went thirsty. Nate and Tyler made sure everything was clean, sharp and showed great attention to detail. Lastly, we want to call out our DJ, Zeyta, who made sure the party never stopped. We were all on the dance floor all night and everyone we've talked to said our wedding was extremely fun! Wedding Review
Our experience at Mountain View Ranch was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very beginning, the staff made planning effortless and enjoyable. Every email we sent was answered promptly, usually within a day, and their planning website was intuitive, flexible, and easy to use.
One of the best parts of the process was attending the Extravaganza. It gave us the chance to meet vendors, connect with the staff, and sample a variety of delicious food. Every vendor recommended by the venue was professional, responsive, and a joy to work with.
On our wedding day, the Mountain View Ranch team exceeded every expectation. We are deeply grateful to Mikayla, Callie, Hunter, Mindy, Andrea, Tess, Kaylee, Nate, Christy, Jess, Tyler, and Sebastian for making the day magical. But the biggest thanks goes to Abby, our coordinator. She brought laughter and joy to the planning process, kept everything seamless on the big day, and ensured we had everything we needed at every moment. Thanks to her, our stress melted away, and we could fully enjoy the celebration. Abby truly feels like part of our family now.

We’ve literally been getting married all year—starting with signing our marriage license on December 31st, exchanging private vows on top of a mountain in early September, and wrapping it all up with the most incredible celebration at Mountain View Ranch – Lakeview on October 11th. (No joke—countless guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended!)

Best venue!
The location is absolutely gorgeous. We were married at Mountain View Ranch - Willows side. Our entire staff was top notch. Courtney and Mikayla made us feel so comfortable and were there for literally anything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about them. They all did an amazing job decorating our space, it was better than I was picturing. Our entire staff, Courtney, Mikayla, Maddie, Kaylee, Carrie, Sebastian, Christy and Gio were incredible - 10/10 for everyone. I couldn’t recommend this Wedgewood location enough. It was so easy. Best. Wedding. EVERRR!!! At least that is what we have been saying and what all our guests have told us over and over again. What a magical, beautiful, perfect day. We cannot thank the entire team at Wedgewood enough for making this so special and so seamless. If you are getting married, just go Wedgewood. They make everything so easy and they work with you every step of the way. From the venue to the food to the vendors, it was all seriously perfect. From day one, we walked in without an appointment because we were dead set on this venue being our venue. Marley greeted us with her awesome smile and infectious vibe and agreed to give us a last minute tour. We signed and paid that day and are so glad that they were accommodating because we cannot fathom getting married anywhere else!!
Let’s start with our wedding coordinator Alex, our dream come true, goddess queen. Alex introduced herself about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day and she didn’t skip a beat. We probably emailed her every other day toward the end with random questions and she was always there to help. She had great energy toward both us and our guests, she was organized beyond belief and she made the whole day SOO beautiful. When we sat down to our table for the first time, there was a hand-written letter and a framed photo of us waiting from the ceremony! No idea how she pulled it off so fast, but it was such a beautiful, special touch. We also accidentally purchased non-biodegradable rose petals for the aisle, but needn’t fear, Alex made sure to get us the right ones and had them out and ready to go for the ceremony. Because she’s perfect. There were points where I was definitely feeling a bit anxious and Alex sat me down in a space to myself and provided me with necessary comforts to calm me down. She is thoughtful and empathetic, we couldn’t have done this without her. She may have this effect on everyone, however, we felt we built such a special bond with Alex and that says so much about the people that Wedgewood chooses to hire. Everyone was commenting on her hard work and energy because she’s that good. She is made for this work and we love Alex from the bottom of our hearts, for real.
Next, Becca, our banquet captain….dream, legend, beast. All our guests were crushing on her by the end because she’s just so badass and worked so hard the entire night! We did not have to worry about a thing, it was packed up and ready for us to grab in the morning. We hear stories about guests and the married couple needing to break down their own weddings and get it all out of there night of, not with Becca! It was handled for us and we didn’t have to think twice on the night of our wedding. Becca always managed to have a drink on the way to us as well, so we never had to think twice about what we needed, she thought for us. I couldn't put into words how incredible our experience with Wedgewood Weddings truly was. We had the absolute best experience at Mountain View Ranch. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. Our wedding coordinator, Alex, helped us so much throughout the process. She accommodate any and all of our crazy requests and was very communicative. She helped us from the very beginning with timelines and when to start ordering invitations, working with our florist, the bakery, and everything in between. On the day of she was willing to help in any possible way. She kept us organized, timely, and made sure she went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had the perfect day. She even bustled my dress much quicker than any of the rest of us could! We are so grateful we had Alex as our wedding coordinator.
On our wedding day our banquet captain, Mikayla, was also super helpful and kind. She was the one that sent me down the aisle at the perfect time. It was obviously an emotional time and she was so supportive through it. During the reception she always asked if we needed anything, passed out our dance floor glow sticks, videoed our walk out, and was willing to help in any and every way. We had our grand sparkler moment after our first dance and she started and turned them off at a perfect time!
The servers, Cara, Mindy, and Evie, made sure our guests were happy and fed all night. The food was absolutely incredible. We have been to so many weddings where the food was overcooked or just not great in the buffet style but everyone raved about it all night. Thanks to Nate for all the prep and Tyler for making sure we had clean dishes.
We also had signature drinks at the bar among many other drinks. There was only one point when the bar had a line and Cristina and Carrie absolutely crushed it. The line moved quickly and everyone was able to enjoy the dance floor and beautiful scenery.
We also loved having access to the cabins on the property for Friday and Saturday night. We had a lot of out of town guests and felt that the cabins allowed us time to spend with everyone. The property is so beautiful and there are hikes super close by.
I truly couldn't say enough good things about Wedgewood Weddings. I'm so grateful we chose the Mountain View Ranch for our special day. I truly wish I could relive it over and over again.Mountain View Ranch by Wedgewood Weddings's reply:

We are so glad we went with Wedgewood Weddings!! Both the ceremony and venue site are gorgeous and the onsite team is amazing. We went with this location (Willows) to enjoy the cozy Mountain scenery and peaceful stream near the ceremony site. The venue itself is nestled in pine trees and provides the perfect setting for a Colorado wedding celebration. We loved everything about it.
On our wedding day, it rained a lot and our team was on top of it. They shifted the schedule around without breaking a sweat, and made sure our guests were comfortable and happy before the ceremony.
I want to personally shout out our team for that day, because they went above an beyond:
Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made us feel so comfortable! Truly helped us with all our needs, even last minute tasks, she was on it. We didn’t have any stress that day, because we had her. She is a gem and anyone who gets her as their coordinator will be very lucky.
Becca was our banquet captain. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had one. She’d pop up stealthily and appeared with whatever we unknowingly needed and then would get back to her other tasks. She kept our party going strong and made sure everyone had a great time.
I also have nothing to say but great things about the rest of the crew. Abby (Captain in training), Andrea (Server), Jess (Bartender), Sebastian (Prep), Hunter (Dish) - you were all phenomenal. I may be biased, but our wedding felt like the smoothest one I have been too, and it’s thanks to you all holding down the fort.

This place is the BEST of the best!!! Every single thing is taken of! They are such pros! The planning is organized and stress free! Alex, one of the coordinators, is INCREDIBLE. The venue itself is beyond beautiful. The food is fantastic. Every thing is thought through. They make you feel so special and wonderful!

We loved Mountain View Ranch!!!
We had the BEST experience working with Mountain View Ranch (Lakeview) for our wedding. Initially, we went with a Wedgewood option because I liked the idea of the price being pretty clear from the get go instead of needing to shop for every single vendor and having sticker shock on the total price. The people at Wedgewood were great to work with leading up to the wedding. We were slightly nervous because we committed to the Lakeview venue before it was done being built, but it turned out so beautifully! All of the meetings leading up to the wedding made us feel confident and that we were making progress in planning our wedding.
Our wedding day was where the people we were working with at Wedgewood really shined. They touched base with us as needed without feeling like we were getting pulled away from our guests, they made sure we ate and had a drink in our hand at all times, they put everything together so nicely on our different additions to make the wedding feel like "us", and made it look fantastic without needing to ask us how to make it look. Alex & Becca truly were the best in making sure we were where we needed to be when we needed to be there and made the entire day/weekend go so smoothly!!
I was also nervous about going with an "all inclusive" wedding venue because you don't have vendors to shop around with and choose from. However, the amount of compliments we got on the food was shocking (we warned guests that CO isn't known to have the best food..) & our DJ, Zeyta, didn't miss a single cue of the music we wanted, and played the exact vibe of music that we were hoping for. And the florist helped make my exact vision come to life. I loved this venue so much and had a 10/10 experience working with Wedgewood. -

From the moment my husband and I drove up to Mountain View Ranch in Pine, Colorado, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. We visited in the fall of 2023, a full year before our wedding, and were immediately captivated by the forest scenery and breathtaking mountain views. Even though the venue we ultimately chose—the Lake View site—was just a hole in the ground at the time, we took a leap of faith, and it was one of the best decisions we made!
The team at Mountain View Ranch made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. During our initial tour, we were given a comprehensive rundown of how the venue operates, and we were shown all the different sites. Even though Lake View was still under construction, the team kept us updated on the progress, which helped ease our minds and made us feel confident in our choice.
Lake View itself turned out to be everything we had hoped for and more. It's a modern yet charming venue with rustic touches and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. On our wedding day, it was nothing short of magical.
One of the standout features of our experience with Mountain View Ranch was how incredibly supportive they were throughout the planning process. They were always available to answer our questions, and they allowed us the flexibility to make the wedding truly our own. The only vendor that was required through them was their catering and bar services—and we’re so glad it was! The food was phenomenal, and the service was top-notch. It was some of the best food and service we’ve ever had at a wedding!
Mountain View Ranch also has a wonderful list of preferred vendors (shout to Madeline from DJ Maestro, Azcuzar Bakery, and Bitterroot Studio), but they were also open to letting us bring in vendors we found on our own, which was a huge plus for us. On our actual wedding day, we had the pleasure of working with Maddie, our day-of coordinator, and Becca, the banquet captain, along with her amazing team. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. When a few of our shuttles got caught in traffic and delayed some of our guests and ceremony, we never even noticed because Maddie and Becca were there every step of the way, keeping everything on track and ensuring we had a calm, stress-free experience.
From start to finish, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. We had the most incredible ceremony, beautiful views, and a dance floor that was packed all night. We could not have asked for a better team or venue to help bring our vision to life.
We are so grateful to the entire team at Mountain View Ranch, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning venue and a team that truly cares about making your wedding day perfect.

This venue was absolutely amazing and soooo beautiful!! We live in North Dakota so pretty much all of our communication was over the phone or through emails. Lindsey did our virtual tour and our booking and Madelyn did our first meeting; they were both awesome and informative. Madison kept us up to date with contracts. Denise, Courtney, Janell, and Cayleigh helped keep us updated and responded quickly to our questions throughout the planning process.
With our package, the florals and cake were included. Sidney from Bitteroot Studio was awesome during our consultation and showed us plenty of options and our flowers were beautiful! Our cake from Azucar bakery was exactly what we wanted; shoutout to James who did our consultation and communication from the bakery!
Our planners also gave us a contact for booking hotels. Karma from HelmsBriscoe did all the work for me and all I really had to do was pick a hotel based of of their research and sign the contract.
HUGE shoutout to Alex, our wedding coordinator, who played a big part in making sure our day was perfect. Another HUGE shoutout to Maddie, Becca, Twisty Christy, and DJ Zeyta who made our reception perfect as well. DJ Zeyta and Twisty Christy even got on the dancefloor with us!!

Mountain View Ranch was not only an incredibly beautiful venue but they also made our day absolutely perfect. Meleah and Cassie were awesome on our day of. They were so professional and did everything they possibly could to make our day perfect. We also got a bundle deal with Love and Lens for our photography and they did an incredible job as well! Chelsea and Daniel from Love and Lens were perfect and made us feel special and cared for. Everyone at Mountain View Ranch answers emails quickly and really work with you to make your day perfect. Most of our guests were from out of town and had never been to Colorado. They were blown away by the views, accommodations at the venue, and the ceremony and reception sites. You also get to stay in the cabins at Mountain View Ranch which was so fun and perfect so that our guests didn't have to drive and could stay celebrating later. There are 2 weddings happening at the same time on the property which at first we were worried it would confuse our guests but everything about our day felt so intimate and everyone was able to get where they needed to go. Highly reccommend. -

This place had everything we were looking for. It is in the mountains, but not to far for those flying in from out of town. The property is beautiful in every direction you look. BOOK THIS VENUE. My husband and I were blown away on our wedding day and can’t say enough good things. The team at wedgewood was perfect and both of us were not stressed at all on the big day. From the moment we selected Mountain View we experienced excellent service and attention to detail. It's in the mountains and the views are breathtaking but with that comes no cell service (a huge plus to be honest) and possible weather so you have to be prepared for that. Not one guest complained. Everyone was in the moment with no distractions. When the wedding day rolled around God blessed us with the best weather and we knew we were in good hands but we had no idea just how good. Natalie was our day of coordinator and she blew us away along with her team. She ran a tight smooth ship and it exceeded our expectations. Natalie made the bride and I (MOB) feel so secure that everything would come together and it did. From the decor set up exactly as the bride had envisioned, the food, the staff down to every minute detail...it was in one word...PERFECT. We can't recommend this place enough. Working with Mountain View Ranch was a dream! At the time we were searching for a venue, we lived in Missouri and could not come in person to tour but they were nice enough to send us videos of the venue in addition to sharing 3D virtual tours. We instantly fell in love and booked! They were communicative during the entire planning process and I loved that they send you a planning binder to stay on track. They have tons of linen and decor options to choose from so we didn't have to sacrifice anything aesthetically and I could tell that they were committed to making our vision a reality.

Pandemic Wedding Turns Out Perfect!
As if planning a wedding amidst this pandemic wasn’t hard enough, add in planning it from out of state and that just makes it more challenging and prone to disasters. Being such a planner and being so detailed minded, I was in a panic that things would go awry and was terrified of being stressed out the day of! However, everything turned out even better than what we imagined. Kristen, Dani, and the rest of the Mountain View staff were able to see our vision and made it come true. Actually, they made it even better than we imagined. They were just so easy to work with and made our day stress free and definitely a day that we will always remember and treasure! Mountain View Ranch has our highest recommendation.

Perfect fall Colorado wedding
Our experience with Mountain View Ranch was overall very stress-free, which is not easy to say during a pandemic. They were very flexible in working with us, even in the days before as our guest count changed last minute. They were very responsive throughout our planning process, answering our questions via email or phone very quickly.
The day of our wedding flowed really well. It was so nice to have a coordinator we could trust so that we did not have to think about anything but just enjoying our day! They venue is GORGEOUS. Because of covid, we only say the venue once prior and it was covered in snow, so our first time seeing it in all it's fall beauty was the weekend of our wedding. Safe to say we were blown away!
The vendors were all amazing. I was honestly so impressed with our flowers, cake and DJ. I will say, there were some extra costs for what we wanted beyond what the Wedgewood package provided us, so just be aware of that. For example, the floral package only included center pieces, so we paid extra for all bouquets, the flowers on our alter/arch, etc.
Overall an amazing experience! I also highly recommend using Staunton State Park right next to the venue for a covid-friendly rehearsal dinner if needed. We just rented a pavilion there and brought in food, worked great! We also hiked there the day after our wedding and even hiked to a peak that looked down on the venue, so cool and special. -

Very responsive communication. As a pandemic bride, I had many questions. Every single one of them was answered in a timely manner via phone or email.
All Wedgewood vendors were easy to work with and mirrored the same responsive communication - florist, cake, and DJ (Will Robinson). We had multiple email communication threads, phone calls, and Zoom meetings. I was not a pinterest bride, so I relied on the knowledge and expertise of those in the field. And they helped us put on a wonderful wedding!
We felt supported and valued as bride and groom planning a pandemic wedding. Wedgewood worked with our decreasing guest list and last minute changes in details. Wedgewood adhered to all CDC/local/state guidelines in order to ensure a safe and healthy wedding and celebration.
Every guest complimented the venue space and background scenery of the mountains as well as the food!
My photos and videos are going to be amazing!
We had a short engagement. We reserved our wedding date early March, went into quarantine the following week, and were able to successfully hold our wedding 6 months later.

After getting engaged, my fiance and I went on SEVERAL appointments hoping to find our perfect mountain-inspired venue. We moved to CO together with our shared love of the mountains; we knew we had to share our incredible views with others for our wedding. Our venue search was limited by location (proximity to Denver), price (we wanted to keep our entire wedding under 30,000), and views (mountain views and woodland ceremony were mandatory!). Mountain View Ranch (MVR) had all of these things, and a Saturday date available within our desired season.
MVR provides all aspects of your wedding if you want them to! We saved a bit of money and made our wedding more personal by providing our own 1) invites, 2) officiant, 3) florals/decor, 4) day-of coordination. We went through Wedgewood's MVR for 1) food/drink, 2) ceremony/reception venue, 3) dessert, 4) DJ.
We had a perfect day at MVR. The weather held out for us, was a true sunny fall day. The food was DELICIOUS. Only good reviews on appetizers and dinner buffet (especially the roast beef, the rolls, and the amazing variety of salads). We had an open premium bar, we heard from family and friends some drinks might've been stronger than others, but no complaints. The venue itself was beautiful, they recently renovated a wall and converted it to windows/porch area. The outside area has lights already strung, adding to the magic. MVR allowed us to have the elegant yet rustic (without being cowboy/cowgirl) fall wedding we wanted, it turned out perfectly. So many compliments throughout the night on the location, everyone loved it. Cheers! -

We got married August 3rd at the Creekside location. From our first meeting and tour with Taylor, to the end of our reception with Britny as our day of coordinator, everything was more than we could have hoped for. The mountain setting is gorgeous and the venue was simple, rustic-elegant and perfect for us! The service provided by every staff member we worked with from start to finish was incredible. We loved the simplicity of the "all-inclusive" package structure Wedgewood offers. It is a nice option to be able to bring in your own vendors, but we didn't feel the need to. The vendors they work with and recommended know the venue, and have it all down like clockwork, so they are easy to work with, provide great suggestions and make the process simple and fun. We also loved how organized the planning is. They provide a binder when you start, and map out every decision you'll need to make throughout the process. It helped keep us organized, on schedule and know when we would need to make certain decisions by.
Taylor and Britny are an amazing team! They are both patient, kind, detailed, professional, FUN and so good at what they do! I never imagined the wedding planning process could be as much fun and stress free as they made it. Britny, my husband and I were rolling laughing for half of our planning sessions because of the banter prompted by sports team trash-talk between us. I honestly was sad when the wedding was over because we wouldn't be seeing her at our planning sessions anymore! Never in a million years did I think planning my wedding would have been as simple and fun as it was. Everything turned out just as beautiful, if not better than the picture in my head. Britny interpreted everything I was picturing and made it even better. Several people that attended the wedding have told us it was one of the best, if not the best, most beautiful, fun weddings they have been to. It truly was a day we will never forget! -

Taylor, Britny, and Georgia are the sales team at the Mountain View Ranch location and they are AMAZING! So accommodating. I was from out of state and even though they had an all-hands meeting off-site, Georgia went the opposite direction to meet with me in the morning--extending her workday. Britny and Taylor couldn't have been more on top of the rehearsal and the big day. And all of the vendors they partner with we're FANTASTIC. Mountain View Ranch itself is beautiful--a lovely pond and stream and lodge with perfect mountain views.Mountain View Ranch by Wedgewood Weddings's reply:

My fiancé and I are over the moon with happiness and excitement for our wedding at Mountain View Ranch. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful this venue and the staff behind it have been for our experience in planning our wedding! My fiancé and I are getting married in September of this year and have been together since high school (almost 9 years!) and found Mountain View Ranch back in May of 2018, we instantly fell in love with the views and everything that is included for their wedding packages. In addition, since we are getting married at the Willows Pavillion, we have also had the ease of coordinating lodging for our guests at Lower Lake Ranch (who partners with Wedgewood at this location!) Mountain View Ranch was our first and ONLY wedding venue tour and we booked within a few days. Britny is our primary coordinator and she has made this entire process absolutely seamless and stress free. They also worked with us to make our payments in increments as opposed to one big sum, which has helped tremendously as we just moved here at the end of 2017. Their partnerships with vendors for our DJ, The Dessert Stand, and Amore Fiore Florals have perfectly executed exactly what we are envisioning for our big day, and we could not be more excited. I highly recommend Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch to anyone who is looking for an easier way to plan their wedding and for ease of access for that “mountain wedding” feel for any time of the year. My fiancé and I met each other while attending college in Colorado and now live in San Antonio, Texas. When we first got engaged we juggled around ideas of where we wanted to get married and to be honest, were a bit overwhelmed. However, the moment we stepped on the property of the Mountain View Ranch and met the lovely ladies that make this venue so special, we knew this was the venue that was going to be the first step in the rest of our lives together. Planning from states away and with busy schedules has been a breeze! We can not wait for August to come and to spend the day on this beautiful property with the people we love the most. Everyone in the Wedgewood team that we have had the pleasure of talking to has been amazing. We actually debated between this location and a different Wedgewood location, but ultimately the beauty of this place blew us away and we knew it was the one for our July wedding. Georgina first toured us back in February 2018 when there was still snow everywhere and the way she described it, we could still envision what it would look like in the summer. Britny has been our go-to girl ever since we booked and she happily answers any and all questions we may have and always puts us at ease. Out of all of the wedding planning process, choosing Wedgewood Mountainview Ranch has been the easiest! Truly amazing
This venue has wowed us since our first tour. We are planning for our July wedding here and we are so thankful this is the location we picked. We live 3.5 hours away from the venue yet still feel so connected. The team is very responsive and helpful. They are making wedding planning a breeze! We are in the final stages of planning our wedding for this June at Mountain View Ranch with Wedgewood and they have been absolutely AMAZING. Any question I have, no matter what it is, they are quick to respond and make sure I am happy. I have not felt any stress during this entire process, and I have them to thank for that. Britny & Karalee were absolutely fantastic! They were very helpful and friendly. They made the planning process stress free. There was no surprises about cost. The day went off without a hitch.There were zero issues. Our day was perfect! The food was phenomenal. We truly enjoyed all of our appointments while preparing for our big day. We were looking for a venue that was outdoors, rustic, and unique... this venue delivered! Mountain View Ranch will always have a special place in our hearts. THANK YOU BRITNY & KARALEE!!!!!
