Chrys Coles Makeup

I cannot say anything more then Chrys is my miracle angel makeup artist. I scrambled to find the perfect makeup artist as, I thought I was set on an alternative makeup artist. With whom I had already paid the deposit with. Covid was already l a huge obstacle already in itself to overcome, even more so with the other vendors, venues and uncertainty. However, during my makeup trial I felt as though I was not treated like a person, not individualized and was not heard. I bet the bullet and let the deposit go, and went on a search to find a new make up artist. I contacted someone who referred me to someone else who then referred me to Chrys. She said that my wedding date opened up and I was in luck. I explain my story to her and she was so attentive and felt terrible about what happened. Especially with all of the Covid brides who had already lost a lot of morale and excitement about something that should be so exciting and happy. The words that stuck with me the most were “even if you do not choose me to be your makeup artist, I will find you someone so that you could be happy on your wedding day.” Her kindness, attentiveness, and obvious talent for the things that brought me to her. I went on my trial with her and she was nothing but amazing to me. She had a beautiful at home studio and had such a wide array of luxury make up. She focused on what I needed and how I felt. I told her about lashes and she gave me the most comfortable kind. I was so happy when I was done with my trial, I didn’t hesitate to tell her that she was obviously going to be my choice for the day of my wedding. On the day of my wedding, she was absolutely amazing. I felt like she was the calming force throughout all of the chaos. She gave me attention, soothe my nerves, and even got me a beautiful Mac lipgloss. When we were discussing the contract, she suggested that I would get a touchup for three hours. Well, I can’t suggest this enough! She was so right! I don’t know what I would have done if she would’ve left me on my own! She even help me adjust my hair etc. because it was a very humid day and it was going to rain at 6 PM. Mind you, it was in August. I never got so many compliments in my life about my make up and I was so happy to let her know how happy I was with her work and her personality. I will highly recommend Chrys To anyone that wants to feel like a bride, to any bride that wants to feel heard and important, and not just a check. I feel as though we made an incredible bond just over my wedding day because she was unbelievably attentive to all of my needs. Not to mention, she is the sweetest person I know. Every time I wear the lipgloss I consistently think about my wedding day and how beautiful I looked. Thank you, Chrys, for your beautiful work and your amazing sense of calm on my wedding day. You truly are my make up artist angel!
