Beyond my Dreams!!!
From the first visit to our last morning at the Sheraton was nothing but sheer happiness with the most courteous staff any bride can wish for. Every time I visit the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel I can’t but help fall in love with it more and more. the biggest shoutout hands down have to be to Heidi, Angel, and Rayna. They made sure the whole process was super smooth super easy and extremely stress free. My wedding day was absolutely amazing. Everything went according to plan. The food was 10/10. My guests still talking about it now. The venue, the lighting, the setup, the staff, the atmosphere was nothing but magical. I wish every bride can have and share the same experience I had. -

I chose the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel for my wedding August 9th 2025. Heidi and Rayna were so helpful and magnificent. I couldn't have been happier. They were both clear with their communication. They answer questions you didn't even know you have, and guide you every step of the way. I never had an email unanswered from the team. Get your roomblocks early, and convince everyone to book as soon as possible as its so close to the shore, its a popular stay.
Dan and I got married outside, in the courtyard which I highly recommend. We had about 135 people coming up to 150 all in with vendors. We were whisked to a private room immediately after the ceremony until we took our pictures where they bring you some samplings of food and drinks. Our reception was in the grand ballroom, where you can customize the lights. I chose the grand ballroom because I wanted my guests to have access to the atrium and the outdoor space the entire length of the wedding. We were isolated on our side, and lucky enough that there was not another wedding the same day.
My husband and family went to the tasting to create the menu and I was pleased with everything I tasted. We received wonderful feedback from our guests who said they ate so much at the cocktail hour they could barely eat dinner!
My florist forgot the flower girls baskets and petals and Rayna didn't skip a beat when she saw me freaking out, grabbed roses for each of them to pluck and put on the floor. I felt taken care of by the entire team. The day of the wedding went as smoothly as you can imagine. The bridal suite is huge, had enough space for me, our vendors, the entire photography team, and my family to get prepared. The grooms suite was so nice, pool table makes for great photo-ops.
My only regret was not using their day of coordinator Angel. Even if you have your own wedding coordinator, I recommend utilizing Angel.
If you want to host a breakfast for your guests the next morning, don't do what i did, be sure to lock this down ASAP as couples getting married somewhere else can still lock this date and space down. We missed out on the opportunity but it all worked out in the end.
I recommend The Sheraton Eatontown to all future brides and grooms. The staff is so accommodating and professional, and i cannot say enough great things.

Angel, Heidi & Rayna made my wedding a dream come true!
ANGEL, RAYNA, HEDI - I couldn’t have had a better team to work with! They made my wedding run smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure I can fully embrace the day. From Heidi planning everything from start to finish with me to Angels attentiveness making sure all the transitions run smoothly and setting up all my “do it yourself” decor, breaking everything down and boxing it up on a bell cart ready to go for the next day to Rayna butting up my train, collecting my heels & handing me a glass of champagne right after my ceremony. You all went above and beyond to make sure I can fully attend the day and not have to worry about a single thing except being in the moment and enjoying myself. All of my guests raved over the food saying that it was delicious, the beautiful atmosphere and the convenience it was to go from ceremony to cocktail to reception to after party and up the elevator to the rooms for overnight stay. They also made mention of the cleanliness of the hotel and their rooms. It was really such a magical day and a day my husband and I will remember for the rest of our lives. My husband and I have not stopped raving about our experience with the Sheraton. The venue is beautiful and the service was excellent.
Heidi and Rayna were our catering coordinators, helping us keep on top of our wedding tasks and answering any questions we had.
Angel was our maitre d for our wedding day, with Rayna alongside. I couldn't have asked for better on our day. They handled everything. The decorations were set up beautifully and they went above and beyond for us all day and night.
Angel absolutely cares about his bride and groom and even went out of his way to grab us a plate of food from our cocktail hour and set us up in the lounge so we could have a bite to eat before joining our guests. Both Angel and Rayna sewed my bustle up when it broke and provided fashion tape when my dress straps stopped cooperating.
We were cared for all night and are so appreciative for their thoughtfulness and professionalism.
Heidi was wonderful every step of the way answering questions and helping us navigate our preferences for our wedding. She was patient with our many questions and a professional through and through. She was organized and friendly and wonderful to work with.
We absolutely loved working with everyone at the Sheraton and had a truly perfect night thanks to the hard work of everyone there. -

Our foundation needed an elegant, but intimate space to host an event which was 30 days out! Let me tell you, Heidi and Rayna went straight to work. They began to share options, menu selections, linen choices and even decor - within 24 hours! They were professional, cordial, experienced, insightful, resourceful, flexible, and extremely responsive. These ladies patiently covered every detail which resulted in an AMAZING event and a fabulous time had by all. The icing on the cake was to FINALLY meet Rayna in person. She stayed late to introduce herself and to make sure we were pleased with the outcome!!! Customer service like this is not only rare, but super appreciated. If you are looking for a venue in the area - LOOK NO FURTHER! The food was exceptional and the event staff was delightful. I am so glad we found this hidden gem and will certainly book them again!!! 100 Stars -

The best day
I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Sheraton. This was the first and only venue we looked at and we knew immediately this was where we wanted to get married. The cocktail hour and grand ballroom are absolutely stunning! The entire team from the catering sales/coordinator to the Maitre D were so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process! They answered and annoying questions I may have had along the way very promptly and were so accommodating! On my wedding day the power had gone out for several hours before the reception. The staff was extremely helpful and reassuring that they would get to the bottom of the issue and have some out to fix it; they kept me updated the whole time. The bridal suite was beautiful and the rooms were so clean. The food was great, all of my guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and dinner. I have type 1 diabetes and the bartender was also very accommodating making sure to keep a big bottle of apple juice behind the bar just for me in case of a low blood sugar. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone! -

My day was magical. The attention and attentiveness I received By Heidi from the first day I met her was amazing. She made us feel special.
I booked with the Sheraton of eatontown NJ because I loved how beautiful the grand ballroom was, the staircase in the entrance of the hotel and what a great contemporary feel to each room. the outdoor ceremony area was a huge plus as well. Then there was Heidi, who made us feel like family from our first meeting over a year prior to my wedding. She and her staff were always available for any questions and meetings that I needed to make sure our day was perfect. My guests enjoyed the evening as much as we did and raved about the food and all the choices that we made. The desert pedestals were a great upgrade. I’m more than happy that I chose The Sheraton because it made our wedding everything I wanted it to be and more. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ -

We knew from the second we walked in and saw the large, beautiful staircase in the lobby and gorgeous ballroom that the Sheraton Eatontown is where we wanted to get married aesthetically, but what should really seal the deal for anyone considering this venue is the staff. Heidi and Jackie were available for me practically 24/7 to answer my many questions and made planning so easy! Angel, the maitre d', was a literal angel and made sure everything went off without a hitch on the big day. Rita, the Room Sales Coordinator, was incredibly sweet and so helpful with all of our needs concerning the room blocks. And Laura, the captain of the wait staff, went above and beyond to get us absolutely anything we needed at the reception. I even got sick at one point, and she was right by my side offering assistance until I could rally. The level of care, humanity, and attention to detail at the Sheraton is unmatched; I could honestly cry right now with appreciation! The guests raved about the food, from cocktail hour to the ice cream sundae bar. It truly was the best wedding ever and I am so thankful. GET. MARRIED. HERE. You won't regret it! -

What initially drew me to the Sheraton were the modern chandeliers in the Grand Ballroom. We booked during their Black Friday Deals, and got so much for an affordable price! The Sheraton definitely looks and feels like a luxury hotel. Any questions or concerns that we had, the team at the Sheraton worked with us to resolve it. We had our ceremony outside and were concerned with the outdoor pool and Route 35, but we did not hear anything! The food was amazing and we felt taken care of every step of the way. The team at the Sheraton definitely knows how to throw a wedding!! -

The Sheraton was the perfect choice for our wedding day. It was the only venue we toured because we were confident in our choice. Heidi was always super communicative, answering all of my emails within minutes or having an out of office notice on if she wasn't going to (which is always appreciated!). We had a small situation with the hotel bar being closed after our rehearsal dinner when we were told it would be open, but the staff at the Sheraton quickly jumped into motion and set us up in the executive lounge on the 6th floor for our guests to enjoy. The day of our wedding, everything went super smooth. Heidi and Jackie were there to be hands on with anything we needed, our Maitre D, Angel, was constantly asking us how everything was going, and our head waiter was always there with another drink when ours were empty (even on the dance floor). Our guests loved the modern space, convenience of the hotel being upstairs, and the food reviews we are receiving from others was well worth everything. You will not be disappointed if you book with the Sheraton! -

We had our wedding at the Sheraton in Eatontown 11/2/19, and it was incredible!! The newly renovated venue/hotel is gorgeous, modern and sleek, but still so classy. I mainly worked with Jenny, and she was awesome, she took care of all the details, making sure our day went beautifully. But both Jenny and Lauren were great, and one was always available for questions or assistance. The food was great, and the cocktails got lots of compliments too!! Everything ran smoothly, even the last minute changes/additions. They absolutely went above and beyond, I wouldn't change a thing!Sheraton Eatontown Hotel's reply:

After being treated terribly at many other venues, Jenny rolled out the red carpet for us at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel! We booked in the spacious and beautifully remodeled Regis ballroom and the entire place looks so great now! I’m very excited for next September. Jenny has been communicative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Highly recommend. The room block process was super simple too.

Mary Sent on 12/03/2014The Sheraton Eatontown was superb from start to finish. Denise was fabulous to work with. They were so accommodating in every way possible. We ended up here when our original venue lost its lease, and it was the best decision we made! Everyone tells us what a fantastic time they had at the wedding. The fact that my husband and I had a blast as well is testament to how well they take care of you there--we did not have to worry about a thing. Ian oversaw everything that night, and was there whenever we needed anything. I would recommend them to anyone! -

The food was great and everyone commented how they were impressed that it was actually served hot to everyone!
They were so nice in trying to get all of our guests together in hotel and everyone said that the rooms were really nice!

Things were very nerve wrecking with the pandemic, the constant changing of the rules on gathering, and the seemingly air tight contract we signed. However, fate was on our side! We were happy with how the catering team at the Sheraton made sure every part of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was enjoyable and safe with the pandemic ongoing. We also liked our complementary room. My guests weeks later said it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding and that the service was outstanding. Janine Sent on 01/15/2015ceremony was beautiful but had to purchase everything myself so my suggestion would be to definitely ask for the ceremony fee to be waived - you'll need that extra cash to decorate.
Cocktail was very nice - guests were happy however I noticed that some things we paid for were not there and I had to address that with the hotel - on the good side they fixed the problem right away.
Reception was nice but again you will have to decorate the tables and such as they will not do that for you - it is very plain so it will be on you whether you want more decor - I like plain so I was OK with that :)
the stay at the hotel was very convenient my only complaint was that my bridal party and I were getting ready there (in a suite) and taking pictures and it was a hassle to get anyone to come up and clean the room - my photographer and I ended up doing it ourselves - which really bothered me considering I asked several times for someone to come up and clean the room - make the bed, take away dishes from lunch, etc...
All in all it was very nice and oh yeah the food was excellent! - John (head chef) was absolutely wonderful - all my guests loved the food!
