Sheraton Eatontown Hotel

Had a large elegant sweet 16 in August with 220 guests and it was a great success! All staff was professional and pleasant! Highly recommendommend !

My wife and I had our wedding at the Sheraton on August 16, 2026, and we could not have been happier with our experience. From our family checking in, to our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend special. A huge thank-you to Rayna, our wedding coordinator, who was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and helped keep our wedding day organized and running smoothly. She helped line up our wedding party, coordinated bringing the bride down for the ceremony, and worked with our DJ and decorator to make sure everything was set up correctly. Having Rayna there took so much stress off us and allowed us to enjoy our day.
Angel, our wedding maître d’, was also a tremendous help. He was professional, attentive, and available whenever we needed assistance. Rayna and Angel made us feel like we had a team that genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect. We also want to recognize Sharelle at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. She was extremely accommodating to us and our family. She made check-in easy, assisted with our requests and amenities, and always made us feel welcome. She even went above and beyond by helping us with a late checkout on our final day, which we greatly appreciated after such a busy weekend.
Our family and guests had a great experience with their rooms and reservations as well. With so many people staying at the hotel for our wedding, it was wonderful to see everything go so smoothly. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner at Urban inside the hotel with more than 30 family members and guests. The food was delicious, the service was great, and everything went beautifully. It was the perfect way to bring our families together before our wedding.
The hotel itself was beautiful. We especially loved the grand staircase and lobby, which gave the hotel an elegant atmosphere and made it a wonderful setting for our wedding. The amenities were great as well, including the pool, restaurant, convenient parking, comfortable rooms, and beautiful common areas. Having everything in one location made the weekend so much easier for us and our guests.
We also appreciated that the hotel provided meals for our wedding vendors. Our vendors worked extremely hard throughout the day, so knowing they were taken care of meant a lot to us. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. A wedding has so many moving pieces family, hotel rooms, vendors, decorations, music, food, timelines, and last-minute requests and the Sheraton team helped everything come together beautifully. We are incredibly happy that we chose the Sheraton for one of the most important days of our lives. Our wedding weekend was everything we hoped it would be, and this hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. Five stars without hesitation! Thank you to Rayna, Angel, Sharelle, and the entire Sheraton team for helping make our wedding weekend unforgettable. My husband and I got married at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel on 7/26/26. We had a wonderful experience! We used the Regal Ballroom for our ceremony and the Grand Ballroom for the reception. Both ballrooms are beautiful. The centerpieces, which are included, are lovely. Rayna and Heidi helped us tremendously throughout the wedding planning process. They were friendly, organized, and responsive. They have a way of making the bride and groom feel prioritized. Rayna was also great with keeping the processional moving at the right pace at the start of the ceremony. Mick was helpful and responsive as well throughout the planning process in keeping track of our room block. All of our hotel guests (including those who were not in our room block!) received our welcome bag at the front desk. The groom suite and bridal suite were both very nice. The bridal suite was a good size for getting ready the morning of with a group of bridesmaids/moms. One downside we experienced in the bridal suite was poor lighting, but my hair/makeup team came with a light, so it was not a problem. Angel was very attentive and had things running smoothly on the day of. He checked in on us throughout the night and made sure we had what we needed/wanted. He had desserts brought up to our room after the wedding. The food was great (and what a big piece of steak!). We truly had a memorable, beautiful day. The whole team did a great job from start to finish. Thank you, Sheraton! I highly recommend this venue.

Our wedding at the Sheraton Eatontown Regal Ballroom was absolutely perfect, and we cannot thank Rayna and Angel enough for everything they did for us.

From the beginning of the planning process through our wedding day, they were professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. The Grand Ballroom is absolutely stunning and provided the ideal setting for both our ceremony and reception.
From our very first visit through our wedding day, Heidi, Rayna, and Angel were an exceptional team. They were professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Heidi and Rayna were always responsive, promptly answering every email and phone call, which made the planning process much smoother and less stressful.
Angel truly lived up to his name. Since no other events were scheduled that day, he graciously arranged for the space to be set up earlier than planned, allowing my aunt ample time to install the backdrop and additional table décor. We were incredibly grateful for this accommodation, as it relieved so much of the stress and pressure of having to complete everything on the morning of the wedding.
The venue itself was beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully cared for. Our guests could not stop complimenting the elegant atmosphere and overall experience throughout the day.
What truly sets this venue apart is its outstanding staff. Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Their excellent coordination and communication allowed us to relax and fully enjoy one of the most important days of our lives.

From the first visit to our last morning at the Sheraton was nothing but sheer happiness with the most courteous staff any bride can wish for. Every time I visit the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel I can’t but help fall in love with it more and more. the biggest shoutout hands down have to be to Heidi, Angel, and Rayna. They made sure the whole process was super smooth super easy and extremely stress free. My wedding day was absolutely amazing. Everything went according to plan. The food was 10/10. My guests still talking about it now. The venue, the lighting, the setup, the staff, the atmosphere was nothing but magical. I wish every bride can have and share the same experience I had.

I chose the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel for my wedding August 9th 2025. Heidi and Rayna were so helpful and magnificent. I couldn't have been happier. They were both clear with their communication. They answer questions you didn't even know you have, and guide you every step of the way. I never had an email unanswered from the team. Get your roomblocks early, and convince everyone to book as soon as possible as its so close to the shore, its a popular stay.
Dan and I got married outside, in the courtyard which I highly recommend. We had about 135 people coming up to 150 all in with vendors. We were whisked to a private room immediately after the ceremony until we took our pictures where they bring you some samplings of food and drinks. Our reception was in the grand ballroom, where you can customize the lights. I chose the grand ballroom because I wanted my guests to have access to the atrium and the outdoor space the entire length of the wedding. We were isolated on our side, and lucky enough that there was not another wedding the same day.
My husband and family went to the tasting to create the menu and I was pleased with everything I tasted. We received wonderful feedback from our guests who said they ate so much at the cocktail hour they could barely eat dinner!
My florist forgot the flower girls baskets and petals and Rayna didn't skip a beat when she saw me freaking out, grabbed roses for each of them to pluck and put on the floor. I felt taken care of by the entire team. The day of the wedding went as smoothly as you can imagine. The bridal suite is huge, had enough space for me, our vendors, the entire photography team, and my family to get prepared. The grooms suite was so nice, pool table makes for great photo-ops.

My only regret was not using their day of coordinator Angel. Even if you have your own wedding coordinator, I recommend utilizing Angel.
If you want to host a breakfast for your guests the next morning, don't do what i did, be sure to lock this down ASAP as couples getting married somewhere else can still lock this date and space down. We missed out on the opportunity but it all worked out in the end.
I recommend The Sheraton Eatontown to all future brides and grooms. The staff is so accommodating and professional, and i cannot say enough great things.

ANGEL, RAYNA, HEDI - I couldn’t have had a better team to work with! They made my wedding run smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure I can fully embrace the day. From Heidi planning everything from start to finish with me to Angels attentiveness making sure all the transitions run smoothly and setting up all my “do it yourself” decor, breaking everything down and boxing it up on a bell cart ready to go for the next day to Rayna butting up my train, collecting my heels & handing me a glass of champagne right after my ceremony. You all went above and beyond to make sure I can fully attend the day and not have to worry about a single thing except being in the moment and enjoying myself. All of my guests raved over the food saying that it was delicious, the beautiful atmosphere and the convenience it was to go from ceremony to cocktail to reception to after party and up the elevator to the rooms for overnight stay. They also made mention of the cleanliness of the hotel and their rooms. It was really such a magical day and a day my husband and I will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you again for everything!

From the moment we toured the venue to the last dance of the evening, everything about our wedding experience was absolutely perfect. The food, amenities, and staff exceeded every expectation—we truly could not have asked for more.

A very special thank you goes out to Angel, our maître D, who was a calm and guiding presence throughout the entire event. He made sure everything ran seamlessly, and we were able to completely relax and enjoy our day knowing we were in such capable hands.

We also want to give a huge shout-out to Rayna from the catering office, who helped us every step of the way during the planning process. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made everything feel so effortlessu. Rayna truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life.

My husband and I have not stopped raving about our experience with the Sheraton. The venue is beautiful and the service was excellent.

Heidi and Rayna were our catering coordinators, helping us keep on top of our wedding tasks and answering any questions we had.

Angel was our maitre d for our wedding day, with Rayna alongside. I couldn't have asked for better on our day. They handled everything. The decorations were set up beautifully and they went above and beyond for us all day and night.

Angel absolutely cares about his bride and groom and even went out of his way to grab us a plate of food from our cocktail hour and set us up in the lounge so we could have a bite to eat before joining our guests. Both Angel and Rayna sewed my bustle up when it broke and provided fashion tape when my dress straps stopped cooperating.

We were cared for all night and are so appreciative for their thoughtfulness and professionalism.

Heidi was wonderful every step of the way answering questions and helping us navigate our preferences for our wedding. She was patient with our many questions and a professional through and through. She was organized and friendly and wonderful to work with.

We absolutely loved working with everyone at the Sheraton and had a truly perfect night thanks to the hard work of everyone there.
