Thanks to Krystel & Karina, my wedding dreams came true tenfold. They were the best team to worth with! We chose the partial planning option, but we got more than we ever thought possible. They provided a questionnaire in the beginning of planning to get to know us and figure out what we wanted or what we were looking for. It was so helpful so put ideas to paper and write down our non-negotiables and most important factors in our wedding. They came back with a complete inspiration board that got us so excited!
We started planning our big day in 2019 for a May 9, 2020 wedding. However, we ended up having to postpone our wedding in March 2020 due to COVID-19. They were so helpful in assisting with the postponement to September 2020 and getting all of our original vendors on board with the new date. Not once did they waiver in helping with this unprecedented situation. They were always by our side. When our original date came, sadness overwhelmed me. They ended up dropping off a little gift which was so sweet and helped turn my frown upside down. After that, we stayed in constant communication through phone, text, and even Instagram. Then, we ended up having to postpone our second date in September 2020 due to the pandemic again. What a nightmare, but with Coco & Whim, they were again, right at our side to ensure the next date would be the final date. They set our mind at ease multiple times and were always available for questions. After planning, postponing, and replanning, I am so thankful that we had Krystel & Karina with us throughout this whole process.
Our wedding was a travel theme with whimsical, romantic, and Parisian vibes. As Krsytel has planned many wedding in Paris previously, I knew she would have great ideas. I knew it would be beautiful, but it still went above & beyond my expectations. Absolutely breathtaking!
Being in the event industry myself, the small details matter a lot to me – i.e. flatlay designs, tablescapes, linen, etc., and capturing them on camera. WOW! Krystel created our flatlay designs herself and styled them. I seriously cannot get enough and stare at these photos daily! They are such a dynamic duo and are both creative visionaries and will take your ideas and will turn them into reality.
On the day of (finally, May 16, 2021), Krystel & Karina had additional assistants and we all met in the bridal suite. I couldn’t believe the day finally came and they seemed all just as excited as us. The whole day was amazing! The team was so welcoming, helpful, organized, and professional. With everything we had been through the last 2 years, I am so happy they were the last people I saw before heading down the aisle to get married. It was finally happening! We did have a medical emergency that everyone was so helpful with. This did get us behind schedule which couldn’t be helped, and we had a wedding crasher, but they handled everything so well that I didn’t even know that had happened! I honestly can’t thank Coco and Whim enough for the amount of time, energy, and creativeness that they put in to our special day. It wouldn’t have been the same without them and I hope we continue to stay in each other lives, because they weren’t just our “wedding planners” to us, they turned into friends and mentors.
