I've worked with Cloud 9 for going on a decade now, first with Kimaya for my own wedding and now with Olivia for my work as a bridal makeup artist! Olivia is incredibly well organized and for a job like hers that can sometimes come with a ton of stress (happy stress of course!) sje keeps it cool and calm and everyone feels like they are in good hands. Wow where to even begin? As two experience designers and event producers we had high expectations (and standards) for our wedding. But perhaps the only person we've met who has even high standards is Olivia and her team at Cloud 9. Olivia is a true goddess, the most competent person we've ever met, an absolute delight, and now a lifelong friend!

One of the standout aspects of working with Annalies was how quickly she and her team responded to any questions or concerns we had. No matter how big or small, they were always on top of things and kept everything moving smoothly. It’s clear that they are extremely experienced and dedicated to ensuring every detail is perfect.

Annalies helped us find amazing on island vendors which was key since many of the people on the island don't advertise! The Cloud 9 team were on top of all the details needed for making ferry reservations and informing our guests about the ferry system. What stood out the most was when we hit a snag with our venue, Annalies and the team quickly went to bat for us. She handled a tricky situation with such grace and professionalism, ensuring that our concerns were heard and addressed. I can't tell you how much that meant to us—it took a huge weight off our shoulders knowing she had our back.
