Where do I even begin with Olivia and her team at Cloud 9 events -- they are INCREDIBLE. Olivia was the first vendor we hired after booking our venue and date, and she was immensely helpful for the entire process. She was collaborative with us from the very beginning, creating a custom package to perfectly meet our planning needs. When we started the process of wedding planning, we were very overwhelmed and Olivia supported us the entire journey. She helped us get organized (and stay organized), manage priorities, communicate with all our vendors, and come up with seemingly endless amounts of creative solutions. Olivia's experience and expertise show in everything she does. She has an extensive network in the San Juan Islands, and beyond, and was able to connect us into her community in any ways we needed during the planning process. She is INCREDIBLY detail oriented and put in so much work before our wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. AND IT DID -- the wedding weekend was executed flawlessly. Olivia and her team went above and beyond to ensure that everything (and I mean **everything**) went exactly to plan. On wedding day, Olivia and her team anticipated needs we didn't know we had and made sure that we were always taken care of (one of her assistants even hand delivered the bride's coat at the welcome party when they noticed her shivering by the guests). Our guests were raving about how kind, bubbly, and helpful Olivia and her team were. Wedding planning is such a big thing and Olivia made the whole process FUN for us. She truly feels like family to us now after she beautifully coordinated our 3-day wedding marathon. I cannot speak highly enough of Olivia and her team. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the San Juans, look no further -- OLIVIA & CLOUD 9 ARE YOUR PEOPLE!!
